Fantastic experience: Staff were most helpful. Dentist was both efficient and helpful. Dentists assistant was cheerful and welcoming. Waiting room, though small, was very. clean. All in all an enjoyable occasion. It was only a checkup.

Fantastic experience: A lovely clean dental practice, with friendly, professional staff that will make you feel at ease, and explain everything very clearly without making you feel pressured into having expensive treatments. Also a major plus, they still do NHS appointments!! They're limited, but they do, do them.

Fantastic experience: The practice is always busy but I always receive first class treatment

Fantastic experience: Friendly service, full explanation of treatment before starting. Relaxing but professional atmosphere. Definitely the best dentist practice in the area.

Negative experience: AVOID them if possible. Make appointment, then cancel it so your NHS treatment plan expires and had to pay again for treatment.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist alena, felt very nervous before appointment but because alena was so relaxed I felt at ease instantly, she was very professional and lovely and gentle, this was just a check - up and I ended up having a couple of xrays, even though she was running late she made sure to check everything and explain everything carefully, I didn't feel rushed at all, I felt very cared for, will be seeing alena again in a months time and look forward it

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with the treatment, Alena has been practicing for 30 years and it shows in the quality of her work. I had a ‘root canal’ done today, my pain level was practically zero, just one or two ‘jumps’ but nothing to write home about. The procedure took an hour. It’s a complex procedure, I’ve had it done twice before at other practices (on other teeth). I definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Put me at ease. Good advice with regard to care after an extraction. Most recent visit was fine, the one replacement crown was fitted but the lab had sent the wrong one for my new crown. Not the practice's fault! Would highly recommend this practice.

Without a doubt the best dental receptionist that I have met. Although I should be entitled to an NHS dentist, this is a private practice, yet I was charged fairly for the emergency appointment I needed. The dentist that treated me ranks as the best that has given me treatment ever. Though I would benefit financially from NHS pricing, I was really totally impressed by the way this dental practice treats patients.

Positive experience: Excellent quality of service by the hygienist again today - the reason why this isn’t 5 stars is that I feel £93 isn’t good value for money. I fail to see how this was priced at £75 in 2024 and costs have risen to warrant such an increase.

Fantastic experience: Dr Imogen Knight is the most fabulous NHS dentist ever. Tewkesbury House Dental Practice are lucky to have this lady. I am a very nervous patient. Well done Imogen for restoring my front tooth! I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Ta loads.
