Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of treatment recently with Dr Asad Lalloo; he is great, and so is his dental team. I was a nervous wreck the first time going to get a checkup and treatment; somehow that fear has now gone. The team is really polite and reassuring. All very professional, even down to the receptions. Teresa is great, very friendly and professional. The whole team is great. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Helpful and nice staff, clear explanation of what my current issues are and plan to help with the cost broken down clearly. A small clinic but very close to the bus station, right next to the stop. Have stairs so may not be great for people with difficulty walking. Small waiting area outside the dentist room so could be a little awkward but not crowded. Busy but fast and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Dental Beauty, Blackheath: I would highly recommend this Dental practice; Asad did my veneer composites, which I am very happy with, he is also a brilliant and caring Dentist, as well as his assistant nurse, Lavinia. The Receptionist, Grace, is always able to help anybody with questions and appointments, who is very helpful too.

Positive experience: Was given incorrect information by the receptionist when booking the appointment. Service on the day by the dentist was great but trying to get information from the practice is nonexistent. Was supposed to be sent pricing options for a procedure the day after the appointment, it never came. Followed up by email 5 days later - emails unanswered. Going to try again by phone, but honestly, I just want them to fix the problem.

Fantastic experience: Both my sister and I were very impressed by the professionalism and warm and transparent approach of Dr Sorabh Patel when coming in on Invisalign Open Day for a free consultation. This was very thorough check and included a scan, a thorough explanation of what the process entails and Dr Sorabh went to the extent of calling us back in for an X-Ray as well before we decide if we want to go ahead with treatment or not. I think this was done generously and by the book in order to assess risks and ensure correct treatment. We both have been raving for a few days now, we're really happy we gave this a shot and we're actually contemplating transferring to your practice as NHS patients as well (I think I saw you do take new patients). Thank you so much for restoring our faith in things that are well done, while keeping an ethical attitude around it all!

Fantastic experience: My wife has been at Dental Beauty Blackheath for a number of years. The clinc always have exceptional staff, really sensitive and never rush you in making a decision. However, Nikki Choong, has been so pivotal in my wife's treatment recently. Nikki is so caring, thoughtful and actually cares about her patients. She took the time to talk to my wife as she is under going other issues. Dentists are notorious for over working on teeth, but Nikki was the opposite. She considers your circumstances carefully before putting any dental plan in place.

Fantastic experience: I had a metal filling done by Asad at the beginning of December and needed to go back to have something rectified with it. Teresa was so helpful and booked me in the day I phoned, went there and didn’t have to wait long at all to be called in. Thankfully had the filling replaced, no quibbling and no charge as it was within the guarantee period. I used to be very anxious about having anything done at the dentist but find Asad or any of the NHS dentists very kind and calm. Teresa is always very friendly and helpful too! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have undergone major reconstructive work on my teeth that has taken 2 years that includes dental implants and bone grafting. The Dentist Asad and nurse Lavinia have been outstanding throughout the treatment. Everything is explained in advance and during the treatment which is reassuring and makes you relax. My treatment has been expensive but worth every penny. My Smile has changed and given me the confidence to LOL Instead of a shy grin. I can’t thank Asad and Lavinia enough and the reception team for their friendliness and flexibility in booking my appointments as I have to travel 40 miles for appointments. If I have friends that need Dental work in the future I will be pointing them to Dental Beauty.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this Dentist went for a filling in my tooth but didn’t tell me that they’d be taken out vast amounts of such tooth and in doing so it would change the shape of the molar and create a gap where Food keeps getting stuck thatI didn’t have before. I went again recently but this time I saw a younger and arrogant dentist that made me feel stupid and was condescending. Now I’m stuck with this filling that I was told (by younger dentist) that I have to just deal as I’m under the NHS and not private. If this had been complained explain to me before hand that the type of filling and cheaper treatment I’d have made different choices. Will be finding another dentist to go to.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice, with a great team, including Dr Ruth Yamoah (dentist), Alicia Munoz Villa (dental hygienist), Penny Wong (dental nurse) and Kerrie Young (receptionist). I was prompted to write this review after my recent appointment with Dr Rishi Thakaker. Rishi is an outstanding dentist! Even at our first appointment, he made me feel immediately comfortable and spent a lot of time making sure that I left with a good understanding of everything we'd discussed. I can't overstate how good he is - it's clear that he's very knowledgeable and cares about what he does!

Fantastic experience: I presented Asad with a very difficult bridging challenge which would necessitate bone grafting before implant sockets could be created. He introduced me to an outstanding surgical specialist practice in central London, commissioned and facilitated the work that needed doing through a lengthy period of collaboration to resolve the underlying issues. Meanwhile he also managed to maintain a viable temporary bridge for me - this time in concert with his local dental laboratory suppliers - until healing was complete and the process of designing a new, implant-based bridge could begin.Throughout, the level of care and attention to detail was exemplary both from Asad and his assistant Lavinia: I had total confidence in their expertise and judgement at all stages: any concerns I had were listened to and addressed immediately and nothing hurried or too much trouble.That included discussions around financial aspects of such lengthy and complex treatment, resulting in my feeling comfortable with the costs involved. Administratively, Teresa and Kerry were never less than professional, remaining reliable and super-efficient over the many months and many appointments involved. Overall, what could have been a most traumatic and scary experience was made, dare I say it, for the most part actually quite pleasant! Best of all, of course, my teeth haven't looked as good in several decades. I am profoundly grateful for what has been achieved.and finally happy to smile on camera. Thank you, Blackheath Practice.

In the dentist's chair I felt like in a Spa chair, without stress, just a beauty salon for my teeth. Fantastic experience: This was my first experience using Dental Beauty Blackheath, I’ve never been to the dentist before so I was a bit nervous as to what to expect, but all the staff who were there made me feel welcomed from the start, they were all very attentive and reassured me that it would all be fine. The appointment I attended ran so smoothly and the Dentist ( Asad ) made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly to me which definitely took my stress down a few notches. Also Kerry was superb on reception, she was lovely and friendly, and was also there when I booked the appointment and then after I had it too, she made sure that I was well looked after and checked in on me on my way out which I appreciated. Livy was also great to have around and always had a smile on her face which made me relax even more whilst have my teeth looked at! Fantastic experience: Rishi is my actual hero. He saved my life a few weeks ago when I was in unbearable pain. This week, my son had an accident at school where his front tooth was moved and in danger of being lost. Although he wasn't registered at this practice (he is now) Theresa fitted us in within 30 minutes (where 111 were entirely unhelpful) and Rishi was able to perform some magic so that hopefully the tooth can be saved. We are due back in 2 weeks for further treatment. The practice itself it lovely, modern and very clean and everyone I have come across there has been lovely. Rishi and the lovely nurse were so kind and gentle with my son. Honestly cannot praise them enough. It ended up being a positive experience out of what was initially quite traumatic

Positive experience: My dentist is Lak. I am an NHS patient and very happy with the treatment provided. Lak has a gentle and caring manner, which is important to me. He explained all the options (nhs & private) for my recent treatment and I was clear about pros & cons of each. He listened to my concerns and talked through them all. I decided on the right option for me and I am happy with the result. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is nothing to do with Lak at all - rather that costs of dentistry are so high in general.

Fantastic experience: I had been to this dental clinic for 3 times already. The first time last month was when I had an emergency appointment due to unbearable tooth pain. Thankfully Dentist Dhanda was able to fix my tooth and the pain was gone within the day. Then I went back for a thorough examination and for my 3rd visit I had 3 fillings done by Dentist Rishi. I have all good experience with this dental clinic. They are very accomodating and really gives a good explanation. The clinic itself is super clean and modern. I have a bad teeth problem due to having GERD so I have two upcoming appointments with them. Definitely recommend this dental practice.

He really got to know me and my worry’s wich intern made me feel safe and confident to talk to him about my teeth. He’s set up a really good plan for me making me feel less stressed and more at ease. My nurses name was Megan again she was super lovely and professional always checking if anything hurt and making sure I was ok with everything. All the staff were truly amazing!

I had an appointment booked but when I arrived I no longer had pain, so Rishy advised me that the risk may have been higher than the benefit. So I left with no treatment but a smile for being so well looked after. If you are looking for a new and trusted dentist, this is the dentist for you!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to the whole team! I had a dental emergency treated at a different local practice and they did the wrong thing leaving me in more pain than I went in with. I called for an emergency apt here to get it fixed and the lovely Kerrie fitted me in the next day. I saw Rishi and he solved my urgent issue as well as booking me in for a follow up to go through a long term bespoke treatment plan to help fix my other dental problems before they become an emergency too! I have a bad needle phobia and do not like visiting the Dentist in general but everyone was so kind, welcoming and patient that I’m not even worried to go back!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dental Beauty after experiencing pain for several weeks and was advised by my previous dentist a root canal was the only form of treatment I could receive. After a glowing review about Dental Beauty from my partner, I was able to get a last minute appointment and see Sorabh for a second opinion. I was very apprehensive going in but Sorahb and Penny were friendly, caring and made me feel comfortable. The level of compassion was unmatched and something I’d never experienced previously at any dentist. Sorahb’s approach to my treatment not only prioritised my personal needs but was based on an educational stance of preventative and proactive treatment. He went above and beyond by creating a treatment plan for me that not only alleviated the need for a root canal but addressed the pain I was experiencing and salvaged my tooth. I felt zero pain and was at ease throughout the procedure. I’ve never had such a positive experience at the dentist and I could not recommend the practice enough to anyone.

Negative experience: The reception and management will make you feel as you are a dumb. Not at all custom oriented and not forthcoming which is not acceptable. Such a shame cause our experience with dentists and hygienist were great. Not going back for my son or myself anymore.

Negative experience: Despite being private patients for a few years now, the practice does not allow booking NHS routine appointments out of school hours. We had no choice than change practice.

Fantastic experience: The Practice is absolutely amazing! the receptionist Kerry and Tereasa were very nice & supportive, All of the staff seem to be very caring and intentive! I had the most pain free root canal ever Daphne was so reassuring and made my procedure a lot less nervouracking! Now looking forward to my new smile by Sorabh!
