Fantastic experience: What an amazing and specially curated team! Dr Mide and his team have made sure that I feel comfortable and supported during my dental care process. As someone who *used* to hate going to the dentist I can’t recommend Refresh Dental enough!

Fantastic experience: I first saw Mide a couple of years ago for an emergency partially ruptured wisdom tooth, after my husband recommended him (as he also sees Mide!) Mide was absolutely amazing at keeping me calm, sorting the infection and the following week removing it, I had no issues after and made a full recovery! Since, our whole family now goes to Refresh dental, my boys (4 & 10) have both seen Dr Lisa and Bukola who are super friendly and make you feel at ease! I recently saw Shaina for a hygienist appointment, I was a little apprehensive about it potentially hurting (from previous appointments at my old practice) but I can tell you I didn't feel a thing, she is amazing! Super calm and helped ease my nerves throughout! This is the only place to go!

Fantastic experience: Lisa took on my case after it was mishandled by a previous dentist. It was complicated for various reasons and Lisa managed it with great skill. I felt confident that she listened to me and investigated all treatment options before proceeding. She is also very personable and easy to deal with! The practice is first class and she is supported by an excellent team of other dentists and hygienists. And you get to watch "Friends" while she works on your teeth! Would highly recommend.

Puneet has been so attentive throughout with regular check ins and keeping me informed at each stage of the treatment. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth implant done and I can confidently say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had at the Refresh Dental clinic. Dr. Mide Ojo explained every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. The work was done with great care and precision, and the final result is perfect, both functionally and aesthetically. Fantastic experience: Today I had a clean with the hygienist Bukola, she was very friendly, caring and did a fantastic job, definitely the best experience I’ve had, she is amazing!

Fantastic experience: For the longest time, I have been terrified of the dentist, hygienist, etc. a common story I think these days. It got so bad however, I needed an emergency appointment at Refresh. Enter Bukola. She is a joy to be with, and be a patient of. She constantly puts me at ease, communicates with me at a level I set out and am comfortable with and has been so patient, gentle and kind with me. I cried with her for the first several appointments but she has helped me so much that I am now *almost* stress free in the chair and I now see her every 3 months with no hesitation. I’ve seen a good number of staff members at Refresh, Dr. Lisa, Dr. Ryan and Dr. Annika and all of them have been amazing. Best dentist around.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience at the clinic. Nancy was so busy while I was asking her about the treatment charges which was a bit rude. She didn't give me any attention.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Refresh Dental for the past five years, and I can’t say a single bad thing about them! I’ve had regular hygiene appointments, braces, and later an implant (after losing a baby tooth), and the service has been five-star in every way. From the warm and welcoming staff at reception to the highly professional dental team, every visit has been a great experience. The results of my braces ( done by Annika) were perfect ( I even received compliments about the job done by an orthodontist back in my country) , and the implant procedure exceeded my expectations. I was initially anxious, expecting a painful and bloody experience, but Dr Mide guided me through the entire process, making it so much easier. The TV on the ceiling with headphones was a great touch—it made the experience far less stressful and more immersive, helping me “forget” what was happening. My husband also had a wisdom tooth extraction and was pleasantly surprised by their honesty—unlike other practices that tried to upsell unnecessary treatments, Refresh Dental only recommended what was truly needed. I highly recommend them to everyone and hope they continue providing such excellent service and friendliness!

I arrived, parked my car in the parking spaces the practice offers for its clients, had my wisdom tooth extracted, felt nothing, and I was ready to go in 15-20 minutes. Fantastic experience: My dentist advised me to see a root canal specialist after 2weeks of repeated pain and abscesses after a routine treatment. Dr Amal at Refresh dental was recommended and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Fantastic experience: I had a consultation appointment in mid may woth Dr Midi and Dr Sarina about fixing my smile. My wedding was booked for July. So we had 6/7 weeks. From that first meeting i was made to feel so comfortable, the time frame was far from ideal but we got it done and i couldnt be happier. Fantastic experience: I can't express how thankful I am to Refresh Dental for allowing me to do my work experience at the Twickenham Practice this week. The team were so welcoming and caring towards me and they also showed this kindness to every single patient they had, whether they were new to the practice or not. Giving them informative options that satisfied each patient. During my experiences in each surgery I was able to be close and was talked through each procedure by the dentists themselves, they were very clear and over my time I definitely have learnt lots. I saw ranges of procedures such as veneers made of composite bonding that completely boosted a patients confidence, the first stage of a root canal in order to relieve pain and many hygiene appointments that cleansed every tooth deeply . I also observed that the dentists as Refresh Dental have a genuine connection with their patients, speaking about not only their dental matters but also personal and I think this really vital as they form a strong trust. Alongside that, the team were happy to respond my many questions which gave me a proper insight into Dental life and they gave me useful advice for pursuing Dentistry . I enjoyed every bit of it and even found a new branch of Dentistry that I wish to pursue which is Dental Therapy and Hygiene. Fantastic experience: As someone who has a phobia of injections, it was important for me to find a dentist who would be patient, understanding and friendly. Dr Zeena is all of the above and more! Her and the team made me feel comfortable, made sure I knew exactly what was happening and knew that I was in control and could take a break whenever I needed to during my filling. Fantastic experience: Very, very pleased with my thorough check up examination in February this year and at a very reasonable cost which is very refreshing (pardon the pun!!!) in these times. I had 3 front fillings done recently and I am extremely happy with the outcome .The Dentist (Dr Puneet Chopra) was very easy to get on with, talk to about all aspects of my treatment and with great customer service and humour. Fantastic experience: Dr Sarina Kiani replaced a filling and chipped/cracked tooth. When she showed me the photograph afterwards I was amazed. It looked like my tooth had never been chipped/cracked or filled. She took the care and attention to detail the filling to look like the original tooth. She is highly professional and explained everything she was doing with regards to the treatment plan. Unbelievably adepth at injections, barely felt the needle. I would highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic across the board. My teeth were in a really bad way prior to starting treatment with Refresh, but now in excellent condition. Not only were they transparent and outlined a course of treatment / sessions, but everything from the equipment and facilities are brilliant. Even have TV's on the ceiling so you can watch TV whilst having your treatment done! All the team there are brilliant! Lisa is my main dentist and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, professional service and care from reception to dental care itself. My dentist was Sarina Kiani and she explained all my options, costs in depth. A very thorough initial analysis, photos, X-rays, scans meant all issues were identified and explained at the outset. After a course of treatment my smile is visibly better. All related services, fittings first rate. Extremely comfortable practise puts patient at ease (TV screen overhead to watch is a nice touch). Cannot recommend highly enough.

Warm soothing water is used in the least intrusive method with brilliant results - and all of course delivered with a smile and lovely reassuring manner. Fantastic experience: I cant Thank Bukola and her nurse enough for a comfortable and flawless experience while having my hygiene today. They were both welcoming from the start and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. The extra touch of headphones and a tv to watch was a lovely touch to help make the 45min fly by. Fantastic experience: Mide used to be my Dentist in my home town and we stayed in touch when he opened his own practice in Twickenham. I got in touch with Mide again as I had always trusted him with my teeth. I was looking into Invisalign treatment with my current Dentist and was unhappy with his proposal. Mide saw me immediately and suggested a different plan which put me at ease and I signed up with him straight away. Exactly a year to the day that I started my Invisalign journey, the amazing Mide has performed a miracle with my teeth and transformed my smile! Fantastic experience: Today I received the new EMS treatment for dental hygiene. I had a really positive experience with it as I experience a lot of sensitivity when seeing the hygienist and Bukola made me feel at ease and spoke me through the whole procedure. The procedure is no where near as sensitive as your normal hygiene appointment and I walked out the door happy for once lol. Thanks Refresh Dental and thank you Bukola

She explained step by step what I needed to do to care for my teeth and showed me the areas in my teeth were plaque were building with purple paint then gave my advice cleaning in these areas. Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had. I found Dr Mide through a friends referral and after having a bad experience previously, decided to travel 3 hours to visit Refresh Dental. Dr Mide was friendly and honest and I instantly knew he would fix the problems I was experiencing. He absolutely transformed my teeth (at a time where I never thought they could never be fixed) and made me feel so much more confident. I use Refresh Dental as my local practice now and couldn’t recommend the whole team more.

Negative experience: My experience. Had a busted front tooth and visited to get a quick replacement which turned out to be a temp denture. The nurse took out the stub of tooth which was done painlessly and the gums healed well. The 1st iteration denture was badly made. Back to the lab it went. 2 weeks pass and the same denture arrives with minor alterations so obv wasn’t going to fit - I made it known. Back to the lab. That visit left me with tooth-ache that evening blah blah blah. No appt for 2 weeks. 3rd visit - nope. All in all, about 6 weeks with no front tooth. Not good in my experience. The dentist said I needed to try it. “No, no point..” She said she’d take the hit for the lab’s work as I was calling it a day. How gracious of her as if I’d pay a penny more. My experience, an abs waste of time and money. They couldn’t deliver what I needed, so in no wise would I continue with a plan for implants with them. Lastly, poor communication with head of practice and my dentist resulted in attitude both ways though her assessment, on paper, is I was dis-respectful while. I won’t polish a poor experience for etiquette sake. Practice manager not much to speak of either.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the most relaxing dental appointments I’ve ever been to. The ambience in the consulting room is open, fresh and relaxing. I was met by a polite receptionist who booked me in. The practice is well kept and clean. Dr Olumide Ojo was an excellent dentist, introducing the dental nurse Daria (who was friendly) and explained what the procedure would entail as well as how long it would take. He allowed time for questions and listened attentively. When it was time for the procedure I reclined back, got comfortable with the eye goggles and headphones provided to enjoy a scenic view with accompanying relaxing music! I left the dental appointment with a follow up plan and advice for further improvements that could be made. I would highly recommend this dental practice. The whole experience was fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault Refresh Dental! The service they provide is second to none and everybody is super friendly. Dr Puneet Chopra is wonderful! He is extremely personable and always remembers previous visits, conversations you've had and talks you through the whole process during check-ups or work that is being done. He is very thorough. The hygienist, Shaina, is also lovely! Again, very thorough and offers great advice. The surgery will often ring to check-up on you after treatment and ensure all is OK. Five star service all round.
