Fantastic experience: Helped me promptly after a fall. Cracked a tooth and was seen straight away and was glued back together as it was one of the front two teeth.

Negative experience: I was told I likely need an extreaxmction and there's a risk it could het infected , yet it wasnt carried out. I then got booked in for the 28yh August increasing the chances of an infection. Its almost baffling, so I will now call 111 and try to get an appointment. I was told the 28th isnt an extraction appointment and that may get booked no doubt another 6 weeks later. Almost comically poor service. Will try to find a different dentist

Fantastic experience: I had a really bad infection and I was given an emergency appointment straight away. Being an NHS patient I thought they would make me wait. I was given two options of appointment times. The dentist I saw was really nice and through.

Negative experience: Waiting on phone trying to get emergency appointment for one hour gave up after this very poor

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure been coming here for many yrs, used to be slightly phobic, but the dentist I see regularly is so calm and gentle so il continue with my checks as prompted, it's a fab dentist staff are welcoming and not pressuring in respect of other treatments which I like. All in all my perfect dentist!

Negative experience: Very gentle and extremely informative. Hemmali Patel very professional and gentle. Well what can I say 1 month later after being informed about things I didn't need to know. They attempted to extract my wisdom tooth that was fairly bearable to live with. This procedure failed and I was sent home with no after care. My tooth is broken with nerve exposed and my gums keep swelling. I'm in and out of a&e due to extreme pain. If something is not broken do not let this dental.practice fix it. They have not the tool or expertise across the practice. Therefore the chances you will be better off with the treatment is very slim. Take care of your teeth and if in doubt call 111. Do not let them play or practise in your mouth.

Negative experience: I had an Invisalign via Dental Beauty Mottingham and was left with my font tooth enamel severely damaged due to careless work when removing the attachments at the end of the process. Unfortunately for me the dentist didn't know that the tool used to polish and remove the substance used to fix the attachments had the potential to do this until after this had happened to me. Not only that but I was expected to pay to have the damage to the tooth covered with composite which I think is very unfair and I was quite shocked when I was told this. I also had to ask several times to get a high resolution image of from the before and after photos, as I can imagine that they were hesitant to supply this knowing the state my tooth had been left in. I have never left a negative review for anything but unfortunately feel compelled to after my distressing experience. I would avoid going here for an Invisalign especially after seeing many friends having theirs done elsewhere with fantastic results.

Positive experience: Nervous white knuckle clenching heavy breathing, and frightening when hitting sensitive spots. I am a Nervous patient but have come far from keep having to be sedated to have anything done by a dentist. This is the 2nd hygiene appointment. Can't really blame them for my fear but lord I wish I was a dumbing laying in the chair then I'd give 100%

Negative experience: Very disappointing indeed! Administrative blackmail!! After giving me less than 24 hrs notice for a first time appointment and l still managed to meet up a rescheduled appointment, your practice just discharged me in writing without even telling me. Meanwhile you still asked me to pay for on going services. I am more than confused!

Fantastic experience: The dentist was amazing with my 8 year old daughter who was a little worried to get her first filling. They reassured her, stopped every time she asked them to, made her feel at ease all the way through her first fillings and took the time to keep her calm. Amazing treatment.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was very good at doing her job as was the assistant. After the cleaning, the hygienist was very helpful in guiding me on ways to improve my dental hygiene which proved to teach me many things I was unaware of.

Positive experience: I want to start off by saying the staff are very polite and friendly so this review is not really a matter for them. The receptionist is always kind, polite and patient. However, I don't feel particularly pleased with the service I have recently received. Booked an emergency appointment and explained I'm in a lot of pain, I've come home and my tooth is now hurting more than it did. I wasn't given any real answers/solutions apart from some antibiotics and advice for taking ibroprophen (which don't even scratch the pain) I've just had another night where I can't sleep and unfortunately as they are over subscribed and low staff they can't book me in until December for a check up to confirm the actual issue. It's pain at a filling done here earlier in the year and I can't handle this pain for an additional month. Going to look at dental care elsewhere to try and get a better solution and hopefully they'll feel relieved with my lack of business as means they can book more people in.

Negative experience: Horrible place to work, very dirty and cluttered and some of staff are rude, in specially Dentist Patel. The only nice place is the reception where patients can see.

Negative experience: I wish Dental Beauty Mottingham’s policies would be more compassionate to people’s circumstances. In general the doctor and nurses are kind and really attentive to my concerns, and came up with a treatment plan that does work for me. Dr Justin is great. However their admin policies are very unkind and not understanding at all. To begin with, treatments require a 50% deposit. I felt this amount was too high but paid it anyway because I needed the filling. Then, I was given an evening appointment. I had an appointment for an evening that I was no longer able to make due to a circumstance at work which was unavoidable and unforeseen. The receptionist told me I can only reschedule if I forfeit the 50% deposit and pay it again, because they require 48 hours notice. 48 hours ago it was the weekend and bank holiday where the practice was closed, and how was I supposed to foresee a work situation? It is unclear if the policy applies to private and NHS patients the same. I feel like the policies are out to punish us for having a reality to live with. I wish Dental Beauty Mottingham would change this. After this treatment, I don’t know if I want to come back anymore.

I recently attended 3 appointments, my first was with Dr Amrit Marwaha, she gave me a check up and then fitted me with a filling. Throughout the whole appointment she described what she was doing so i had no painful surprises and made me feel very at ease with her friendly nature. I then had Joyce for my hygienist appointment, she managed to remove a stain that had been bothering me for months so i was elated with the results, as well as enjoying her company as she had a really nice, bubbly energy and had a lovely big smile on her face during the whole appointment, so thank you joyce! Last, but not least thank you to Lauren, practice manager, on reception who is a credit to the practice with how welcoming she is, and as the first point of contact she does a great job of putting you at ease and keeping you informed on the wait times, which is a necessity for a dental practice where customers need to feel safe & in good hands, she does a great job of starting the customer journey with her warm welcome!

Negative experience: Avoid I sent a message asking to be added to the waiting list as a NHS patient and received no reply. I guess NHS patients are not high priority here. I’ll go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Don’t Bother Wanted to join as a private patient and was asked to pay approximately half the fee up upfront. Very strange. Is that normal practice for everyone? Asked for a link to their system so that I could pay and was told I’d get a call back to go through it. No call arrived.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with Dr Syndu who knew how nervous I was of needles and pain and took care of me and my teeth in a gentle and caring manner. Definitely recommend going to Dr Syndu for any dental needs! Dental nurse Aaleigha was also very kind ☺️

Negative experience: I had two filings and 1 fell out,I was seen straight away as I was in pain. Then both filings fell out and I am in pain. When I called for the nearest appointment I had to wait 5 weeks. A week before that appointment The surgery called and offered me a cancellation. When I came today for that appointment the same Dentist that did the fillings didn't redo the fillings and said I had to make another appointment, witch could be another 5 weeks even though I am in pain. This is unexeceptable and when I complained she was passive aggressive with me. I am now looking for another Dentist. I am very upset.

I told her I was a bit anxious that in the past at other dentists was painful, Erika was brilliant and i said it was the best experience i have had, very professional and i would definately rate this highly, thank you also to Fola her assistant.

Positive experience: Lovely welcoming dental surgery and dentist. My 2 year old was very nervous but the dentist was extremely friendly. She made an elephant from a glove and was so good that my 2 year old was relaxed enough to trust her and let the dentist do a thorough check up in the whole of her mouth, which is a first. Only giving 4 stars as I didn't get a scale and polish with my check up.

I had to have a tooth extracted (not due to this dentist) and I could not have asked for better care. There was minimal pain and I felt calm throughout the procedure thanks to my dentist who was kind and reassuring. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: i am a very nervous patient, but a raging toothache meant i couldnt leave it any longer... i called up dental beauty and the receptonists put me at ease instantly, i saw lisa who i can only describe as an angel on Earth.. she explained everything to me and the options i had, i wanted to be sedated as ive never had a tooth out and the fear was horrific, but i would of had to wait for another appointment and i just couldnt go another night in agony..she told me i wouldnt feel anything and if i felt pain or uncomfortable to let her know and she would stop..well...i didnt feel anything, only my head being moved, i didnt feel any pain what so ever, all that worry..it took less than 30mins from sitting down to walking out the door..i cant tell you how happy i am, and then as you leave you get the two amazing girls on the desk who are just as happy as you are!! 100% recommended. Thank you all

Negative experience: Not the best option if you want to get your tooth extracted. The dentist broke my tooth in the process of extraction and her hands was shaking and wobbling while administering anesthetics to me. After the traumatic experience i was prescribed anitbiotics and they clearly couldn't wait to get rid of me faster. I had to come back the next day to ask for self care routine as i wasn't even told what to do to take care of the area. It was a very traumatizing experience but the sad part is that it was more traumatizing for the dentist whom by the look on her face was terrified. Now i am in the worst pain of my life and i cant eat, can't clean my mouth properly or even go to work. It felt like now your tooth is broken so go sort yourself out.

Fantastic experience: I was 100% satisfied with my first experience of visiting Dental Beauty. The receptionist was very helpful, professional and polite. The dentist (Dr Blanche Kadjo) was amazing; willing to answer all my questions and queries and providing very useful tips on how to maintain my dental beauty. Dr Blanche Kadjo also gave me a print out sheet in which I refer to daily when taking care of my teeth. I have no complaints against this practice; it is one of the best I have experienced and definitely better to where I'm transferring from.

Fantastic experience: Honestly in love with this practice, I have been to several ones and Dental Beauty has been the best. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. My dentist herself named Blanche Kadjo, is truly such a lovely lady. Her assistant first prepared me with care where she made me feel comfortable. Dr Blanchette then examined me and discussed all my options in details as well as future options, and we came to a great conclusion. I don't write reviews often but they most definitely deserve one!

Positive experience: Service from the receptionists to dental nurse to dentist were excellent! I would of given a 5 star but I would of really liked a quick scale and polish when I had my check up and didn’t get one and now I have to spend £ 69 for a hygienist to clean them.

Fantastic experience: Was fantastically treated by Dr. Blanche and the amazing Nurse Juliana. They made me feel at great easy and my new filling is absolutely undetectable! I wish Google had more stars to give because in contrast to my previous dentist, I believe these two were sent from God Himself!

Fantastic experience: I first visited as I had TMJ, so needed lots of work from grinding my teeth and a nighttime guard made! Amrit is absolutely excellent, ensured I was comfortable and wasn’t in any pain at all, also gave me comfort breaks to ensure I wasn’t uncomfortable. The aftercare is also fantastic, get a call the next day to make sure you are ok and if there is anything wrong they get you in the very next day! Fantastic experience: I recently joined Dental Beauty Mottingham after their Invalisgn Open Day. Vivek and the team have been nothing but pleasant every time I have visited and they have helped out with all of my dental issues. They make me feel very welcome and they always do a super job!

Negative experience: Do not go to this terrible dentist! I always get someone else whenever I have gone the last time there wasn't even a dental nurse helping and I had a severe gum infection and she cleaned my teeth which made the infection spread! I was extremely ill for two weeks after that, avoid like the plague! ANSWER TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: YOU CANNOT FIND ME ON YOUR SYSTEM BECAUSE I HAVE LEFT! I NOW HAVE CONTACTED A GENUINE DENTIST WHO HAVE GREAT REVIEWS. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR HORROR SURGERY. REGARDS THANK YOU.

Negative experience: Disinterested, unhelpful and really cannot be bothered if you are an NHS patient. Have been a patient here for years since before Dental Beauty took over the practice. No longer a patient there anymore - fed up with trying to battle for treatment for my children.

Fantastic experience: I'm am so please I found this dentist , I messaged them and they got straight back to me, The reception staff are all welcoming and friendly And all try to help the best they can , Lauren is perfect in every way , and always takes time to make sure everything is ok with my follow up appointments and rings a few days before my next appointment , just to remind me and to make sure all is ok ,she is a credit to practice , Vivek the dentist is a great dentist, and he seems to care about teeth and gums and to help keep them in tip top condition , he had to take a couple of teeth out of my mouth and I didnt even feel it !! he was that good , I'm having a lot of dental work as I'm having dental implants, he is always there to help and take me through step by step what is going on and what is best for me teeth, I really cant rate him high enough, I've had a lot of drilling and he always checks to make sure I'm ok with what he is doing, he is a credit to the dental service, and not sure of his name but his hoover man / helper is very polite and helpful next is the hygienist, The hygienist is very good at her job , she cleans like nothing I've had before, it might hurt a bit and if it does she has numbing gel to use so it dont hurt for long , she does a great job and my teeth and gums always are very clean , the whole dentist practice is very good there are other dentists in there I think and they all seem polite and helpful, overall 5 stars is just not enough, I thank you all from lauren to vivek to the rest of the staff for helping my dentist visits a good experience as I started off as nervous dentist patient, but I'm not now thanks to all the staff , The prices are fair and reasonable, I couldn't go anywhere else, overall I rate this the best dentist practice in se london, and reccomend to everyone,

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly and nice. the dentists are good at what their doing, patient and carefully listen to customers needs. Finding a parking slot at that area is a bit difficult.

Fantastic experience: From the reception service to meeting with my dentist, it was a welcoming staff, with great efficiency, not a lot of waiting around. Dr Amrit and her assistant Juliana were very warm , reassuring and professional with their service. I felt very confident and relaxed in their care. Would strongly recommend this dental practice
