Fantastic experience: The treatment I've received from Aldridge House Dental Practice has always been superb. The change over from NHS to private has been no difference in the quality of the treatments. Fantastic experience: Excellent very friendly only thing I would say music in reception very nice but would have been a better experience if the receptionist refrained from singing along to it quite annoying you use my number but it is my husband who is the patient and he asked me to write this but he did say everything else with the treatment was excellent

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from reception staff, dental nurse and dentist as always. First class dental practice (although not too happy about having to go private in the future!)

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted how my daughter as been treated. She is a patient and went for urgent treatment last week for infection. This as now cleared but still in constant pain to the point of screaming and crying in agony. Makes another appointment because of this and instead send her to a&e!!! What the hell! They then sent her to another hospital miles away and , yep… referred back to dentist. Call them back to them be sent a TEXT MESSAGE to go dental hospital…. And because she hasn’t had a referral, now got to wait 4hrs to be seen. And just to add, each hospital as stated she should NOT have been sent there as the dentist as a duty of care to provide necessary treatment which you have failed to do!!!!

Got referred for a wisdom tooth removal which was done at Birmingham dental hospital The referral was done so quickly. I now take my daughter there as she was nervous about visiting the dentist but feels relaxed here. Can't understand the bad reviews about desk staff as I have always found them very friendly and professional. 2024: still brilliant service here, great having Saturday appointments. Helen on the front desk is always friendly. The dentists are always friendly and helpful. 2025: no change in my review of this dentist. Great service and great staff. Shame it's going private but with the payment plans it looks like it won't hit your wallet so hard in one go.

Fantastic experience: My Enjoyable Dental Appointment - January 2025 I was warmly welcomed by the Reception staff and asked to take a seat until the clinical staff was ready to see me. I was then shortly seen by K and R, with the latter inviting me to be seated, before going through a detailed explanation of what she would be doing, checking and confirming my dental and health state, getting my agreement where required, and undertaking a detailed examination of my mouth and teeth and gums, before cleaning and polishing my teeth.R performed her with noticeable care, sensitivity and responsiveness to my specific health needs. I would describe my experience as a great and enjoyable one. I would recommend this Practice highly. Another Great Service From ADHP. I am not a masochist but I just had another enjoyable hygienist appointment at AHDP. I was treated a superb service by their amicable and highly professional Team of Dental Hygienists. I am very satisfied with the high standard of service I am consistently receiving sofar, and strongly recommend AHDP 14 July 2025

Both my wife and later my son .They have told us they are no longer doing NHS patients and cancelled our appointments through unforseable circumstances.. Unfortunatley, most Dentists don't seem to make enough money these days. The service is still good, if you Now want to pay . i have now reduced my rating accordingly .... Honest review
