Positive experience: Excellent staff but practice could do with getting free wi-fi when waiting to be taken. Also the medical forms that need to be filled in EVERY TIME you attend the practice should have a NO CHANGES TO MEDICATION box to tick.

Fantastic experience: Due to lack of NHS dentists I haven't been able to get any appointments for a couple of years anyway, and so I was very nervous and did way too much 'talk'!! The team that I met with were all fabulous - understanding, and very helpful!

Positive experience: The check Dominic made of my teeth was thorough and encompassed a health check of the glands in my neck and my tongue. I was however expecting a scale and polish too as it had been eighteen months since my last appointment and the backs of my teeth in particular are badly stained.

Positive experience: Brilliant dentist to go to. All the staff I've seen are so friendly and reassuring. Only downside is, I have to go to the hygienist 3 to 4 times a year but when I try to make my next appointment, they're full booked for months ahead

Positive experience: Excellent dental surgery. Saw Dominic this morning & left feeling very reassured my teeth & gums have no problems to cause concern, was also given a neck & throat glands check! I'm a NHS patient, his attention to detail is so professional & very reassuring. I also visit hygienist Elma, on a regular basis, she is just as professional, reassuring & leave this surgery feeling satisfied, money well spent, absolutely every time. Also, receptionists lovely. Well done Torwood.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant, professional and friendly service. Highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. I was completely comfortable throughout my treatment and very happy with the outcome. The level of care and attention I received did more than calm my nerves and I found it very easy to speak about any concerns about my oral health and of course these concerns were dealt with and explained in a way which honestly put me at ease. Never thought I would be happy about visiting the dentist but in all honestly. I really was/am and I think any future treatment is going to be the same. Got to say thank you to my dentist and to his assistant for their effort and of course looking after me from start to finish. Really appreciate that. Thank you once again.

Positive experience: Elma makes me always feel at ease. Her expertise and suggestions for oral care are second to none. After my visit, I always feel good knowing that my teeth were cared for well. Unfortunately, I can no longer book appointments with her for my annual visit since the practice had a change in policy. It'll safe me money, but I look at my visits as an investment in my health. So that's money well spent. Slight concern that my annual visits will no longer take place. Not sure if I like their new policy. Yes it safes me money, or does it? I'm sure the practice will ensure that they don't lose out on income. I wasn't too impressed that I am only allowed to book one annual appointment with my Dentist. With the hygienist appointments gone too, I am beginning to feel uneasy and not so well looked after anymore. I want to stress that by no means are the dentist or hygienist to blame. These are policies put in place by the management.

In all the time I have used their dental services, I have found all the admin staff and dental practitioners to be very professional and helpful. I, like many others, find dental work a bit scary and have been pleasantly surprised at how they manage to put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Well, if I can avoid a visit to the dentist I will. But with gouping toothache which painkillers weren't helping, I phoned for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the dentist and dental nurse all put me at my ease. The dentist asked a number of questions to help her get to the root of the issue. She recommended an X-ray and that confirmed I had a gum infection rather than needing work done on my tooth. So the good news was a diagnosis and no drilling, and, if there is bad news a prescription for antibiotics. Thank you Torwood for looking after me.
