Positive experience: Have really been good with me as I’m a nervous patient. Went in today to have a wisdom tooth to be removed. Linda was unable to do so but has referred me to Bupa and I’m booked back in again to have a filling at Victoria Promenade once the tooth has been removed.

Fantastic experience: I had not visited the Dentist for over two years so was told I had to re register and would not be able to see my usual Dentist. I was not aware that there was a time limit on visits and was most put out to find that out. One gets used to seeing the same Dentist and my Dentist Miss Lama was a most calming presence in what for most can be a nervous time. I was seen the same day as I had an urgent issue by a very professional young man who did an excellent job. I do wish though that I had been made aware of this time limit as I did not want to change my Dentist. My previous Dentist Mr Barclay I had seen for twenty or more years.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for more than 15 years. I've had bad teeth since childhood (many cavities due to bad brushing, then fillings, bridges, crowns, the whole lot). I have seen many dentists in my life. Finally I have found a surgery where I feel well taken care of. Nitin is brilliant. Two years ago I decided to do the Invisalign treatment and change a dark front tooth for a crown. It was expensive but worth every penny and I only wish I had done it sooner. I am so confident with my clean, beautiful teeth now. People compliment me on my smile, not knowing that I've done the best to hide my teeth for most of my life. Nitin also takes care of my 12 years old child and my husband. We are all happy with this lovely surgery, our dentist, his assistants and the secretaries. I often pray for this surgery not to close down, some of my friends don't have an NHS dentist due to national shortages and I treasure Victoria Promenade surgery for this.

Didn't have to be prompted by Dr Adloo.but we got there in the end.he forgot something at my appointment and I hat to wait to rectify. I think this is the fault of the dental nurse as that's why they are there to remind dentists of the process. A good dental nurse makes a good dentist

I have recently had an implant fitted by Dr Adloo who was so kind and humorous and knowledgeable the whole experience was almost enjoyable and highly successful, thank you.

Fantastic experience: The actual treatment was very good as usual but the pre appt text didn't make it clear thst I had a check up after the hygienist. I had a very long wait in between appointments and I was worried I would get a parking ticket. This made me very anxious.

Fantastic experience: Just a checkup and a discussion regards removing stains from my teeth. Checkup was quick, but thorough, and good advice given regards stain removal at the onsite hygienist, who I've now booked an appointment with. A friendly practice which I was lucky to register with. A further visit today, 03/06/25. Just a check up. All well, but those stains again! Linda was able to clear most of the staining this time. So a check up and clean in one appointment. My teeth look good again, for a person 74 years old. Linda was a new dentist for me, very pleasant and professional. Recommended.
