All the staff I highly recommend particular Niall as I plucked up the courage and got my bonded top front teeth done by him absolutely amazing !! Didn't feel a thing have a terrible phobia of going to the dentist but he is amazing had fillings and extractions as hadn't been for a very long time felt no pain. Fantastic experience: I have only recently joined Durham Family Dental on Low Fell and I have had nothing but amazingly friendly encounters with everyone I have met. Today I was lucky enough to be looked after by Sam and Jill whilst I had a tooth repaired and Sam talked me through some hygiene tips. They made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I had never had one of the little mouth blankets put on before to isolate the tooth they were working on and I have to say I’m a big fan. Dentists always used to make me feel dread because there was always something else wrong with my teeth but I actually feel good about my dental journey going forward and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff at Durham Family Dental. Fantastic experience: I had my first clean with Sam and Gill and I was very nervous for it as it had been years since my last hygiene visit and I have sensitive teeth during cleans. They were both so patient and lovely and took their time on the cleaning and to educate me on aftercare. I felt really at ease and I definitely feel like I trust them with my teeth. Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient and, after my initial assessment with Steph, which was very thorough, I had my first treatment which was the replacement of a cracked filling. This was done by Sam, assisted by Lorna, who were both friendly and reassuring. They created a nice, calm atmosphere with no sense of hurry. It all went well and I’m pleased to have been treated by such pleasant, efficient people.

Fantastic experience: I visited Durham Family Dental for an appointment with Caroline Smith, Dental Therapist, who was assisted by Skye and I found the service to be exceptional. I immediately felt at ease and was very will informed before Caroline and Skye started my hygiene treatment. During the appointment I was very comfortable and at the end of the appointment I noticed my teeth to be brighter and cleaner that they have been for years. The treatment was comprehensive, and I am following the advice given. I will continue to attend the practice for regular follow ups. Fantastic experience: Went here today to see Laura/Lauren sorry I can't remember her name rang at 9am to speak to reception as an emergency appointment after struggling to get one anywhere, this practice were so kind from start to finish from reception to the nursing staff and dentist everyone was so good, I'm so glad they got me in today as I was in so much pain and I signed up to them due to how professional everyone was highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I visited Durham family dental today after many years of not seeing a dentist. I'm not afraid to admit that I was scared and apprehensive when I turned up for my first appointment. I was instantly put at ease by Laura & Caroline, who very clearly talked me through what they were doing and why. I was happy with the treatment I received and the thorough explanation of treatment plans and work required going forward. My only regret is that I've left it so long to seek treatment. Fantastic experience: After a recommendation I went to see Laura the dentist about a problem with my bite and the appearance of my teeth. I have had several appointments with Laura supported by Skye and Jill and everyone has been brilliant. They're all very professional but most of all friendly and put you at ease. My bite has really improved and my teeth look great. I can't recommend Laura and the whole team enough.
