Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental practice. Attended due to wanting to correct years of neglect and damage to my teeth. Opted for veneers. Truly grateful to Marcus, and his team. Not only have they ‘put right’ my teeth, but the efforts they’ve gone through designing, and implementing the veneers, it’s visible via the finish. No ‘rush’ job. No ‘bodge’. Honestly, really happy with the end result, and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: After losing dental bridge wanted to see if I can have implants. Practice appears very professional and as a first visit Abby was very informative and professional and the digital scanning to easily show what is possible was very helpful. Abby gave an option I hadn't thought of and was very good at discussing the whole process. I need to consider how to proceed but the Courtyard appears to be a good option.

Fantastic experience: It’s only been my third visit to The Courtyard Dental Academy and I’m extremely impressed. On day one I met lovely Abby who conducted my consultation, alongside Marcos. Both of them were so welcoming and highly knowledgeable in recommending my dental plan following a full in-depth consultation. Next two appointments were with Lisa (Hygienist) and Carol (Dental Nurse) again, two highly professional ladies who made my trip to the dentist a welcoming and friendly experience. I am soon to commence my dental treatment with Marcos but already feel fully informed of what’s going to happen at the next stage. Thank you Courtyard

Fantastic experience: The Courtyard is the only dentist that i've visited before I've had any pain - it is welcoming and friendly. The experience is really personal and the team know me and my preferences. On a recent visit every single one of the team acknowledged me and said hello, including dentists and nurses in passing. I think that’s really unique from a busy dental practice, and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Fantastic experience: The Courtyard is an amazing dentist to go to. Apart from the fact that it’s beautiful inside a bit like a fancy hotel and everyone knows me by name, and you have everyone’s personal contact number and email address incase you need them out of hours….. if you have a problem, you’re in there with an appointment asap ( I’ve always got the same or next day ) and the problem is resolved and any pain is gone. That’s priceless

The response was Perfect, they could Not have done better for me, and they arranged an appointment and consultation super Fast, customer care 100%, technical explanation of the treatment and prevention/after treatment behaviours by me. Fantastic experience: 10/10 service and treatment as always. I had a problem with my tooth and called into the Courtyard Dental to speak to the receptionist as I was already a client. She was fantastic and quickly organised for me to come in and see the dentist. I was quite stressed out about this problem but Danielle Hinchcliff the dentist was absolutely amazing. She had such a wonderful approach and completely put me at ease. The problem wasn’t actually half as bad as I thought it was going to be but I felt so much better for going and having it checked out. I would definitely recommend the Courtyard Dental.

He came in with a nearly full set of wobbly teeth, and he now has a beautiful, natural-looking composite bridge that has restored his confidence and comfort in daily life. From the beginning, the team were completely professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. The treatment was pain-free, and my grandad felt completely safe and comfortable throughout. What truly stood out was how they kept me, his granddaughter, fully informed during the process. (Huge thank you to the amazing Abby!) Positive experience: I have no complaints about the standards of dental care but every time I have an appointment, you're never on time. I had an appointment today at 12.30, still sat in the waiting room at 12.55, no heads up from anyone that theyre running behind etc. So I have to go to reception to see what's going on. I have to come out of work to attend appointments and it's just really frustrating be sat there wondering when you will be seen.

Fantastic experience: Marcos passionately brilliant but he is not alone in the practice. I have had root canal with 3 roots in 1 tooth and the lady doctor was just as brilliant. Fantastic experience: The dental care here is outstanding. I decided to have some cosmetic dental work done so I visited 3 different dentists for a consultation. I wanted to make sure that I got a good idea of what services were on offer and got a feel for each place. The COURTYARD was the 3rd one I visited and as soon I came here I knew it was the right one. Don’t waste your time and money looking around just come here. I was made to feel so welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The treatment and the end results look and feel amazing. Fantastic experience: I attended the Courtyard Dental Practice on Friday for an appointment with Danielle. She put a filling in one of my teeth and gave some advice on some sensitivity I had been experiencing in other teeth. The sensitivity was because I had been using some teeth whitener to help brighten my smile. Fantastic experience: The Courtyard Dentist is the best dental surgery I have ever come across, going there you feel like a V.I.P rather than a patient. The whole ambience of the place is on another level and the staff are more like friends than service providers. I was always afraid of the dentist growing up, but the courtyard has calmed all my fears, it is a joy to go. I have been going there since 2007 - over the years I have had invisalign treatment, teeth whitening, old fillings replaced with new white ones, and my smile has got bigger and bigger with every visit. Marcos is a very driven individual so it is no suprise the courtyard is the best. Go there - you will be looked after.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my initial consultation for full arch implants at Courtyard Dental. From the minute I stepped in the door, I felt welcomed and at ease with the friendly staff. I then met with Abby who was very thorough in explaining the whole process, and answered many questions I had regarding the procedure. Abby carried out several tests, before I met with Marcos - the expert dentist who would be performing the procedure. Again, everything was explained to me in detail, which really helped me to understand every step of the procedure, what was needed and why, and at a pace I could understand. Carly is now kindly arranging the appointments I need to complete my journey, and gain my new smile! Everybody I met on the day, went out of their way to help me, and for that I am extremely grateful.
