Fantastic experience: As always, we'll looked after by Jenny, our hygienist & all the team. This is the only dental practice I (both myself & my wife) have ever had such trust in all of the people that work at Smile Style.

Fantastic experience: WOW ! What a fantastic response from them .Had some concerns and was seen same day by Emma for a thorough check and X-rays . She was great ,friendly and reassured me all was fine . as I was due for some unrelated hospital treatment suggested a clean so it was something less to worry about Hygienist Yevedzo did a superb job . Big thank you to all .

Fantastic experience: I originally had treatment for my teeth here from Parm to have them aligned (with a brace/retainers) and I couldn't be happier with the results! I felt safe and confident throughout the whole process. More recently I had support from SmileStyle for a checkup and hygiene appointment in July 2025. Harriet was excellent in my checkup, I would say Harriet gave me the most thorough and professional checkup I have had here to date, offering sound advice on routine for my wisdom teeth which have recently came through. Emma was also brilliant on the hygiene appointment and was friendly, supportive and professional. Would definitely reccommend SmileStyle as a Dental Practice. :)

Fantastic experience: This dentist is just fantastic. I see Emma there and her work is more than excellent. I have not experienced pain or discomfort despite the work I had to have done. Also on a personal level I love going there. Everybody is friendly and helpful. They even try and squeeze you in if you need some quick help. Wonderful set up!! You never feel as if anything you ask is too much bother for them. For the first time in my ripe old age I enjoy going to a dentist.. I also see the Hygienist at this surgery and I can’t praise her highly enough. Everybody is putting in so much work to make this a pleasant experience - from the receptionist to the assistants, the hygienist and dentist! Super place! 24/01/25 I broke a piece off my tooth and Emma saw me same day. My tooth is fixed and I felt zero pain. The dentist, Emma tgd hygienist, Jean, the assistants and receptionists are all so kind and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. As a patient you feel in real safe hands! I can recommend this dentist to anyone! 27/2/25 Had to have a big molar extracted. I didn’t feel anything. Emma was so gentle that I almost fell asleep. No bleeding afterwards, no pain, no need for paracetamol, zero problems. The best dentist I have ever had! 10/7/25 A crown needed cementing in and Emma and her team took care of me. Everything is so effortless and as a client you feel in very competent hands.

Fantastic experience: Latest appointment was for extraction of a small molar at the far back. Painless injections of anaesthetic ensured mouth area well numbed. Harpreet and his assistant very caring and clear in explanations of procedure and supported me in every way possible all through. Given advice on aftercare verbally and in written form. Receptionist Dawn was helpful before the procedure and when I was taking my ease in the waiting room to allow the numbness to wear off. Emma, my regular dentist, was also very reassuring when she saw me there chatting to her patient. Thank you, Smile Style!

I'd discovered an amazing dentist in my 20s, he was just brilliant, then he moved, and was not able to find him! Then, over 30 years later, walking into Smile Style, there he was, Richard, who then proceeded to remove the rest of the half pulled tooth That the other dentist has just left, my hero! Fantastic experience: My 12 year old daughter's smile was transformed after i-con treatment was used on her two top front teeth, which had grown in with brown stains at their tips. The brown marks have disappeared, the teeth are an even colour and my daughter is thrilled with her new smile! My daughter is autistic and has mild cerebral palsy. She can become very anxious and agitated during dental treatment. Richard, the dentist, had a very calm, reassuring manner and clearly explained every step of the treatment to her. I would definitely recommend Smile Style to anyone who is at all anxious about dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of this centre, mainly Mr Harpeet and his team that worked on my implant. The centre has state of the art facilities including x rays and 3D scanners I guess that to ensure that the new teeth will fit in the right place without much effort. The only thing I did outside the centre was a CT scan. The whole process took about 4 months from the drilling and filling the bone to the crown placement. My tooth fall many year ago so needed filling the bone loss with special material. All went as it should, just a little discomfort at times but is was minimal. I wish it goes like this to every one. The price is kind of market price for today and you are lucky you can get some promotion like free X rays that I got on the first visit.

Positive experience: Hygienist was lovely and caring. She was mindful of my nerves in attending. One thing I wasn't fond of was at the end of the appointment. Hygienist was on her computer therefore, turning her back to me. Dental nurse was cleaning down, therefore, her mind was elsewhere. Whilst both these jobs are essential I was unclear if I was to leave.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Smile for a few years now after not visiting a dentist for 33 years each time has been a pleasure. Jenny is a fantastic Hygenist and spends the extra time getting down deep and after explaining why its so important to keep up with the regime,even though she apologises for preaching shes really not .Personally I love her analogies and how she links the bacteria in our teeth to other aspects of life. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones that enjoys going to the dentist because it can only be a positive thing. Healthy teeth really can add years to your life .

Fantastic experience: Parm is amazing, wonderful dentist, so kind and considerate, and the best at what he does, it’s taken me until I’m 54 to finally get my teeth sorted, when other dentists said there was nothing that could be done, unless I had jaw surgery, the service you get here is brilliant compared to other practices I have visited over the years

Negative experience: Usually very happy but not this visit - it was rushed and didn’t get full hygiene clean only 15 minutes. I was late 5.09 instead of 5pm due to the roadworks on Lichfield Road and Wolverhampton road closure, I rang in at 4.58 to let them know.

Fantastic experience: From day one of visiting and until the end of my treatment the Team have been amazing. Very professional and always willing to help no matter what. Parm has done great work getting my teeth nice and straight making me feel so much more confident. Thankyou Marc

Negative experience: My experience is this practice will just take take take your money! I need a crown that’s been on over 20 years replacing The practice did a full 2k treatment plan that I had to follow or they refused to do my crown! I explained my financial position and began the treatment plan, half way through I had to stop as I ran out of funds. The dentist now wants to review and see if I need another full treatment plan as it’s been 6 months, fresh consultation fee of £130 they won’t take off where I left! And Richard has fully refused to just do my crown unless I follow a full plan of treatment first They are putting patients in a financial hole while selling this as without healthy teeth we can’t give you the treatment you require! I understand the risks and feel the customer should have some say not be refused treatment unless thousands is spent first I feel robbed by Richard

Negative experience: I’ve been with this practise for at least 6 years. My experience has changed massively. Prices rise annually aggressively yet value for money declines. I have now moved to a different practise. I get to see an hygienist twice yearly, when a dentist pops in to ‘check’ me over…no more than 3 minutes. My teeth are stained…I used to have a ‘sand blast’ but now only scale and polish. This practise now seems focused on the more advanced and expensive treatments and not so much on day to day patients sadly. If you’ve lots to spend and work to have done…fill your boots…else find yourself a dental practice that genuinely cares about you as an individual who wants day to day care for your mouth.

Fantastic experience: Moving to a new area brings all sorts of anxieties, dentists being one. This practice ticks all of the boxes - comfort, friendly staff, professional approach etc etc. I've just had root canal process with everything explained in detail so I knew exactly what was going to happen; it was 'almost' a pleasure as there was absolutely no pain while nice music played in the background. My wife and I are so glad to have found this gem which we recommend to anyone.
