Fantastic experience: I had never met this dentist before, she put me an ease, was very pleasant,she was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done.

Fantastic experience: My visit today was everything my previous visit wasn't! Last time I had no PPE on, the nurse left the room during my check up and didn't return leaving the Dentist alone and them not bring able to work the little sink thing to rinse my mouth out! My teeth were not cleaned at all well & the dentist just telling me to keep on brushing them! Today the dentist I saw couldn't be more thorough, checking my whole mouth not just my teeth, and cleaning my teeth so well as I had a couple of stains from drinking black tea/coffee, he continued to ask if I was OK during the appointment and correct PPE was used. After the treatment I was given a mirror to show what was done! I really hope I get to see this same practitioner again in the future.

Negative experience: Be wary of this dentistry. Went there for a chipped front tooth and that alone. Explained that at reception and before sitting in the dentists chair. The dentist told me that was fine and to lay back in the chair. Checked my teeth and told me it was going to be £266 in total. I said no thank you-that is too much but, was still charged £81 for a check up I didn't need or ask for.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff at the front desk, and Luma and her team are brilliant. They made me feel comfortable from the start. Coming from an NHS dentist obviously it costs more, but it has been more than worth it.

Negative experience: After two years they are removing your history and you’re not able to go there only to private visit which is cost you a fortune. I’m highly not happy about it.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this dental practice. One of my colleagues at work told me about this new NHS dentist called Aisha so I immediately contacted them and made my first appointment. I’m not going to lie, I was very nervous because she is quite a newly qualified dentist but I took the plunge and went for a check up , plus a filling. All I can say is I can’t rate her highly enough. I’ve been back today for three more fillings and once again she was amazing. She explains exactly what she is doing at every step. She is very professional and also very gentle. The whole experience is virtually pain free. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist but Aisha takes all the stress out of the situation. Also I must mention Aisha is part of a team From the receptionists to the dental assistants, they are all very friendly and helpful. I feel very lucky to of found this dentist as trying to get an NHS dentist these days is not easy. Big thumbs up from me.

Negative experience: Shocking service. I once had to wait 3 months for an appointment for a broken tooth. Today, despite being N0'1 in the phone queue, I was trying to make an appointment for a filling but was on the phone for an hour and no one answered the phone. Heavens forbid if you complain to the reception staff about such matters they become extremely rude

Fantastic experience: First visit today for myself and my husband David. Been trying to get an NHS dentist since Rendlesham dentist decided they couldn't offer NHS treatment anymore after 15 years. The receptionist Charlotte was lovely and friendly and welcoming and the nurse was very friendly too and helped sooth my nerves. The dentist Aisha was very thorough, friendly and spoke loudly for me as I have poor hearing. Having a new dentist is a bit nerve wracking but we had no need to worry. They saw us very quickly after my call on Tuesday and I am back for some treatment next Wednesday so not too long. All in all a very pleasant experience which I don't think I have ever said about going to the dentist

Negative experience: I wanted to register as an NHS patient so I got a lot of questions since it’s my first time doing it. Receptionist was rude and HUNG UP ON ME when I still had more questions!! She should have more patience and understands that not everyone has the information she has so she would need to be able to explain it properly and not end the call when she wants to. I was really keen on joining this practice because of the good reviews but the receptionist just ruined everything. Very dissapointing. You are losing clients because of her.

Negative experience: My mum's in her 70's and contacted Together Dental to register as an NHS patient, which they agreed to. But when she received an email to confirm her booking the T&C's stated that she must book and pay for an £150 hygienist appointment prior to her initial appointment. I think this is disgraceful as they haven't even looked in her mouth yet and she may not even need the hygienist. Seems to be a money making scheme to me. She has since found another dentist in Ipswich taking on new NHS patients without forcing people into having treatments they may not need.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. Filling not fitted properly, gum was cut during the process. Had to return 3 weeks later to have it redone. Still not fitted properly so had to have a silver filling instead of a white one. Had to buy cream for my gum and had toothache during the three week gap.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience of care and professional help from my dentist, Seema Poornesh. She listened to my complaint about a new crown and took extra time to fit it perfectly. I was also given 2 weeks to try the new crown out before she permanently cements it in place. Best dentist ever! Did a checkup on the crown (weeks later) and was very satisfied with the treatment received. Had a cosmetic touch-up on one of the teeth to help with my smile. Although I am a NHS patient, my dentist made me feel like I am a private paying patient, receiving personal care for my teeth. Please, Together Dental, look well after this dentist who cares for her patients.

Fantastic experience: Lovely lady dentist and assistant, very thorough, just a pity she is only temporary, can't you persuade her to stay !!

Negative experience: Had such a bad experience at this place both myself and my husband I suggest you ask for your dental records after each visit then you can return if your records have been doctored uplike ours and get the truth written in.Its illegal for a dentist to add to records or change records and is a serious offence.

Fantastic experience: My own dentist had attempted to remove a tooth but it broke and they could not get the root out. They had to refer me to together dental and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I received. The dentist relaxed me from the outset, explained to me when asked what would happen and was caring throughout the process. The root was removed quickly. I cannot thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: After a failed extraction at my regular dentist I was referred to Together Dental Ipswich to have the full tooth removed. I was anxious about the treatment but the surgeon, Geo was fantastic. He was very calm and reassuring, and completed the treatment really quickly. Thankyou Geo for making a traumatic experience less stressful!

Fantastic experience: Today was my best ever exsperiance at a dentist , I hate the dentist as a rule ,I've been here for a few years now and it's always been ok, but today was brilliant the new lady dentist was amazing! So supportive, understanding and reassuring ,super helpful and informative and put me at total ease I really hope that together dental hold on to this lovely lady because she would be a super valuable asset to their team, together dental are always super clean typically on time, they are also very good with children that jave additional needs like my children and offer various things to help my children all in all I wouldn't want to leave this dentist and if you can secure yourself a spot i don't think you will be disappointed well done together dental!

Positive experience: A good appointment with Seema who was extremely kind and patient as was her dental nurse . Appointment was on time and politely carried out. The only reason 4 instead of five stars was reception area a little dark and cramped - not very welcoming even though the staff were!

Together Dental Ipswich have been treating me for a good number of years and I am delighted with them , My wife used to have general anesthetic before dental treatment, now she has trust and confidence in this practice and we both highly recommend them.

My last dentist left the practice so I saw Andreea, and I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable and calm while being at the dentist, Andreea has a very calm personality, is really friendly and explained things really well. Positive experience: We had a good experience here. I was apprehensive taking my family to the dentist for the first time and I needn’t be as the staff were polite and helpful. We were late in to be seen but once we were in the dentist and assistant were really helpful with my three children (baby included) while each of us were being seen. I felt well looked after and will feel at ease coming back!

Negative experience: Never again, when my tooth was extracted I was told by the dentist that it was infected but was not offered antibiotic’s or pain relief just told to take paracetamol!!!! Tried to call the aftercare mobile number but it was out of service which is not acceptable
