Fantastic experience: All of the staff at are so welcoming, friendly, and professional. I always feel genuinely welcome and in completely trusting hands whenever I visit. My recent hygienist appointment was thorough yet gentle, and I left with a smile on my face and very clean, happy teeth! The atmosphere is always calm and positive, which makes the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I can’t recommend the practice highly enough for anyone looking for excellent dental care and an incredible team of people

Fantastic experience: Very helpful even over the phone, directed me to an NHS affiliate number and now i'll be seeing this location on thursday! If all goes well, i'll probably up this to a five star! Edit as of my appointment on Thursday; the two doctors who saw me were professional, efficient, and wonderful. This location hires staff that genuinely want to help people and look out for you. It might be expensive, but it's definitely the best in the area, if not best in the county

Fantastic experience: So I went in on Friday for my checkup and as usual Holly was awesome but I don't seem to remember her colleagues name (sorry) But turned out I needed a filling which isn't what I was hopeing to hear. Which brought me to Monday and my nerves were over the moon but I was reassured it wouldn't be as bad as I think. It wasn't aswell great treatment didn't feel a thing and great performance the reception. If your looking for a new dentist? This is the place!!

Negative experience: had a previously positive experience but when i went in for my regular check up was left disappointed. saw a dentist that i haven’t seen before and the appointment lasted less than five minutes. gave no feedback about my teeth, didn’t even x-ray them or seem overly fussed. at the end of the appointment the dentist just tried to sell me on a £1000 cosmetic treatment. overall not happy with my experience and probably will be looking for a new dentist as it seems all they care about it selling treatments that aren’t needed.

Positive experience: I have always been treated very well by Jo Galvin at this surgery. She goes above and beyond my expectations. Just a wee bit disappointed that 6 monthly check ups are now 9 months apart, tho assurance given that one can be fitted in if any problems occur.

Negative experience: I have been here years& met a new dentist for first time. He and his assistant were extremely rude. Severe complaint to follow Thank you for your response it shame you don’t have zero tolerance to abuse to your patients ie my children. I as the mother lost my tongue after several highly inaccurate accusations & extreme rudeness from your dentist & his female assistant and as I stated I will put nothing but the truth in my complaint including my blue words when I saw red when he physically told my daughter to get out what the hell

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth out - Joanne was excellent, so gentle I barely even felt the injection. Really patient and kind. She took her time and reassured me throughout the whole procedure. This woman is a GENIUS and I would recommend her and the practice 100%!! THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Emergency appt needed after an accident resulting in a broken front tooth. They went out of their way to fit my son in and have done a temporary repair that looks pretty good. Can’t thank them enough. Now await the full repair which has been booked in swiftly.

He is very professional, knows what he is doing and took out my tooth quickly, without pain whilst reassuring me all the way. I will now be permanently coming Dental Essence.
