Fantastic experience: I was dealing with a tough situation—an infected UR4, a failed UR4 root canal, and a botched UR4 buccal filling, with only a 50/50 chance of success. Dr. N. Patel handled it effortlessly and with remarkable grace. The moment I heard her humming along to Ed Sheeran's Sapphire, while navigating my complex buccal nerve, I knew I was in capable hands. She even finished the procedure ahead of schedule.

Fantastic experience: Felt cared for and listened to. Treatment possibilities explained well. I feel more confident my teeth will be looked after and I can keep them healthy.

Negative experience: I went there because they claim to be a holistic practice, which is not the case. The dental work I had done on several of my teeth, wasn't completed properly, which I was made aware of later by another dentist. Upon registering with a different practice, I was still being contacted on numerous occasions, over several weeks by them. On one occasion when I came with my guide dog, I was initially refused entry by the receptionist, who clearly wasn't aware that service dogs are exempt. On a positive note, I did find them kind and friendly, but this isn't sufficient enough for me to remain as their patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr Neha Patel is a truly outstanding endodontist. This was my first root canal treatment, and I didn’t know what to expect. She made me feel very relaxed about it all through her calm, friendly and professional demeanour, and she explained everything so clearly. The treatment itself was done with such care and attention, to ensure everything was done perfectly. I could not have had a better experience, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with this dental practice and was genuinely impressed. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and I felt truly cared for from start to finish. I had noted on the forms that I was a nervous patient, and they immediately acknowledged that, offering me Rescue Remedy and checking in with me throughout. The dentist, Dr Batavia, even came out to greet me before my appointment, already knew my name, and made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and calmly without overwhelming me. It’s rare to feel so seen and considered. I left feeling valued and well looked after.

Fantastic experience: I visited Ravenscourt Dental Practice earlier this week as my regular dentist was unable to see me. Wow wow wow this is a truly superb practice - from the minute I walked through the door I was met by friendly, smiling and extremely helpful staff. My time with Jay, the dentist who saw me, was very professional and explained all possibilities, timings and costs. I then returned the following day for an extended appointment to start the necessary treatment - again a brilliant experience that included me asking Jay when he was going to give me the anaesthetic injection - to which he smiled and said - "I have already injected you" that alone speaks for his incredibly high standard of treatment. I shall return next week for two crowns the whole problem resolved in 10 days - truly exceptional treatment. Thank you very much. Cheers John

Fantastic experience: Best Periodontal, i have seen, His knowledge, and honesty and care is amazing. If you are looking for the best Hygienist in uk , its Miss Fitsen apology if spelt incorrectly. I suffer from gum problems and i have had multiple Hygienists previously as I have been unable to find one that can deal with my problem and not make it worse. Miss Fitsen, is the best I have ever seen. She is meticulous, and extremely knowledgeable. Spends time to do the job, accuraely identifying problem areas and treating them, she has helped my gum disease in one session more than any one i have ever seen. I have been looking for someone for yrs with her expertise, knowledge and care, . I am so grateful to this practice. I thank God for having found them No other team compares to this team. The Periodontist, Hygienist, and Orthodontist. From whom I had consultations, Advice and treatment. I thank them all and the woderful receptionist who is well informed and is always very helpful.

I am relatively nervous and they have really been very supportive and kind. Finally the Practice is very clean and hygienic which is very important to me.

Negative experience: My son went in yesterday for hygiene with the dentist not the hygienist thus cost more as I recommended by the practice. My son’ bottom retainers got displaced it is now wobbly since yesterday I can only assume it was damaged during the dental hygiene. I contacted the practice to be let known that if I wanted it fixed, they would charge me £100. How on earth can this be possible? It was not displaced or wobbly prior to the hygiene yet I still have to psy an additional fee to fix it? Well, I know businesses are having a hard time economically but they should not lose sight of ethical practices. The other hygienist ( not the dentist) cleaned my teeth and my daughter’ teeth the other day I could not fault her, though we both do not have retainers. She was wonderful but the dentist feel Short of standards in my opinion.

From early childhood I have had a terrible fear of dentists owing to a bad experience. As a patient I can quite honestly say that this is no longer the case and look forward to my next appointment. Fantastic experience: Prof Luigi Nibali has been fantastic from the start. He diagnosed my gum disease in late 2019 and put a plan in place to treat and recover my gum health as at least 5 of my teeth were at risk of falling out. In 2019 I had inflamed, bleeding gums, wasn’t able to eat chewy food for some time and few wobbly teeth. Now for 3 years I’ve had great gum health and no wobbly teeth. I would highly recommend Prof Luigi Nibali. He has saved my teeth and my smile. The assisting team at Ravenscourt Dental Practice are very attentive, efficient and take great care of their patients.

Negative experience: Extremely misguiding to call this practice a “Holistic” dentist….. I sought out RDP as I was advised by a health coach that a lot of the issues I had been experiencing would most likely be alleviated by removal of my root canal as most of them have infections that your body cannot get to to fight. I was advised that having a tooth extracted at a normal dentist was a hugely different process to a holistic dentist, so I went out of my way to seek one out. When I arrived at the consultation I explained my health concerns and that I believed that they were caused by my root canal. I was met with blank looking faces and even a smirk from the dental nurse when I mentioned I had watched a documentary confirming my concerns. They explained that they could re do the root canal but it would be a terrible idea to simply remove the tooth…… They then pushed for fillings in my other teeth, booking me in for another appointment to fill the teeth. I was not happy at all but all you can do is listen to a dentists advice in the hope they have the knowledge and the care to see you right, this had proven not to be the case at all. I am certain this is the case because it is now a year later and I have been treated by a real holistic dentist and the difference has been astronomical. My symptoms continued and got far worse, I lost 15kg of good weight (I say good weight because I work out 6 days a week and sit at about 10% body fat so that weight loss was extremely worrying) I was falling ill every 4-5 weeks and it got to the point that it was ruining my life. My health coach insisted I needed to find a real holistic dentist and referred me to Dr Elmar Jung in Southampton. On my initial consultation with Dr Jung I was blown away with the difference in service, he took a deep dive into my health going right back to my childhood. From discovering what vaccinations I had to any antibiotics or medication I had taken in my life, he left no stone unturned. I was given advise about reversing cavities, slowing/stopping gum recession and re mineralising teeth. Why wasn’t anything like this asked at RDP? I was just told it was a bad idea to remove my tooth and that was that. To cut a long story short, I had the root canal removed 4 months ago and my health has improved beyond belief. I feel so let down by RDP as I told them my issues and they basically laughed me out the room. This is not holistic dentistry and to call it that is embarrassing to be quite honest.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist for the first time and they were amazing. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was so good that I was taken aback because I've only ever been used to dental staff who either rushed through my appointments or didn't have a very warm approach when dealing with me. But, the Ravenscourt practice has some of the best customer service hands down. The hygienist (Doville) was super chatty and accommodating, the dentist (Dr.Batavia) was a great listener and explained everything thoroughly as he was going along and the manager and receptionist were so pleasant too. The whole vibe of this practice was nice and overall 10/10. I also really appreciated that the practice responded to all of my enquiries and emails kindly and promptly. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ravenscourt to anyone thinking of receiving treatment here.

She was very friendly and great with our pupils and she taught them many things about toothbrushing and what foods are good or bad for their teeth. Negative experience: Similar to the other poor reviews, I was not happy with the service I received from the main dentist at this practice. The team and other staff members were great, very helpful and professional. But the main dentist made me feel very pressured into paying for things I did not need or come to the clinic for, and in a very hurried manner. I ended up spending about £300 without having any work done that I originally came for, and actually experiencing pain in my teeth that I didn't have before visiting the dentist. And when asked if these purchases were necessary I'd receive very vague answers. I felt like I couldn't trust the dentist so I didn't go back, I found a holistic clinic elsewhere which replaced all of the amalgums I needed removing without charging me for anything extra or trying to persuade me to buy any extra services or products that I didn't need. I'm not sure what the other dentists in the clinic are like, but this isn't somewhere I'd recommend if you're looking for a genuine and authentic service.

Fantastic experience: Having recently had a routine check up it reminded me that I have been going to the Ravenscourt Dental Practice for over 10 years ! When I first went I had been having problems with a mis aligned jaw, blocked ears and headaches. Yes there was a lot of treatment to follow but all those issues are now a thing of the past. All the suggested solutions worked and I was kept fully informed of each step. I think its unusual to say but I actually enjoy going to dentist now. I have a confidence in the team that they have my best interest at heart and I never feel rushed, good for someone who was pretty nervous in the beginning. I would go so far as to say, Dr Batavia - miracle worker for my mouth!

Unfortunately they have no idea about the dangers of amalgam filling ( mercury ) , they push for root canals another no no in holistic approach , very very disappointing and misguiding as I thought they were holistic dentists , waste of money for the consultation .

Fantastic experience: All I can say is that I am very happy with this dental practice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I had a mercury filling removed in a safe, easy and pain-free process. I had also suffered trauma as a child at the dentist's. The whole team were ready to listen and be there for me. They were so caring and supportive that I was able to work through the trauma during the sessions I had with them. I also had a root canal treatment (after doing research and deciding it was a good choice for me). The dentist who did my root canal treatment surprisingly sang softly and sweetly as she worked all the way through the session which I found to be very soothing and therapeutic. My fear of dentists has gone. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever say this but I actually came to view my visits as a pleasurable experience!

Fantastic experience: The Beanstalk Montessori Nursery was delighted to welcome Shumaila and Sonia yesterday. They were warm, factual and engaging in their presentation. The children enjoyed answering questions, learning new words such as ‘cavity’, and playing the game of sorting the good from the bad food for our oral health and hygiene. Most of all the children loved receiving the goody bags with their own brand new toothbrush, toothpaste and sand timer, not to mention getting the opportunity to chose a sticker. Negative experience: Despite the good reviews and the practice implying that it is holistic, there is nothing holistic about it! They use the exact same materials and practices as NHS dentists, just with more smiles and chatting to disarm you. The mouth guard HITESH BATAVIA made me was too hard to use comfortably at night, so was a total waste of money. The crown he fitted was made using the same cheap materials as the NHS (no consultation on bio-availability of other materials) and as a result ended up having to be replaced with a zirconium crown after a few years. Would not recommend this dentist, unless you like paying over the odds for sub-standard treatment with a smile - that is, from the fat cat dentist and his staff.

It isn't close to where I live but will now on by going this place instead of my local practice. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal care and treatment. I chipped my front tooth and had an emergency filling done in the morning (at another practice) that looked terrible. I didn’t want to wait a month for the proper repair on the nhs so was recommended Ravenscourt Dental Practice by a friend. I was lucky and got an appointent that same afternoon with Sarah who did such an incredible job on my tooth I almost cried with joy. I’ve had this repair done before and it’s always been possible to see that it’s not real tooth, but not this time. Thank you so much to everyone who treated me that day, I am really grateful.

Fantastic experience: The children at One World enjoyed the nursery visit from Ravenscourt dental practice. They really enjoyed the child friendly session to learn about dental hygiene. Fantastic experience: The lovely Sonia and Shumaila came to visit our nursery yesterday and delivered a dental workshop with both classes for our 'oral health' week. They adapted their workshops for the different ages and the children loved taking part in the interactive lessons. There is a real emphasis on oral health within the EYFS and this was the perfect way to introduce the importance of it to the children. Thank you Sonia and Shumaila, please come back and see us soon! Fantastic experience: I have been attending Ravenscourt Dental Practice, Hammersmith for twenty years I travel down from Hertfordshire. The staff are very efficient and friendly . Dr. Hitesh Batavia always does a first class job on my teeth and has plenty of patience with me. I couldn't imagine at almost seventy-nine going anywhere else .I would like to mention that the company who make the teeth do a first class job.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting RDP for more years than I can remember! Dr B is the best and he and his team are very professional. I am probably the worst patient ever but he is never phased by my fears... and always makes me feel so much more positive. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by this practice. 4 years ago I had a horrible experience from a dentist and it put me off going again. I plucked up the courage to go and paid a lot of money to a Kensington dentist last week. Again, it was a horrible experience- intent on filling my mouth with fillings, abrupt and rough. I was left with a painful filling, couldn't eat for a week and they wouldn't see me for a review. Anyway..luckily my friend recommended this place. I was very fortunate to get an emergency appointment. Even from the phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect. With Dr Hitesh, I felt listened to and was made to feel completely at ease. Rather than any more harsh treatment, my filling was corrected and I've left with fantastic advice and home treatments to help give the tooth chance to heal and also offered further support of needed over the holidays. I'm very grateful to have found this practice in my hour of need- I just wish I had found them sooner! Thank you so much. I feel that I am now in incredibly safe hands.

Fantastic experience: They are so lovely and every trip put a smile on my face! I had braces for about a year and a half and my teeth look amazing and so straight and I would recommend to anyone, they are very professional yet make you feel so comfortable every visit.

Negative experience: I was left feeling like I had been taken advantage off. The practice employs pressure techniques to rope you into expensive treatments you may not even require. This is coupled with shoddy dentistry. I went with a minor issue of a filling that needed repairing and I was told I needed everything under the sun done. I was quickly dosed up with a large dose of rescue remedy which I got quite tipsy on (the brandy base) and was then whilst sitting in the dentist's chair asked to sign a financial plan for all the work he was suggesting. Whilst he repeated to me that he likes to be upfront about payment, likely due to feedback from other disgruntled customers. I went here looking for a holistic dentist, there is very little holistic about the dentistry here and seems to be largely a fad encompassing things like herbal tea, a stress ball to squeeze and advising you to put on your own music. The repair to the filling was poorly done and literally disintegrated in my mouth in the following 6 months! I have never had this happen to me before or since. I went to get it re-done by another dentist for £100, where as I had paid over £1000 at Ravenscourt. I discontinued the painful and expensive gum treatments I was scared into taking. On getting several other opinions, I have very healthy gums and did not require said treatment.

Fantastic experience: Hiroshi was excellent. Calm reassuring voice and manner, gave me lots of information about the procedure, was amazingly gentle with my sensitive teeth. What a relief! Thank you.
