Fantastic experience: Saw Sarah Clark today for my hygienist appointment. Sarah is always so good, very thorough & is very knowledgeable. She always gives my teeth a thorough clean & gives advice about how best to look after my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious and was put at ease & time was taken to make sure I was OK through the whole process...very empathetic.

Positive experience: The treatment was good but I was concerned about the equipment in the surgery . The base of the arm that controls the light and mouth rinse bowl was all rusted and the arm rests were very worn. It did make me wonder if I was getting treatment with the most up to date equipment in dentistry. I was also concerned that the wear and tear of the equipment was not providing the most sanitary conditions for the patients.

Negative experience: Made my sons wait 20 minutes past their appointment times, looked at their teeth for 60 secs each, then said see you in 6 months

Fantastic experience: Our Children’s Routine Check-Up We brought our kids in for their regular dental appointment, and had a wonderful experience. Dr Guneet and Nurse Jess were incredibly helpful and attentive. They performed a thorough check‑up on the children’s teeth and managed everything efficiently, all in a lovely, timely manner. The reception staff was lovely and gave stickers to the kids at the end of the visit. We appreciated how warm and professional they were throughout—exactly what you hope for during a kids’ dental visit!

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth removal with Dr Guneet, and she was incredibly quick with it! Gemma was a lovely dentist as well, and provided me with a sugary water as I didn’t have breakfast. Procedure was fast and relatively smooth.

Fantastic experience: Visited Benhill Dental Practice on Friday to pick up my lower plate as it had broken and they repaired it and it fitted perfectly !! Have used this surgery for a good few years now and always get seen when there is a problem and a lovely dentist too !! I feel confident that I can refer people to this dentist and that they get put on the waiting list as there is a short fall of dentists like Alex !!

Positive experience: You asked for a review I was not going to say anything yet as I saw a new dentist who seemed nice but started to feel distressed when I was stabbed in the gum with a sharp object then she mentioned blood she then proceeded to take pictures but did not explain what she was doing neither did she ask my permission I have always had 100 percent service here now feel concerned I feel she caused a problem by stabbing my gums

Negative experience: I received a reminder for a dental appointment with the dentist, which included a link to complete a medical history form. I attempted to fill it out, but the form could not be submitted successfully. I then replied to the same email to report the issue, but received no response. On another occasion, I was sent two separate emails within the span of two hours, requesting confirmation for a hygienist appointment. This highlights a noticeable contrast in the clinic’s responsiveness and suggests an imbalance in the prioritisation of tasks and the overall standard of customer service.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning todate with HEIDI, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and care. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She checked in frequently at the cleaning process to ensure i was doing okay. HEIDI was incredibly thorough, making the entire experience surprisingly pleasant. I truly appreciate the excellent care she provided and would highly recommend HEIDI to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Wow what kind and caring dentists. I suffer from severe anxiety especially being needle phobic and every time they have supported me with compassion and understanding helping me repair my teeth after a period of depression that resulted in lack of care. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough I’d give 10 stars if I could xxxxx

Fantastic experience: I came in with some sensitivity issues, and Heidi was incredibly understanding and careful throughout my cleaning. She listened to my concerns and adjusted her technique accordingly. My teeth feel much better, and I really appreciate her attentive and skilled approach. Negative experience: Really wouldn't recommend here for hygiene appt, cant comment about other services. Paid for 30mins, got kicked out in 20mins ( called in 10 mins late) and actual cleaning was around 10 mins. Never had such a brief session, going to stick with my previous clinic.

I have always been hugely happy with her dental work and suggested plans regarding treatment. Today I had my 2nd hygienist appointment with Diana . Fantastic experience: I arrived early Dr Alexander Fivey reception was not at the desk but her colleague gave me a very warm welcome and said she would let her colleague know on return which did and a another warm welcome, Diane the Hygienist was also very welcoming. I have attended the practice for a number of years and it is still warm and friendly like family with excellent service, I can not fault the level of service you get is excellent. Richard Scott.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aziz is my dentist who is a true professional. Find him to be very knowledgeable, reassuring and felt instantly at ease from the start, bearing in mind that I have always had a phobia of dentists. As an extra benefit the receptionist( Mandy ) was extremely pleasant and helpful, rather unusual is this day and age. Certainly give the practice a score of 125 out of 100 !!

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with my dental hygienist Diana Podgorska Salcius and it was sooo better than I initially imagined.. I walked into the surgery ready to get my teeth done only to find out that she was running late. When she finally called me in apologizing profusely while juggling a floss, tepes and what appeared to be wet wipes. I couldn’t help but chuckle Once we got past the initial delay, she transformed into a dental wizard! With the precision of a surgeon and the gentleness of a ballet dancer I had the best clean ever. As she worked her magic, we chatted about everything from toothpaste brands to the latest fashion trends. I learned more about flossing than I ever thought possible, and by the end, I felt like I had just had a heart-to-heart with the world's most entertaining dental pro.

They have been incredibly helpful when I have had an emergency and have always managed to see me. She was so calm and confident that my son felt very comfortable and was very happy with the whole experience. My younger one had extractions that went smoothly. As I have very sensitive teeth she did a thorough manual clean, which was completely pain free. My teeth have never felt this good after an appointment. They take their role so seriously and make sure to keep you informed while they assess your case. The receptionist is also excellent, she is extremely knowledgable about the practice which allowed for fast responses to sometimes difficult admin questions which made booking the appointments so streamlined. I am a private patient and they have loads of times available to see them so it is very convenient for those with busy lifestyles. I highly recommend Diana and Alexandra to anyone seeking top-notch dental care. Their exceptional skills, compassionate demeanour, and dedication to patient education make them an outstanding dental team.

Fantastic experience: I had an opportunity to see the new hygienist called Diane in the clinic. She was very empathetic , warm and friendly person who knew how to distract patients to overcome their anxiety that some may have while visiting a dentist. I quite like the fact she demonstrated person centred approach and made me experience a visit that I would say had never experienced. She had eye for every detail and was transparent in sharing her feedback. I would highly recommend for patients to see her as seeing is believing and trust me you will not be disappointed . Fantastic experience: Great practice. My daughter had an extraction there today. She was very anxious and got a bit upset. Her dentist Dr. Taxiarchou was amazing.....calmed her down and talked her through the procedure. It was done quickly and painlessly. We were given advice on after care and they followed up with an email with more information. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very professional dentist that I had never experienced before, Dentist Alexandra cleaned my tooth, not feeling much pain. When compared with I was in Hong Kong, the painful from 1 to 10, here was only 2 while Hong Kong was 10.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Benhill Dental Practice since moving to Sutton in 2022 and the service is always great. I recently had my second hygienist appointment with Diana Salcios who has really helped me to take better care of my teeth and gums. I had avoided going to a hygienist for a long time before this due to the expense and then the fear of embarrassment of the build up that had formed. But after listening to Diana’s advice I have seen such huge improvements and now it seems so much easier to keep on top of my oral health. Diana was so thorough, kind, empathic and really tailored the care my teeth and gums needed. My gums are now less inflamed and with routine flossing my teeth don’t create as much build up. Would definitely recommend Diana, she has gone the extra mile compared to other hygienists!

Negative experience: No stars.I cracked a back molar.Very painfull.Dentist looked and said they dont do root canal or crowns.I said I had my other back molar done just a few years ago there.She said no I didnt.I said its the only dentist I ever used in 16 years since I arrived in Uk.She said not possible.Eventually check paper records and yes I had a steel crown done there.She said well all she can offer is pull the tooth ,wait a year for the NHS or go private.Im afraid none of those options were ok.I probably wont be back to Benhill surgery.The web site clearly shows Benhill does do crowns and root canal treatment.I checked .

Fantastic experience: Both my children are patients at this dentist. My eldest is quite nervous and anxious of the dentist. This dentist is very patient and kind. Both my children did not want the gel on their teeth and the dentist listened to them. This is really important as will hopefully lead to them feeling more comfortable and confident for future appointments. The receptionist was kind and both children got stickers. They were delighted.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending this dental practice for at at least 5 years now and have always experienced a fantastic service. Whenever any treatment has been required all of the options have been well explained giving me the information required to make an informed decision about which pathway to take. My young children also attend this practice and their check-ups have always been performed in a comforting manner creating a positive experience for them. Fantastic experience: I am a nervous dental patient, and hadn't visited the dentist in a few years due to poor experiences at my previous surgery, however I've really been put at ease by my dentist (Athina) and hygienist (Diana), who have made me feel very comfortable and reassured. They're friendly and empathetic and I feel like a different patient now! They've really made a difference. I would highly recommend, especially for other nervous patients.
