Fantastic experience: I was recommended sunny after being petrified of the dentist for 35 years , I desperately needed my front teeth looked at , as soon as I walked in his room he put my fears to rest , what a kind gentleman ,I was ashamed of how my teeth were , I had 4 front teeth removed and preparation for bridgework to be done , this was done over a few months , not once was I scared to go back ,finally today I had my new teeth in and my smile back , something I haven’t felt able to do in a long time . My dentist, Dr. Saniel Gandesha has a lovely personality and always makes time to put me at ease and, when necessary, discuss treatment options in detail. He never makes me feel in a rush and is good at regularly stopping to ask if I’m ok. He always does what he promises and is very approachable

Fantastic experience: Recent appointment with Fiona Fleming which I did not look forward to, as I needed a tooth extraction. In fact I was in there less than 15 minutes, had the area numbed and the tooth removed without feeling anything. Even when the anaesthetic wore off no pain whatsoever. Not a treatment to look forward to, but actually quick and totally pain free. What more can you ask for? Thank you Fiona.

Negative experience: My dentist here made me feel completely awful and I always left with another dose of anxiety and depression. One time he said I needed two fillings and a privately made piece of dentist equipment but after getting a second opinion I later discovered that my teeth were completely fine. With respects to the equipment, he said you need a private one made by me, and suggested my current equipment wasn’t working. But I challenged him on this and he agreed he had made a false assertion. He basically tried to con me. I was fuming. To which I replied, so you’re suggesting my equipment is not working. You don’t understand how anxious you made me feel and the distrust it gave me of dentists it took me a long time to regain trust but elsewhere at another practice. I am happy to have found another dentist who cares. We need to end this culture of cow boy dentists and need much stricter regulation of this sector. Another time one of the dentists said “you’ve got a problem right at the back.” Okay…and then did not explain where exactly the issue was and so I didn’t have opportunity to correct my routine because of this incompetent dentist, as the problem was actually hidden from view ie below gum line. so many months/year later it requires a filling and all because he wasn’t clear enough to tell me where the decay was. Very lazy when they explain things to you. An awful set of experiences here, glad I have now left this practice This place also always used to charge me full price and always wriggled out of giving me a scale and polish. Every time. Very tight. I ain’t never going back to this awful place

Fantastic experience: New to this practice and I can’t thank Fiona enough for putting right the issues from my previous practice (spa dental ) droitwich. I now have a tooth built back to being useful. The quality of service from the moment you walk in the door to the incredible expertise Fiona has to offer you as a patient. I had an injection to numb the area for a filling, and there was no issue with losing the entire use of my one side like you normal would get. Instantly felt the benefit and as I was able to still talk and drink so I could return to work. To say I’m overjoyed with this experience is an understatement. You may think you’re happy with your current dentist but until you come here you release how different and pioneering these truly are.

To the point where I required a gumshield at short notice to do a charity boxing event, the got me in and within a week my gumshield was back with a note wishing me luck! Positive experience: I have received excellent help and professional treatment from Fiona Fleming and her nursing staff. Reception staff, however, are not welcoming....Rather cool.

Negative experience: Cynically de-registered despite several requests for appointment. Understandably used Covid as a reason not to give check-up appointment. Then claimed only urgent appointments due to backlog. Finally, as I had not attended for so long, I was expunged from their NHS list without any contact whatsoever. My partner was also treated the same way. This is the second time I have been removed from their NHS list for dubious reasons. Both of us have teeth that are in excellent condition so they were not making much money out of us for just a Scale and Polish. Shameful treatment after being there for nearly 30 years. Unfortunately, there is very little comeback so they can act with impunity. Just a greedy, money grabbing, disingenous outfit with no moral compass.
