Fantastic experience: I don't like the dentist but had to go the receptionist were excellent and very friendly and the dentist Priya was excellent did not hurt at all and everything was explained will go back would recommend

Fantastic experience: After struggling to find a decent dental surgery I have finally found one the ladies at reception are lovely and the dental team are pretty good aswell I am lucky to be a patient at this surgery and look forward to the rest of my dental work to be done :)

Negative experience: awful practices, after 20 years with them i phoned for an appointment and was told after 3 years of not using will only see me if I go private. Would have been nice to have been informed of this during the 3 year period can only assume its a good way of making more money. Had to do this anonymously as didnt want to be blocked form trying other surgeries for complaining. can you imagine not using your doctors practice for 3 years and then being told you now have to go private

Fantastic experience: A first class dentist explanation of the procedure was constant and reassurance made you feel in safe hands would only recommend this dentist to anyone

Negative experience: Horrible receptionist, slams phone down on someone in distress, after every visit I have to return because there’s a problem, not the best, go elsewhere, I live in a village, on benefit, due to Illness and the bus here runs until 11:38AM so the fool on reception offers a 4pm , knowing full well I can’t get there after explaining the situation, guess they have to cover their back with “well we offered him multiple appointments”, yes you might have, the first I can’t make due to finance, can’t afford a taxi today, that or Wednesday, well if it gets worse I’ll be sure to make it official and sue because the receptionist had no reason to hang up, I hadn’t even swore, I won’t fall into the ringing them back trap, know that one!!! Should only be working with farmyard animals, they have made a complete mess of my mouth, I’m in excruciating pain, and have recieved a letter this morning barring me from their “surgery”, they didn’t like critism, and left me with 2 huge “cankers” (open sores) from the forced injections of novacaine, you would be mad to put your trust in these especially if you are a nervous patient, this lot are an awful bunch, don’t speak out, don’t give a bad review or you too will be looking for an alternative dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: As someone who is petrified of the dentist i have just signed up to Queensbury. Priya and her team were amazing , they were so reassuring and made me feel so at ease , from the moment i walked through the door and spoke to the ladies at the reception to going in for treatment with Priya and the nurse who reassured me. I had a full clean and Sparkle treatment and it was an hour and a reasonable price . Thank you to the team again and for making me now not have such worries about the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from a friendly team. I arrived 40 minutes early and was seen 5 minutes after arriving. The dentist is very thorough and explained in depth everything she was doing. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I found Louise the hygienist friendly and helpful. This relaxed me. She was very willing to answer the questions I had in an informative way. The treatment she gave me was comfortable and gentle but effective. When she said I was doing a good job with my oral hygiene I felt encouraged to keep it up!

The Receptionists are welcoming and have always found them to be very helpful. The practice also has the bonus of having a Hygienist attached to the dental surgery. I 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: Took my children to see Nikhil Parekh today. He has an easy, relaxed manner with his patients and did not rush them or inisist that they sit in a certain position which meant that the children also relaxed and allowed him to check their teeth. This is so important for children to build a good relationship with their dentist from young rather than fear. Would thoroughly recommend. Reception staff are always helpful and friendly too.

Fantastic experience: Two appointments, one for a routine check, then for treatment for an issue discovered. Both times, I was met by a friendly and efficient receptionist. This makes a difference to the 'patient'. Dr Lidder was his usual friendly professional self. The procedure was fully explained to me, and how I could call an halt if I needed it. During the treatment, there was occasional professional / social conversation, in which I was included. ( circumstances permitting!) Dr Lidder is obviously interested in his staff's lives both socially and professionally. Personally, I find this conversation creates a relaxed atmosphere and am glad it happens. The outcome of the appointment was both functionally and cosmetically excellent.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Queensbury Dental Practice for many years. My dentist is Dr.Nikhil Parekh and an excellent dentist. Never feel rushed or under any undue pressure. I have always received excellent treatment. One of the best at delivering injections to patients. As has been my experience. Still the case 3rd April 2024; had to have a crown fixed this time by Mr Lidder, who did an excellent job. Phoned early morning, and was amazed they did this for me same day within 3 hrs of my call.

Fantastic experience: The day before I went on holiday an old crown fell off. Queensbury fitted me in within a few hours of me calling them and fixed it for me. Courteous and professional service and a reasonable cost. Priceless for peace of mind! Thank you

Fantastic experience: As always I was looked after very well. I had quite a major procedure. The anaesthetic injection was give with little pain or no pain. The whole procedure was carried out with care and they were only to happy to stop a couple of times to let me catch my breath and relax.

Fantastic experience: Hi to everyone. I have been seeing Dc Lidder for many years now. Although I live in Luton I would never change from Dc Lidder. He is a very caring and competent man. Above all he explains in simple terms what he finds needs doing, if anything. His hygienist and all staff are also very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have slight dentist phobia and always feel/felt very anxious all my life before any dentist visit , however since I become patient here 7-8 years ago Nikhil Parekh has been absolutely amazing , always reassuring what treatment I need and gave me enough time to adjust and mentally prepare myself , I’m so greatful and my daughter also enjoys her visits . Fantastic experience: Today Elias had first appointment with dentist and was shying but the doctor which is Vikaash Rasalingam was amazing and friendly and kept talking to my son until finish treatment and given a sticker to my son ,they were very friendly and I’m so glad.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best Dentist I have ever been to. They look after your teeth and are more concerned about the health of your teeth and mouth generally. They don't try to sell whitening or cosmetic treatments as others in the past I have visited. Just the honest truth and more tell you how you can help yourself with plaque build up by regular using interdental brushes etc. Lovely staff would not go anywhere else.

Refer on for teeth extraction under sedation and also for orthodontist. Great at treatments, never feel rushed and very polite.

I have always found that the Receptionists and all the Dental staff at Queensbury Dental Surgery are always so helpful and the treatment is always good. Today i was exceptionally pleased with the standard of the hygienist appointment given by Megan with her assistant Luckca it was thorough, gentle and both ladies were so cheerful in their work and this shone through . Fantastic experience: Jay Thanki is amazing dentist he done Teeth Whitening and other treatments were clearly explained and (for me at least!) were pain free. Also well run dental practice. Reasonably easy to get an appointment and the standard of care is great. Spotlessly clean, always friendly and efficient staff. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service. I cracked a tooth yesterday and called for an emergency appointment which I was given for today. I was treated by Jay who was brilliant. He extracted the broken part of the tooth with minimal discomfort for me. He explained my options carefully and will reassess me in 3 months. Hopefully we can save the tooth! Faultless, thank you.
