There was no waiting around, and he explained everything he was doing as he went along, which really put me at ease. Both Matthew and his assistant made me feel so comfortable, even though I was in a lot of pain at the time. The receptionist was also very friendly and super helpful. Negative experience: I'm very disappointed with the service I've received. Over the last 2 years I've complained about my poor fitting dentures and nothing has been done. I've been told today that the only thing I can do is pay for a new set despite me being eligible for free dental treatment, or have them filled, again at a cost of £60 with no guarantee that it'll be a success.

Fantastic experience: I’m just back from my check-up at Fountains and it was a most enjoyable and reassuring experience. All staff are pleasant and professional and there was no waiting around. Ivy has a friendly personality and puts you at ease, immediately. One of the most important parts of the experience was that my concerns were listened to and addressed, immediately. I used to dread the dentist; I don’t, anymore!

Didn't hardly feel the injection and no problem having the tooth removed. In and out within 20 minutes. Not much more to say, apart from a big thank you.

I cry when I see a syringe, he sings and puts me at ease. If ever a dentist deserves a five star recommendation, he is it. Also the staff are more than helpful and kind. Negative experience: Disabled after a fall ,not able to walk at all .Constant pain ,severe anxiety daily and depression ,takes me all the energy I dont have to even get out of the house .Had appointment today arrived in wheelchair ♿️ with toothache on a tooth been loose for over a year ,I asked dentist to take it out and was told no time ring in morning for emergency. Bare in mind dentist was 15 minutes late seeing me after my appointment time .I explained my leg is weeping and in pain also need to contact drs in morning still sent me away .I've come home crying ,in pain with leg still needing 2 operations out of 5 ,and toothache for another night or more .No empathy at all . I already feel so depressed with life and awaited this appointment thinking I'd have the tooth removes, but no .Sadly not happy and very upset .I appreciate dentist is busy ,but a quick I injection ,wait in waiting room back in tooth out in my opinion wouldn't have taken a lengthy period of time.

Positive experience: Being a pentioner I can remember Dentistry in its primitive form where it hurt immensely, However greatfully this has all changed. I was treated with care and every procedure was carefully explained, the DRILL & FILL days are long gone!. My teeth were X rayed and I needed a filling the needles used are so refined you don't feel a thing, the whole procedure was completed in no time at all. I can throughly recommend the practice and service they offer.
