Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at Bulwell house dental practice. I initially came in for a filling to fix a chipped tooth which unfortunately was done incorrectly. After realizing there was an issue, I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have it corrected. However, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that I couldn't be seen as i was 5 minutes late because of the traffic, but I didn't see a problem with this as the waiting times are always 15-30 minutes long per appointment. Above all this the receptionist was obnoxiously rude towards me as i tried to explain the situation and she brushed me off without even giving me any valid explanation even though she made me sit in the waiting area for 15 minutes, just to tell me "I couldnt be seen today and that i had to book a new appointment". This was incredibly frustrating and a significant waste of my time. The lack of communication and the failure to properly address the initial faulty filling, followed by the cancellation of a pre-booked appointment at the last minute, demonstrates a concerning level of unprofessionalism. I strongly advise others to read the other negative reviews carefully, as it seems my experience is not an isolated incident and reflects a pattern of issues at this practice. And I'm considering moving to another dental practice with all my family members as I feel this practice doesn't care about their clients.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have visited this practice today. The Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I had a short wait in a clean organised seated area. The dental nurse greeted me and took me upstairs to the dentist, again, I was greeted and she introduced herself as Yosr Taleb. She gave me a thorough examination explaining each step. She was friendly and gentle. A very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Had not been to the dentist for a while as usual the receptionist was very helpful and I was taken up to see the dentist at around the time of my appointment. As usual Pavlos was very good going through my medication and health issues before stating my examination. It was virtually pain free and as I've got to have another appointment for treatment very quick. I find pavlos a great dentist which is priceless and a nice chap too also a shout out to the dental nurse and receptionist who are professional and friendly. I would recommend this dentist to anybody and I'm a nervous patient who doesn't like going

Fantastic experience: I really would like to share my experiences at the bulwell dentist. Firstly I was so happy and overwhelmed that I got back into this dentist surgery because they’ve over Covid I’m not coming you know yet taking off the books but I had to wait some time but they tried their hardest to get me back in and they actually did, and that was a lady called Jane and her daughter named Shannon and they are amazing reception Amazing stuff they always try their hardest to help and sort you out with anything they have great people skills and they just go above and beyond and do a great job. I know I now have a new dentist surgeon her name is Yosr Talab and before this I was in and out of two dentist surgeries because of just the practice and things they were doing regarding my My treatment wasn’t very good at all. I’ve written them returning back to has made me so happy so overwhelmed because I have I suffer with a lot of severe depression due to a lot of things in my past and I’m speak to the ladies at their surgery. They all know about my situation and what’s happening in my life and they’ve all supported me massively and like I say my dentist has done so such amazing work in such short time she’s made me feel so welcome happy she’s so approachable she is so confident and passionate in her job. I just wish there was more dentist out there like her because she is so amazing and all the apprentices up there because the Work team and the ladies they are so happy and positive. It’s just a fantastic place to go to and it’ll be a lovely place to work because like I said my dentist Yossr Yalsb I left there yesterday Thursday, the 10th of April 2025 feeling amazing so confident my self-esteem got so much better and that was all down to her and I want to thank her so much she’s so amazing and I won’t be going anywhere anymore. I’ll be right by her side. I just wanted to let the community and everybody know that dental practice is amazing and the staff are incredible and they just deserve a massive clap on the back because of the world not the greatest at the moment of the UK we live in. It’s not a very nice place at all but going in that dentist you come out feeling $1 million because that’s how they make you feel And I just want to thank them so much for how they’ve dealt with me and made me feel you guys are amazing and just remember that you’re fantastic so thank you very much for being fantastic ladies and amazing at your jobs Thank you for being an amazing team and your work so amazingly at your jobs, thank you so much for what you Have done for me when I’ve been at my lowest point of my life. Fantastic experience: I've recently been fitted with a small denture as a result of breaking a tooth. At first the idea freaked me out - it's been several years since I last needed any kind of treatment. Pavlos went through all the options with me, then booked me in for the extraction of the broken tooth, followed by further appoints to check the healing, take impressions and to finally fit the denture. At all stages everything was clearly explained, I never felt any pain and had no worries about the process. All of the team are lovely friendly people and always helpful. Thank you all so much
