My son and I had an appointment, but I was running late and didn’t expect to be seen. To my surprise, you went above and beyond to accommodate both of us, a truly selfless act, especially as most places would have turned us away. Not only that, but you and your dental nurse, Ayan, kindly kept my son entertained while you treated me, despite his interruptions. That thoughtfulness meant so much. I will be forever grateful. Fantastic experience: I used to discover a new issue every time I visited a dentist, and I was never a fan of going. But everything changed when I started seeing Dr Catarina and hygienist Cynthia. By following their advice on how to brush and care for my teeth properly, I now have no issues for the first time in my life. I’m truly grateful to both of them for helping me keep my teeth healthy.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic experience with Dr Anika and Lateefah at the clinic when I had awful wisdom tooth pain. I was seen to quickly, given lots of information to help myself and treatment was efficient. Lateefah was amazing at keeping my 4 year old and 1 year old happy, we loved the stickers at the end! Thank you both for a pleasant trip to the place I usually dread going! 5 stars for these two!

Fantastic experience: My name is Devon my appointment with Dr Catarina and Kush today at the dentist was excellent I was treated very well while the work was carried out on my teeth I really had a good time I would advice anyone to book an appointment with Dr Catarina I found her remarkable for many reasons. During the course of my treatment Dr Catarina and Kush always keep checking to make sure that I wasn't feeling any pain nor feeling uncomfortable I received first class treatment and excellent advice on how to look after my teeth I was made to feel like I was at home The first time I had an appointment with Dr Catarina I was treated extremely well so I was more than happy with the work she done this is why I chose to book a second appointment with Dr Catarina I would recommend anyone to do the same and book a dental appointment with Dr Catarina and Kush.

Fantastic experience: I needed three appointments and usually find it quite hard to get all my queries solved in one phone call as it feels quite rushed. However, Jan was very approachable and advised me on what to do about an emergency appointment and all the options available. I do love Confidental Clinic regardless, but customer service like Jan’s makes it a pleasure to go back.

Fantastic experience: Like many I'm terrified of the dentist but a friend recommended Dr Catatina at Confidental Clinic, this has been my 3rd time seeing her after having quite a lot of treatment including 5 fillings. On my last appointment I can honestly say for the first time i wasn't fretting for days before going. Highly recommend this lovely lady if your frightened of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went to Confidential Clinic as I didn't have confidence in my previous dentist. Dr Laura Hicks at Confidential Clinic Morden has been nothing short of brilliant. She fully explained the process of what was needed for my broken tooth, the first one I'd ever had, and her manner and professionalism sets a very high bar. Additionally, the reception team have always responded quickly to my requests for VAT invoices so I could log claims with my health insurance company. I highly recommend Dr Hicks and the team at Confidential Clinic Morden.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I've had at the dentist in my life. The dentist was extremely rude, patronising and belittling about my teeth. I know I have issues with them but she went overboard to let me know what she thought about them and me. She also made a rude and distasteful comment about how I had not come to the dentist in a few years when I mentioned I could not afford it previously. She then kept asking me if I was on Universal Credit which was quite obviously a dig towards me. I was homeless 6 months ago and I've only just turned my life around, so it's not a nice feeling for someone to dig you out for that. I know I have issues with my teeth and I'm trying to sort them. I've never experienced anything like that appointment and it was quite upsetting.

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist ! I was late for my child’s appointment for 10 mins and I called on my way that i was stuck on traffics but the rude lady responded to reschedule the appt . The way she handled the situation was very bad and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I have book hygienist appointment but because for 10minutes delay they my took 50 pouds bad service. they are not treating properly. Even i have pain, they said fine, but I ask them to look properly then they suggest for root cancel. Poor customer service

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Confidental Clinic for 4 years (2019-2023) and highly recommend it. I had two dentists during that time, Dr. Ali and then Dr. Al-Ansari, and both were very professional, clearly explaining everything they were doing and detailing any remedial action needed if I had issues. Mrs White is a friendly hygienist and always did a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are welcoming and proactive, and the practice is clean and tidy. Keep it up Confidental!

Negative experience: Hi, they very bad with Childrens, they can treat Childrens. Please if you have chicle better to go somewhere else. My child had bad tooth they couldn’t remove plus did not recommend to hospital now my child is very bad condition. Need severe operation to remove those teethe because these people couldn’t do the job.

Fantastic experience: Warm friendly staff from the moment you talk to them at reception or the phone until you're having teeth filled. cleaned or pulled out, all done painlessly, but with a smile and joviality. Negative experience: The dental hygienist is great. But the back office is terrible. They messed up my payments for over a year with myself over paying and then under paying. It’s been a while since I’ve been back for a hygienist appointment and now I’ve received a debt collector email even though the mistake has been made by them. Be careful and always check your bills and payments

Fantastic experience: Well organised busy dental practice with professional expertise in various types of dental work. Staff turnover has been for the good including reception girls. Tacha was my dentist and is amazing. Equally charming was the hygienist not mentioned on the website. Fast and efficient dental care. Not had any better in all my years of going to a dentist. Your mouth is in good hands here.

Negative experience: The dentist running late of schedule and the receptionist offer to reschedule the booking which is ridiculous…The dentist was very unprofessional and finding ridiculous excuses to not doing her job … It seems that the dentist can only do check ups … The receptionist was very rude …

Negative experience: After I have been coming to this dentist for a numerous number of years and always been happy with my treatment the past couple of times I have been has been awful. I last visited to have a check up and a clean whilst at the appointment the dentist made a huge hole in my tooth which I didn’t realise until I started getting pain. I phoned up to complain and see if there was anything they could do and I have now been taken off their record due to missing an appointment which I actually cancelled due to being I’ll way before 24 hours. I’m now left with a huge hole in my tooth and a huge amount of pain. I will not be returning to this dentist and defiantly wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I came in last week for a check up. Immediately I was greeted by a Hayley as she held the door open for me and asked if I was ok. I had just rushed from the bus stop nearly missing my appointment and she kindly grabbed me a cup of water. I then went in for my check up with dr thacha and her nurse Kush who was very friendly and made me feel at ease as I was nervous as I have not been in a while. Dr Thacha went through the treatment and explained the x-rays thoroughly. Thank you for the staff at Confidential St Helier for looking after me. Overall great experience and friendly staff.

Positive experience: I have been attending St Helier Dental Surgery for over a year after having a review from Jegnesh Patel for dental implants at another surgery, 2017. A nervous patient and had loads done!! After a long orthodontics treatment to align tooth I had my dental implants done, then attending to see Dr Zeena. Completed my treatment with root canal and crown. I am very happy with the results! Highly recommended practice!!

Fantastic experience: I visited for an appointment today and saw Dr Laura and Kush and it was the best dental experience I’ve had. Laura was really thorough and gentle, she took time to explain everything and made sure I knew exactly what my options were and what to expect from any treatment. Fantastic experience: I was absolutely petrified but the pain I was in had to be taken away ,I had a broken wisdom tooth that became infected .After a week of antibiotics followed by X-rays it was decided to call in the boss to remove it as the roots were on the nerve . Scared was an understatement, but wow what an experience, all the staff are lovely , put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door . The dentist himself was not what my imagination had conjured up , he was just great and while talking me through the extraction I was amazed to find he had taken out the tooth without a flinch from me , I felt absolutely nothing . I will be going back they are great !!

I had appointment 10:00 I was there 10 :13 she said if you are 10 minutes late is OK but not 13 for 3 min she cancelled my appointment I have 5 months baby I find really hard to find someone to take care of her ,I wait for the bus from 9:00 but 2 of the busses had problems today always I am 10 min early always I waited for more dhan 30 min for doctor and they don't care she said I am a mummy I understand ,she can't be mammy with 2 kids and no one close to help her.she don't know what it means to be a mummy

Positive experience: Update: 9th Sept 2022 - Have had my filling done now by the owner/head dentist. Lots of communication and help after my 1 star review. He has also promised to use this as a training guide but also explained this situation occurred due to other circumstances within the practice. I'm glad he took over my case, as their locum dentist who saw me wanted to do full root canal and crown, but Dr.Patel saw the possibility of saving the tooth and doing a much less invasive procedure. Very well looked after and really appreciate their help, so am happy to revise my review to 4 stars. Posted this review a month ago: 1 Star Awful service!! Been given the run around for 3 months to get a filling replacement after theirs dropped out. Was originally told no appts so call on the day, then pain got too bad and complained and got an emergency appt but they would only do a temp filling. 3 weeks later am in pain and they will only see me for a check up [not treatment] in another 3 weeks time!!? Then dentist will decide what to do.. uurmm PUT A FILLING IN!!! They are fobbing NHS patients off because they have more private patients/service now, so NO TIME OR CARE for NHS patients as they just want to get MORE MONEY Been with them for over 12 years... really upset and disappointed.. in pain.. and left with having to call every day now to only get a 10min slot where they will only give me antibiotics..not actually do the correct filling. They refuse to do an appointment for that. Absolutely disgraceful!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Zena. There were quite a few issues with my teeth, so I needed to get Invisalign to strengthen them, and some composite filling to repair the damage. Zena was great throughout the whole process, and ensured that I was happy every step of the way. I felt she really cared about the outcome of my treatment, which was evident by the sheer amount of time and detail she put into the work.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this practice a while and I must say every member of staff I encountered is lovely. The surgery is so clean and managed very well. I suffer with very bad anxiety and have a dental phobia which left me in a mess needing work done, I met with my new dentist today Dr A Patel who is new and I’m very confident and happy to have him as my dentist, he was very through and I didn’t really feel nervous and the calming background music helped. I have to go back for root canal and I don’t feel that bad because I feel I have found a fantastic dentist and It helps having confidence in your dentist.All of the staff are nice and reception staff are very helpful. Another dentist I went to said I had no choice but extraction, I came here and they said the tooth can be saved.

Fantastic experience: Just returned form The St Helier Dental Surgery. I've got to say that since the new owners have taken over, it's such a nicer experience than it used to be. Gone is the drab decor, thank God. Lovely staff and Tuba is just the nicest, funniest young lady. And a fantastic dentist too. Can't rate highly enough.....

I started seeing Zena for my appointments - she is always very helpful and has an understanding of why I am anxious, she has a very good understanding of how people feel and I am always made to feel at ease. Fantastic experience: In the last couple of months, I've had to visit my dentist.. her name is Tuba and I have to say, she's a brilliant dentist, so calm, explains everything very clearly and never rushes you and puts you at ease.. I've also visited the hygienist Ade, again very good... even the receptionists, their phone manner, the way they greet you, so polite... overall excellent service. Fantastic experience: The smiling reception is always professional and friendly and I was so pleased when my Dentist, Dr. Deval, took time to inform me of my choices which were best for me personally. A refreshing change. A smashing Dentist, Tuba and her lovely assistant Sanju have taken over from Dr Deval. Tuba, cares about her patients and works towards them keeping a healthy smile, she's a credit to the Dentist profession as is her assistant Sanju. She got rid of an abscess painlessly and on my next appointment she miraculously saved my tooth for which I am so grateful. Valentina and Sarah who work on the reception desk are always welcoming and very helpful. Many thanks to a great Dentist and her team. L Lambert.
