Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign & composite bonding by Sasha at Smile HQ. The process was enjoyable from the start, I had a great consultation and I was taken through the process step by step to ensure I get the best results. The Invisalign went very well, and the results were incredible alone. I then had composite bonding, top 8 teeth, I wanted a natural shape and Sasha had exceeded my expectations on what I wanted, they look great. The aftercare from Sasha was brilliant, and I’d recommend anyone to Sasha & Smile HQ if you want great results, and to have a team who are realistic with you and help achieve what you want.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend based on my experience so far- the reception / admin team, and all the dentists and nurses I’ve had interactions with have been just fantastic, the service is second to none. I’m particularly grateful to Dr Jake Garner for truly turning around my preconceptions of going to the dentist and having dental work done. He was so reassuring and kind throughout, and also made my experience entirely pain-free which I was not expecting. He even somehow managed to make the needles barely noticeable. But overall, Jake’s calm, reassuring and friendly nature alongside clearly top tier experience and knowledge made me want to come back to Smile HQ for any and all of my dentistry needs. Thank you - it’s so appreciated!
Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with the results of my teeth. I had old composites removed as I was unhappy with the shape and look and new ones redone which are so much more natural looking. The attention to detail Dr Pola had was incredible, making sure they were all shaped and contoured. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this company or Dr anymore ! I recently went to Smile HQ due to having a wedding, the clinic managed to get me seen super quick and just in time. Nothing was too much to as, Dr Jake went through everything in so much detail and there was no stupid question to ask, you could tell he wanted to achieve the smile I always wanted. Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dentist. I went to many dentists before coming accross smile HQ, I was never fully content or satisfied with plans dentists would produce and their unsureness on what would work for me due to issues with my bite and other issues. I had complex issues with my teeth and was given three different consultations with three different dentists, DR Jake and I agreed to go ahead with him. So helpful and kind when answering all of my questions. I had composite bonding done with Dr. Pola, who is truly amazing at what he does. From feeling very insecure about my smile before hand, the difference in just 8 months is incredible. Fantastic experience: Sasha was fantastic, he has calming nature which really calmed me down, I was so nervous and he made my experience positive having a wisdom tooth removed, Sasha explained everything to me. He made sure the entire procedure was completely pain-free and made me feel at ease the whole time. After that, I had a GBT hygiene clean by Hannah, and I’ve honestly never felt freshness like it. My mouth felt spotless and so refreshed — just in time for my holiday! To top it all off, Dr. Pola gave me flawless composite bonding. My teeth have been beautifully upgraded and I feel so confident now when I smile in photos or chat with friends and family — life-changing literally. Fantastic experience: I genuinely cannot recommend Smile HQ enough. I am absolutely over the moon with my composite bonding results. The whole team are friendly and professional. I had my first hygienist appointment which was amazing- put me at ease and did a great job at explaining how to care for my teeth properly. Special mention to Dr Bal and his dental nurse (I didn’t catch her name) who have given me my dream smile. I wanted natural results and for my teeth to be straightened up and made more neat without being too ‘fake’ looking. Dr Bal exceeded my expectations ten fold and I would recommend him to anyone. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this dentist enough, the whole experience felt luxury, from the reception staff being so attentive to the treatment , service and after care. I had composite bonding by Dr Pola Reza and I am so happy with the results , I was very nervous and wanted a natural look which Dr Pola understood and did an amazing job. Fantastic experience: I have just had my composite bonding by Dr Pola Reza and his team and can't thank everybody enough! Charlotte was the dental nurse during my 2.5 hour appointment and both her and Dr Reza worked so well together, they made the whole process very comfortable, I actually fell asleep whilst getting them done! The level of detail, skill and talent Dr Pola has is second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or smile hq to anyone. The patient team, front desk, hygienists etc are all such credit the company and although it is more expensive than other dentists, you get an excellent service from every single member of staff and it's well worth the money to end up with perfect teeth. Fantastic experience: I’m really impressed with the whole process at SmileHQ, from the receptionists and the hygienist to all the dentists I’ve seen. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I’ve had a fairly complex tooth extraction but felt no pain during the process or after. I’m due to have another extraction and then a brace fitted and I have absolutely no concerns about the upcoming appointments. After each appointment I have received a text to ensure I am ok and have no issues. I really can’t speak highly enough of my experience so far and would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Don’t think that they really wanted to help me. They booked me with the wrong dentist after I repeatedly told them that I wanted implant dentures. I told them I needed a X-ray to look for any infection because that determines my timeline of when I should be doing the procedures for my implants. The dentist was arrogant and ill informed and I was told to book a second appointment for £95 to speak to the right person. I didn’t even get X-rays, just a cheap scan from a dated machine. Don’t get me wrong, they have a nice reception and semi interested staff. But the experience left much to be desired and I did not feel safe or comfortable with their practice to spend the money I need to spend. Price is about right, but their cavalier and arrogant attitude lost them this patient.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely Fantastic I have a strong phobia of dental work, which had kept me from visiting the dentist for over 15 years. A few weeks ago, I decided to give Smile HQ a try, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was top-class. The practice doesn’t feel super clinical—it’s more like a trip to a spa. Everyone I’ve encountered so far has been professional, kind, and, most importantly, incredibly patient and understanding of my anxiety. I first met with Dr. Bal, who carried out several scans (including some very cool 3D images). Together, we made a plan to "get me in good, healthy shape." The first step was a visit to the hygienist, which I attended today. Hannah and her team were absolutely incredible. I was a bag of nerves beforehand, but I needn’t have been. She guided me through the entire process slowly, kindly, and professionally. I expected pain, discomfort, and bleeding, but there was only a slight moment of discomfort—which is to be expected—and that was it! I was actually emotional after the appointment. Some of the staining on my teeth, which I’d had for over 10 years and which made me very self-conscious, was completely gone. Honestly, I was blown away. I even took some before-and-after photos, and the difference is remarkable. Thank you, Smile HQ, for turning what I once dreaded into something I’m now absolutely fine with. I’m so grateful to Dr. Bal, Hannah, and the whole team for their amazing care and professionalism. :)

Fantastic experience: Referred by my own dentist. Dr/Mr Vishal Patel completed my dental bone graft, now got to heal to be ready for my dental implants.
