Fantastic experience: Despite a stressful and delayed journey to the clinic, the staff were incredibly patient and accommodating. The receptionist was a lovely lady who helped calm my anxiety about being late and about the root canal, which was very comforting. Dr Aram was not only kind but also incredibly professional. Despite appearing tired, he went above and beyond to ensure my complex root canal (with four canals) was completed perfectly. The entire procedure was completely painless, which was a huge relief after past issues with anaesthesia at other clinics. Dr Aram also took the time to answer all my questions afterwards, which I really appreciated. He is clearly an expert in his field, and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I have always like many of us hated a visit to the Dentist - SW1 Dental Studio is a different experience - first of all all the staff are so friendly and make you feel at ease, from the moment you walk in you you are graciously meg by a member of staff who genuinely care and will go out of their way to fit you in if you have an emergency or simply need some advice or reassurance - once in the chair you are greeted with "everything will be fine and just put your hand up if you need anything or you need a break" - my dentist Leyla is so gentle whenever I need an injection she does it so slowly bit by bit that I no longer feel the fear of the needle - I have recommended so many friends and colleagues some whom have not visited a dental practice in years and now they can't keep away!!! To me this small well experienced practice is like a small family everyone cares, I see Maggie the hygienist every 6 to 8 weeks who simply looks after my teeth to perfection. Furthermore, Dr Leyla has invested in this new technology for the hygienist department I believe it’s called anti microbial therapy treatment - in short there is no longer the need to hear the high pitched sound instead you crunch a tablet the dye shows where the areas need to be treated then a high powered jet wash is used to clean the necessary areas. What is handy to know is the practice is often open on Saturday mornings which is fantastic for those who find it difficult during the working day to attend appointments. As you can all see I can not rate this practice more highly. I simply love this practice - they keep up to date with latest technology and are utterly professional on every level. Annie Johnston

Fantastic experience: Efficient service and really friendly and attentive staff. Magdalena (hygienist) stepped in to provide receptionist support, so I was assigned a different hygienist. Camilla and her 2nd hand were very professional and ensured I wasn't in any discomfort during a long overdue appointment. We finished on time, billing was smooth, and next appointment already booked. 5/5 from a busy, city professional. Update: Feb 2025 - my scale and polish with Millie was great. 5/5!

I saw Mr Aldaadaa for a painful wisdom tooth. In no time at all I'd had X-rays, discussed treatment options, and the tooth was out - I didn't feel a thing! Mr Aldaadaa and his assistant were extremely friendly, reassuring and professional, and I trusted them completely. I can't recommend SW1 dental highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I've always received top notch care here and have kept coming back even after moving further away. I've tried more local dentists but honestly nothing compares the the treatment I receive here. I want to say a big thank you to everyone at SW1 who's been involved the long running saga of my troublesome molar which is now out. The aftercare post extraction has been great and the extraction itself was really well done. The quality of hygienist treatment here is also excellent and the best I've found anywhere. The dentists also take the time to show everything that's going on and talk through options for procedures as needed going forward in a straightforward manner. 10/10

Did not push for more than what was necessary to fix the problem, which is refreshing. They provide a great service, have the nicest and most thorough dentists in London and state- of-the-art equipment (I have been introduced to the 3D scan today). Really appreciated her seeing me for an emergency appointment regarding a gum problem that was caused when another provider replaced a filling, and also taking time to answer all my questions thoroughly. They are skilful and knowledgeable in their advice. The reception staff are lovely too, making you feel welcome and relaxed. Of course, going to a private dentist isn't cheap, but I feel this is good value for money with SW1 Dental Studio. I therefore have no reservations recommending this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and hygienists at this surgery are the best I have ever found in London. Utmost professionals and very accommodating with every request. I have my routine checks, have had several fillings and crowns, have had Invisalign, have laser surgery for my gums, routine cleaning etc. and it is all excellent as well as competitively priced. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I found this studio by chance googling because for my periodontitis there was the possibility, in the near future, to do a gum operation. I'm glad i did my own research because I met dr. Rana Al Falaki, a great periodontist specialist and also a great person, very caring of her patients, very professional. I had laser treatment from her and lot of instructions to better manage my situation. I add that to do this treatment I flew to London as in Belfast this treatment is not available yet and she did the most to help me in managing everything in one single appointment. The treatment is not that expensive either if compared to other places. After the treatment I had review with Dr. Rana and also with my dentist here, the pockets are gone, all of them are regressed to less than 4 mm, my dentist was surprised as they never saw such improvements, considering my initial situation.

Fantastic experience: Necessities in life are to have a good GP, dentist and hygienist but in today’s life it’s very rare , so when you find one you don’t want to let go . It’s now 14 years since I first met Danka and was saddened when she left my local surgery in Finchley , but I did not hesitate to follow her to SW1 . She is an exceptional hygienist, so thorough a perfectionist . She doesn’t leave a tooth unturned . Always gentle ,caring , proud of her work and looks after your well being . She encapsulates everything you would want .

Fantastic experience: Straight from the start of walking into SW1dental practice the experience was ambient and a pleasure, I have always dreaded the thought of a dentist and hygienist. But changing my dentist to SW1 dental I will say that this time I felt hardly any pain with the best quality pain relief before the the procedure was carried out. I booked an emergency appointment for tooth decay that had suddenly become an issue, I was given options on treatment for the immediate issue and a forward plan for other future treatments. Appreciated the clear explanations throughout the appointment and general oral care advice. Genuine 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Been struggling with painful inflamed gums for 10yrs+ and have worked with six different dental hygienists, but never had any improvement until I came here. I was getting prepared to start losing my teeth last year, which wasn't a nice prospect. Wish I'd known about the perio laser treatment sooner as I can't recommend it enough to anyone with poor gum health. Beata is the most knowledgeable and skilled practitioner you will ever meet, and extremely passionate about her work. If you have any gum issues, book an appointment here now, and save yourself a lot of pain and expense.

Fantastic experience: As an American tourist, this place was incredibly kind and helpful after a tooth extraction I had became inflamed. The assistants were great in getting me in for a quick turnaround the next morning as we were leaving the day after that. The dentist was very straightforward and helped me to understand what was happening and with what I could do moving forward!

Negative experience: Last time I was afraid I could be late, so I came early because of the strike, however, because the other patients are late, the staff let me wait for an hour and not serve me on my appointment time. This time I am late for around 15 mins because of the tube delay, the staff don’t serve and let me come here another day. Well, interesting. Every time I come to this clinic, they don’t serve me on time, once I am late a little bit, they get me out of the door.

Positive experience: My 1st experience with this clinic was good, I came to have retainers made and the process was smooth and the dentist was so lovely. The clinic is nice and prices are reasonable so I was very excited to find such a nice place that I could stick with. Unfortunately the 2nd experience is why I am giving 3 stars and do not want to return. I came to the clinic following my pain in tooth. After my appointment I was told I would be sent a treatment plan, however after I left I never heard back, no treatment plan sent to me. It has now been over half a year. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Got my bonded retainer checked & fixed with no issues, they were friendly and explaining everything to make sure I know what's happening (as a new patient). I will be back in the future if I have any problems with my retainer.

Fantastic experience: I started visiting SW1 around 18 months ago to get a whole load of work done. I firstly got my wisdom tooth removed by a brilliant surgeon who made me feel so comfortable, and then I started Invisalign. I saw both Alastair and Leila over the course of the treatment and both are extremely professional and kind. I am truly overwhelmed with my results and I cannot recommend SW1 highly enough. It is slightly more expensive than other dentists but it’s worth it - you will feel comfortable, cared for and get natural looking yet perfect teeth!

Negative experience: I wouldnt bother went in to do a consultation for braces, they didnt even follow up, clearly assumed because i was a woc i couldnt afford it, Went with ODL and they followed up and started my treatment.ODL Dental way more friendlier and do follow up with everyone!

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment due to having baby teeth whilst in my 20’s obviously these have decayed as these are not meant to be permanent permanent. Dentist was 10/10 very calming and welcoming ! Dental nurses 10/10 very friendly and all very knowledgeable. Not that it matters a lot but the practice it’s self has a very calming feel to it very stylish and with some great features stopped in to use the bathroom and was taken back as it look like something off Pinterest! Have to give them a little more credit as far as pricing is concerned I believe that there more than fair. Hope this helps anyone who’s looking for a dentist or to find a new practice!

Hygienist Millie Bevan is a superstar. She’s gentle, caring, thoughtful, and very skilled. She clearly explains everything she’s doing and regularly checks all is ok. Last visit she recommended the best electric toothbrush she has come across and even tracked down the best deal going for me. Be back there tomorrow for cleaning and some gentle whitening, knowing I will be in excellent hands. I actually look forward to going the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I've just had a hygienist appointment with Millie Bevan, which was a very pleasant experience. Almost relaxing, which is an unusual thing to say about a trip to the dentist! Very professional service and I am happy with the lovely clean feel of my teeth. I'd highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a checkup, x-ray, scale and polish and two subsequent fillings here recently. Highly recommended. I am nervous going to the dentist but immediately felt comfortable, everyone is polite and welcoming. All treatment was carried out with a full explanation and to a high standard You do pay a premium above NHS dentists but it's well worth it for the reasons above but also I was offered appointments within days and to suit my schedule. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Magdalena, the hygienist, for a routine scaling and I had an absolutely wonderful experience as my previous visits. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by the receptionist who even offered me tea as I arrived early. The hygienist then greeted me right on time. We went to one of the rooms and as I walked in, I could smell a very pleasant floral scent. Soft relaxing music was also played in the background. There was even some nice flowers on the windowsill as shown in the photo). The treatment began and Magda was gentle but very thorough. She explained the treatment every step of the way. At the end, we went through the results and gave me some tips to maintain the beautiful clean white smile. She also gifted me some handy travel size toothpaste. I have never had a more relaxing time at the dentist anywhere else. I enjoyed it so much that I immediately booked the next appointment. I cannot recommend SW1 Dental Studio enough. P.S. Having not had a dental hygienist appointment in 10 years (having not enjoyed previous experiences), I was pleasantly surprised how great the experience was. Millie was able to provide a very high and thorough quality of treatment whilst at the same time ensuring that I am comfortable.
