Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Halesowen Dental for over 3 years. I am quite a nervous patient when it comes to having treatment. I have had previous procedures such as scales and fillings and crowns which I have been pleased with the professional and caring service from both dentists and the dental team. I had a gap in my mouth for over 18months which I was unhappy with and wanted a more permanent soluton. I was given the option of a dental implant. From my free initial implant chat with Manoj to my actual implant procedure, was flawless. The procedure was relatively painless with a pain free healing process too. Manoj and his team were amazing. They made me feel at ease and relaxed and explained what was going on during the procedure. I am extremely pleased with the result and I can honestly say that having the dental implant was the best thing I ever did. It has given me a lot of confidence when I smile and now am able to eat the foods I avoided before...and no more gap! I wish I would have had it done ages ago! I would not hesitate to have this procedure done again if needed and will also be more relaxed when visiting the dentist as I know I am in the right hands with Manoj and his team who all do an amazing job. I cannot thank them enough! I would not hesitate to recommend Haesowen Dental for all private dental treatments especially implants...well worth the money for an outstanding service and happy to say that I am no longer nervous when I am visiting the dentist as it is such a relaxing atmosphere and with such a kind and caring manner from all the team!

Fantastic experience: As a regular patient, I had had some twinges with this tooth in the past which would usually go away. This time I went to see if treatment was needed. The whole process was very professional and friendly. First a visual inspection, then an X-ray which I was able to view on screen, the image was clearly and concisely explained to me with the options for treatment. An extraction was the best course of action. The procedure was painless (wonderful wand!) and carefully carried out. An outstanding service from the dentist and all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I recently needed a root canal filling to save a molar. I have a terrible fear of the dentist, but I can say that every step of the journey I was reassured and nothing was to much trouble, having my husband by my side all the time for moral support. Hitesh Mohan is a specialist and perfectionist in root canal fillings and I have had no pain after both of my appointments. He has a calming dentist chair manor, which offset my fears.

Fantastic experience: Had a big, worn out 25 year old silver filling cleaned out and changed to a tooth coloured filling, I wanted a natural result.... Safe to say I couldn't be happier ! Dentist was Dr Aneesh who was supported by dental nurse Whitney.10/10 to both ⭐ Appointment was comfortable and relaxed and they both worked well together. The dentist took before and after photos of my tooth to show me in closer detail and I couldn't believe my eyes, the new tooth coloured filling is amazing... Thankyou again

Fantastic experience: An enormous thank you to (alphabetical order for no particular reason) - Aditi, Emily, Tareq, Whitney and everyone at Halesowen Dental. This is my second 'Big Treatment ', the first being a wonderful success thanks to Aditi's skill and patience and the support of her staff. Any failure of my veneers is *ENTIRELY* due to my laziness, the work done was top of the top. The reason this practice is so, so good is that everyone is genuinely lovely, caring and empathetic. I have *NO* attachment or inducement to be anything but honest here. I leave his review as it is all I can do 'extra' to thank HD for making what is, for me anyway, a terrifying experience actually something very very bearable and weirdly an appointment I actually look forward to, the folks are that nice to talk to on top of their professionallism. I can't recommend more highly, thank you again!

Fantastic experience: We attended yesterday for the SEN Session with my son. He had a really relaxed time there and the dentist that carried out our appointment was very helpful and friendly. It put George at ease through his appointment and she had given us feedback to help with how to move forward on taking care of his teeth. I would highly recommend visiting and will be returning to get him used to having dental check-ups.

Fantastic experience: Had a large filling partially replaced. Dr. Aditi told me I wouldn't need the wand. I couldn't believe that it was exactly as she said. Well of course I did believe her! I can't remember the last time I haven't had the wand because with my teeth I have a fairly low pain threshold. My treatment was excellent, as always. I am lucky to be a patient at this dentist and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient due to years of poor experiences with NHS dentists. Recently I had a filling done by Dr Aneesh Dhunna, I was extemely anxious about having the treatment. Dr Dhunna was marvellous with me and put me at ease, by talking and reassuring me throughout my treatment. Highly recommend him, especially if you're a nervous patient like me.

Fantastic experience: It is a very good practice very professional and helpful. If I have one criticism it is this . One of the clips in the lower jaw denture came out which from my point of view shouldn’t happen especially as the other one is still in place, that suggests to me that the one that came out wasn’t properly secured. The cost of this tiny replacement was £185 pounds for roughly around a half hours work seems rather expensive, maybe that is purely because I’m a pensioner I will leave what you think up to the individual

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the practice to see the hygienist. I’m an extremely anxious patient and was feeling very nervous. The hygienist was so kind. Easy to talk to, reassuring, patient and had a caring nature. He put me at ease and talked my through everything, checking in on me during the treatment to see if I was ok. I can’t fault them at all. I have visited the practice 5 times now in the last few months and all have been positive experiences. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.

I’ve also recently started seeing Aneesh, one of the dentists at the practice. I’ve been very pleased with all my consultations. Everything is fully explained and there is absolutely no pressure to agree to recommended treatment on the day - although I trust Aneesh’s expertise and recommendations! All the staff, receptionists and dental nurses at the practice, have been friendly with a reassuring manner that puts you at ease. I have no current concerns with the delivery of care and am really happy I joined the practice.

Fantastic experience: Attending the Halesowen dental surgery was initially daunting for me, however after meeting with the staff, I was very impressed with the ways I was welcome and I was put at ease. Staff were very approachable, there was a good atmosphere at the place and staff were ready to answer all my queries. On the first visit I had a thorough assessment which built up my confidence and I felt sure I made the right decision to attend my dental surgery at Halesowen Dental. The dentist in question explained the procedure thoroughly and put me at ease at all time. My 2nd visit was very good too. My dental extraction was a difficult one but the dentist and his assistant were reassuring and professional which facilitated the procedure. I felt safe and in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Being very nervous at having to have treatment at the dentist I found my last visit I was made to feel more comfortable Aneesh explained the treatment I would need. I now feel more relaxed at the prospect of going back for treatment. As always everyone is very friendly and professional. It is always good to have the six monthly check up and appointment with the hygienist together.

Negative experience: Initially when I first went they sounded quite professional then after three appointments I went for my fourth appointment and that's when I saw £ sign's instead of care in there eyes. I asked a lot questions that they could not answer. ie duration for my treatment and cost. There were weeks between appointments not good.

Fantastic experience: Having not visited dentist in nearly 20 years due to a traumatic childhood experience, I reluctantly registered with Halesowen Dental due to suffering with a gum infection during the week before Christmas. I have now visited the surgery three times and on every occasion I have been treated with absolute kindness and compassion by all of the staff. In particular, Aneesh has been patient and caring and willing to talk me through every aspect of my dental care to ensure that I'm as informed and comfortable as possible. My inherent fear of the dentist has now reduced dramatically due to this.

Fantastic experience: I company is only as good as when something goes wrong. It is then when you find out how willing or good they are at fixing a problem. I had a new set of dentures made at this practice, Cosmetically they were first class . Top set fit perfectly, bottom set started rubbing my gums I had to go back several times to get it right . The receptionist was superb in getting appointments very quickly nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said of Dr Aneesh Dhunne and even a different dentist when he was not available. Now I have a set of dentures that look good and natural and are a perfect fit. At times I forget I have dentures at all

From my initial consultation to monthly appointments to my final visit where I had composite bonding I can't praise this practice enough. Negative experience: Absolute dreadful practice, I’d been going there for 6 years and seem to have a new dentist every year which in itself is very unprofessional, plus hygienist only works 2 day 9am till 5pm? Thursday and Friday? So basically if you work those hours you are unable to have your teeth professionally cleaned? Definitely would not recommend this practice!

Negative experience: Very poor service lately, I'm self employed so time is money. This practice used to open on a Saturday which was perfect but the last few years only Monday to Friday so now I have to have a day not working to go see them, they used to do the check-up and hygiene work all at the same time, now it's 2 different appointments with 2 different people, I pay into their dent-plan which gives 2 checkups with a scrape and polish twice a year and 1 x-ray a year and it also gives 20% off any work needed. Well this time round my apartment was changed at short notice twice and on the third appointment date they cancelled the hygiene appointment on the day. If you cancel your appointment with them you have to pay a surcharge but they can cancel on you and not compensate you at all. This practice has gone down the pan compared to what it was a few years ago.

Negative experience: Unfortunately since covid we have found this practice going down hill, I'm in the denplan which offers 2check ups 1 xray and 2 scale and Polish, I have had one scale and Polish since covid due to the practice now deciding you have to book in separate for this to happen, before the dentist would do a check up and the scale and Polish which was great service, not only this but if you cancel your appointment within 24hrs when you are due your are charged £50, this was nearly Done to me even though I had emailed a week before, my husband has been let done now twice regarding appointments and extreme short notice of cancellation on the dentist part, no compensation offered and my husband has lost work due to this, this is poor practice, due to my husband being v upset about this he was told he would get a phone call on Tues by the practice manager.. This never happened.. Extremely poor customer service again. He then receives an email stating that now the practice will not see him for anymore treatment, absolutely discusting. I will be calling tomorrow to cancel both mine and my husbands dental plan.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist after my tooth had broken and no NHS dentist surgery could offer me an appointment for 2 weeks. Halesowen dental got me seen quickly. I saw Bethany who, after explaining how nervous I was, settled my nerves and explained everything to me. She put me at ease and gave me options. I chose to have the tooth removed and she used the wand for my pain relief. The numbing process was excellent. And only went around the tooth. No drooling later or numb mouth for hours. The experience was so good, I have now registered as a patient and joined their den care plan. This way I can keep on top of my dental plan and feel confident I am in good hands. My wife is over the moon with the Botox treatment that finally helped her after years of Bruxism associated pain. Fantastic experience: So today was my first time having private care, and the first tooth being removed (a complex wisdom removal at that). Usually go for health checks and hygienist (Cassandra is just fantastic!) but the team also helped me with replacing my orthodontic retainers that were damaged. Can’t recommend enough!
