Fantastic experience: The staff are always welcoming, helpful and supportive. Booking appointments and any paperwork is made easy and straightforward. My children and I are always happy to visit this dentist. He is always friendly, whilst being professional. He makes us feel comfortable and safe.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental surgery for the professional and thorough dentist Dr Irfan Sheraz and the lovely dental nurse. As a nervous patient they put me totally at ease with my tooth extraction. Unfortunately one of the reception team was very abrupt with me and frankly quite rude. She should learn to have some level of sensitivity to a nervous patient who is clearly in pain. The other receptionist although not quite as rude was quite annoyed that I took a business card and told me to put it back as they are expensive.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely over the moon with the results of my treatment. I went for the Invisalign treatment which included Teeth Whitening and then I got edge bonding done on 2 teeth at the end of my treatment. Everyone who knows me are constantly complimenting me. The best part is that they don't look fake at all they actually look very natural and if you didn't know me you would never know I've had anything done to my teeth or how bad my teeth used to be before hand. I would give a 100 star if I could. All member of the team were so lovely and easy to speak to. I'm very happy and hope other people can see the amazing potential this dental practice has.

No one likes going to the dentist, but having been 3 times now, firstly for a much needed check-up, then a hygienist appointment and finally a new filling, I can say this place is top notch! Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The dentist did not seem to allocate enough time for my appointment, and the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. What bothered me most was that when I was leaving, the dentist spoke to me while facing away, which came across as quite rude and dismissive. We are NHS patients and my kids and we parents have been checked regularly. Our eldest has been recommended forward for orthodontic care and supported through that with the dentistry team. At just 23, having my front two teeth removed and replaced with implants (including a bone graft) was a big and daunting procedure. Before choosing Regents, I visited several dentists, but none gave me the confidence and reassurance that Dr Imran Sheraz and his team did. From start to finish, the care was outstanding. Fantastic experience: Finding Doctor Imran at Regent Dental was a moment of serendipity. For the first time since I have been back in the U. K I am finally able to relax in the dentists chair feeling confident the treatment I receive will be pain free and of an excellent standard. Fantastic experience: The dental implant I have had fitted at Regent Dental practice looks in keeping with the rest of my teeth, (I asked for it to be slightly whiter so when I teeth whiten it is a good match, and in the shadows of my smile it looks great). It was not at all painful during the process and does not hurt now. Thank you for a job done well, by Dr Imran Sheraz 2 years later … I have another troublesome tooth, back to Regent dental practice, same calming and professional treatment by Dr Imran Sheraz ( so far so good ) will get back in 3 months for the crown fitting … watch this space ……

Fantastic experience: I cracked one of my front teeth and my own dentist couldn't repair it as it was too complex, I tried contacting numerous dentists but couldn't get anyone of them to see me until I called Regent Street dentist. My praise goes to Dr Imran Shiraz who agreed to see me the next day. From the moment I arrived he made me feel at ease and explained what he was going to do. I decided to have an Inplant which he started the same day by extracting the cracked tooth, cleaning the infection and then inserted the stump of the Inplant. I then had to wait 3 months for the first stage to settle in my gum. This is very important as your mouth can reject t it,, so the wait was worth it, I then went yesterday to have the crown (tooth) fitted. And I can not express enough how pleased I am with my new tooth. From the moment I walked into Imrans surgery he explained everything he was doing and made me feel at ease. Mine was a very complex operation and was done with much care. I have now changed to this dentist even though its a long way to go

Fantastic experience: This review is for Dr. IMRAN Sheraz and Dr. ZAINAB Salim. When I lost some teeth I was very stressed and worried. I was considering to go and have implants placed in my home country to be cheaper. However, I met Dr. IMRAN Sheraz and realized it's best going for the procedure with him in the UK. Dr. Imran has taken a very good care of me and now I have my full smile again. The procedures went easily and I didn't even have much pain after the surgeries. The teeth look great and have been serving me nicely during the past couple of months. It's worth mentioning that Dr. Imran is very experienced and skilled and it's noticeable in the way he carries his work. As a result I could trust him quickly and not get worried about surgeries at all. I am also very happy with Dr. ZAINAB Salim's work. She performed extractions very quickly and took the teeth out as a whole reducing the risk of leaving some roots or particles behind. Overall, it's a very good practice with many good experts. I am now moving here for any other dental works as well!

Fantastic experience: Dr Imran is one of the nicest dentists you could wish to be treated by. I had a double implant carried out by him and could not have wished for better treatment. He is friendly and informative and explains each stage of the procedure in detail. He uses state of the art equipment and can show you exactly how the implants will be completed. Also, having been quoted for the same procedure at a cost which was double of that charged I am very satisfied and would recommend the practice and Dr Imran to anyone considering having an implant.

Fantastic experience: Having been referred by my dentist to a practice in Harpenden and been shocked by the quotation (over £6k with bone graft), I decided to shop around. I came across Regent Dental practice and not only felt they had a good website, but they also had clear pricing. I arranged a free appointment and immediately gelled with all the staff and dentist (Dr Imran Sheraz). Their quote was less than half my original quote. I had enough confidence in them to go ahead, they removed my tooth, did the bone graft and fitted the first part in one appointment. Next appointment 3 months later I was measured for the implant and a larger stud fitted. This week they fitted the implant. It’s fantastic. There have been no issues throughout, each and every member of staff have been polite, professional and friendly and put patients at ease. For anyone who needs an implant, but is afraid of the dentist, or cost. I can 100% recommend making that appointment and going there. You won’t look back.

Fantastic experience: This Dentist is fantastic I came to see Dr Sherez as my dentist cannot fit implants, I was wary as they were offering discount at the time but I am so pleased I did as being so scared of dentists from the past he put my mind at ease, I have just had one implant fitted with a second being prepared and I am over the moon with his speed and manner. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the Regent Dental Practice. I had lost 2 front teeth due to periodontitis and bone loss and went to see Dr. Iman Sheraz for a free consultation. I have always been very nervous of dental procedures but he explained everything very carefully and we discussed what would be involved in a bone graft to enable the implants to be successful. He was also quite clear about the costs involved and that there would be no additional costs. Dr. Sheraz came across as very professional, knowledgeable and empathic and I decided to go ahead. Throughout my treatment Dr. Sheraz explained the procedures and showed me the results of the scan and x-rays so I felt completely involved and reassured. Having just finished the whole process, I am delighted with the two very natural-looking replacement teeth. Fantastic experience: After being recommended Regent dental for Invisalign I booked a consultation with Dr Haroon Sheraz. It has been a straight forward pleasurable experience from start to finish with fantastic results. I have now come to an end with my straightening and currently going through two weeks of whitening prior to having my retainer wire fitted. Positive experience: The doctor was really friendly and trustful, but both me and my partner didn't had a good experiences with the hygienist. I have healthy gum and rarely bleed during hygiene sessions, but with Hanife, it was so rough and quick. It was quite painful, I bleed a lot and my gum was swelling, on the next day I noticed so many blood spots on my gum which never happened before and after. I thought it was just me, but later my partner had the same feeling. I have now changed dental practice but the experience last year still bothers and makes me scarred of hygiene.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with my new dental implant, that was carried out by Dr Imran Sheraz at the Regent Street Dental Practice. Dr Imran Sheraz recommended an immediate implant following the extraction of a broken tooth. I was amazed how quickly the tooth was extracted and the screw to take the crown was implanted and moreover, I did not experience any pain or swelling of my gum after the procedure was carried out. If you are thinking about having a tooth implant I can highly recommend Dr Imran Sheraz whose care, speed and accuracy amazed me, he carefully explained the implant procedure at each step which takes 3 months before the crown is fitted. The crown was an excellent fit and colour match and the next day the tooth felt as if it had always been there.

Fantastic experience: Hadn't visited the hygienist for about 5 years so I was a bit apprehensive, but Rhiana was so lovely I really needn't have worried - she really put me at ease, gave me some great tips for better flossing technique, and teeth are so much better after she was finished! I visit the hygienist Hanife regularly here and am always impressed with the high level of professionalism from Hanife and the whole team. Hanife always ensures that my dental plan is explained to me clearly and in a way that makes sense to me before she begins treatment. Myself and my 2 year old son also recently had an appointment with the dentist Dr Irfan. It was my sons first dental appointment and Dr Irfan was absolutely wonderful with the way he made my son feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I have had three oral hygiene appointments with Rhiana in the past few months. She diagnosed active gum disease immediately and prescribed a comprehensive daily cleaning routine that has dramatically reduced the sensitivity and discomfort I felt during further treatment. At my deep-cleaning session today she had an assistant with her and managed to supervise and educate them while simultaneously treating and looking after me. Her medical knowledge is excellent, her manner is courteous, considerate and highly professional, and her technical skill is outstanding; far from being the daunting, painful experience I was expecting, it was *almost* pleasurable! Very highly recommended indeed.

Fantastic experience: I had such a good experience with Dr Haroon after my front cap fell off mid sentence. I was given an appointment very quickly and at first he said that it was not a good idea to try to cement it back, but when he saw how upset I was, he gave me another appointment that day, and with some difficulty he did a perfect job. I am hugely grateful and highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I am a 68 year old male who due to some very bad experiences when I was younger is petrified of going to the dentist. Earlier this year a crown on one of my incisors snapped leaving only the root and my normal dentist told me I had 3 choices - live with the gap, have a denture or an implant. After much research I decided on an implant with Regent Dental as my normal practice didn't do implants. The whole team at this practice are exceptional with Dr Imran Sheraz being amazing. With extreme intrepidation and highly anxious I turned up for my first stage implant. Very quickly Dr Sheraz managed to calm me and within 30 minutes I was shaking his hand and saying goodbye having experienced only the tiniest amount of pain during the injections. During this time he had applied a topical anesthetic, injected an anesthetic, extracted the root, prepared the bone, inserted the implant and stitched up my gum. I only needed to take paracetamol for that day, had zero bleeding and minor swelling for 4 days, which is amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice and think Dr Sheraz to probably be the best I have ever met!

Initially, I was apprehensive to do gums treatment, but Dr Imran made me understand the procedure, and believe me, my gums have improved. Hanife, dental hygienist, is very efficient and pleasant. I have gone from being a really nervous patient to someone who laughs and jokes with the staff, I never thought that could happen! Irfan , Elham and Zainab, I cannot speak highly enough of. Dr Haroon Sheraz the dentist is gentle, brilliant with those with nerves and very understanding with a bright and bubbly personality. Also Jess the dental nurse is lovely too, In fact everyone at the practice is amazing. I have recently moved to Kent but this practice is so good that I travel back specifically so I can continue to use them. I wouldn’t change dentists for the world.

They are kind, caring, treated me with respect and care every time. Jay the manager is a absolutely delightful person who runs miles for me every time. Fantastic experience: I recommend this dentist to everyone they do not look down on you they look to help you and see you as a person my teeth for extremely bad and unfortunately I have had a hard life they do not judge me for the way I look for the way my teeth are they listened to everyone and understand everything I want to thank each and every person in this establishment as they have helped me more than they will ever realise and with only just started the work I cannot wait to see my end result and I am so pleased to be with them they are amazing they do not see you as something they can profit off they see you as a person that need help and they want to help genuinely

Negative experience: I visited them for a routine checkup and decided to go ahead with a simple filling (as food was getting trapped occasionally). Haroon Sheraz carried out the filling, which should have been fairly straightforward. However, 2 weeks later, my tooth was still very sensitive/painful and I was advised it is normal and to continue waiting! Fast forward ~2 months and my tooth is still sensitive and I can't use that side to chew any food. I went back in to get this checked and the same dentist proceeds to blame the issue due to a "crack" in my tooth and potentially having to remove it! He also offered to remove the nerve and potentially fitting a crown and some other treatments, without acknowledging that this was not an issue before the filling. He refused to even consider that the problem may have been caused by his procedure and got very defensive. When I asked for an explanation, he became very rude and unprofessional. I obviously complained to the manager and will not be going back. Unfortunately, I'm now left to sort out the issue they created, but luckily I have found another dental clinic who know what they are talking about. My new dentist is now rectifying the issue created by Regent Dental. Avoid these guys, especially Haroon Sheraz, if you value your dental health and unnecessary complications. This has been such a waste of my time and money. I really do hope I don't end up losing a healthy tooth due to their incompetence.
