My daughter is quite an anxious girl and the staff dealt with that calmly and perfectly! As treatment was going on she had numerous appointments and weekly scans where you can see the progression. 9 months start to finish which is amazing. I cannot fault any of our experience. We saw a lot of different staff members and all were so happy and welcoming. My only regret is not having the treatment sooner. I would highly recommend this orthodontist practice. My treatment has been a long time starting in 2021 and finishing in 2025 and they have done all they can to make it as smooth as possible. My treatment hasn’t been easy starting with some completed extractions. I used Invisalign to start and after a few years of this we switched to fixed braces in order to help make more progress. Dr Shah always made sure I was happy with any changes and treatment and throughly explained how everything would work to ensure I was comfortable with everything. I would recommend Dr Shah and his team to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment in Brentwood and surrounding areas.

Fantastic experience: I received Invisalign treatment from this practice starting March 23 and I am very happy with the results. All my appointments are pleasant, there is never any rushing to get you out and on my first appointment we (I forget the ladies name) talked about all sorts as she scanned my teeth and took pictures, as someone who suffers with anxiety, this helped me a lot. Dr Shah and the team adjusted my treatment as I didn’t want to have a tooth removed to make space as per his original treatment plan. Using a scan box, they regularly monitor the progress of my treatment and adjusted wear time and when to change to the next aligners. I was recommended this practice by my dentist’s orthodontist as he felt Dr Shah was more experienced to give me the best results possible than he could. The practice is very clean and staff are always welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to get Invisalign to come here. I also did not realise how bad my teeth were now that they have been treated, both in health and appearance!
