Fantastic experience: I've recently moved to the area and had an examination of my teeth today and I was very impressed with Mohammed who checked me over. He explained about the teeth growing around various gaps and how the gums would be weaker. My last dentist of 15 years never explained this to me. A great service... Just an addition. Today, 26/2/25 Ray , the hygienist , cleaned my teeth today. He was very friendly and efficient. Another 5 stars !

Negative experience: Very disappointed, my appointment was for 3-30pm I was seen at 4.10pm . I was hoping for my new denture but instead of the partial denture I need I was presented with a full bottom denture, no good as I have teeth there the dentist asked if I wanted to have the good teeth out so that the denture would fit. I have to go back next week hopefully for the correct denture.

Positive experience: These guys were very good, I needed an emergency appointment last minute on Friday the 11th and they fit me in the same day at 12.30. this was impressive considering I called at 10.30. The receptionist and dentist were very friendly and informative. I was in and out very quickly. It's a shame they don't have practices close to major towns or cities. I did ask repeatedly for an invoice to submit to my insurance but my request in person and multiple emails have gone ignored and so I am unable to claim.

Fantastic experience: My first checkup with KAA since they took over in Lawn Dental in Rhymney. Good availability of appointments. I wasn't waiting long after I arrived. Staff are friendly and the dentist I saw was thorough. She & explained things clearly and advised on options for the future. So far, so good.
