Fantastic experience: Unbelievably amazing experience. I went with my mum to provide emotional support as she gets panic attacks. She’s been putting off getting the extractions for a good few years now. The last tooth she had out the dentist was awful with them. We changed dentists to ROKA, and oh my god they were brilliant. The reception team were super friendly, and very welcoming. The two ladies upstairs were wonderful and very sweet, helping provide distractions by talking, one held my mums hand and the other lady kept an eye on my baby so I could focus on my mum. The dentist himself was so patient with her, stopping every time she needed to and never once making her feel rushed or bad for it. He did short bursts of five seconds where he counted out loud for her, and they were so great and made her so comfortable she managed to have it done in the original assigned time slot (something she was worried might not happen). She went through the entire process without a singular panic attack which was beyond expected and (aside from her being amazingly brave), the staff played a huge part by being exceptionally wonderful. Could not recommend enough!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had not seen a dentist in 10 years after an experience with an NHS practice left me shut down and never wanting to step foot near a dentist again. Unfortunately not seeing a dentist for so long left me with a fair bit of work needing to be done. I had a consultation with one of their dentists, Rush. He explained everything and created a full treatment plan with cost breakdown. I wasn’t under any pressure but knew straight away I didn’t want anyone else touching my teeth. The treatment I needed was absolutely necessary, I knew that and had been putting it off for a long time. So as I type this review I am healing from two new crowns, a filling and an extraction carried out only four days ago by Rush (it was my choice to have it all done together). The procedures were, dare I say it, relaxing!!! I’ve not had to take one painkiller or anti inflammatory for swelling. Totally pain free. So happy that I’ve also booked in to have a full set of Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for some fillings and given that I am a very anxious patient both Harry and Tika were supportive, calm and made me feel very at ease. I have been to other dentists before and thought they were good but this one absolutely exceeds. I will definitely come back and won't be half as worried as I was before going today.

Fantastic experience: Amelia is without doubt the very best hygienist I have ever visited.very thorough with a winning smile .On the day I visited she was training Charlotte.She appeared to be a knowledgeable and kind.We moved to the area recently and registered.The practice is high tech,spotless and staffed to the highest standard, Harry the dentist was polite and efficient and really knows his stuff. The one negative I could not get the QR code to work! So glad we found this practice

Negative experience: Worst dentist all smoke screens and mirrors no good having a shiny new dentist office with day light robbery of customers money for kids treatments …….. do not use this clinic !!! , paid for 50% of my childrens treatments , was given an appointment i couldnt attend due to travel times in school pick ups which i called in advance to state and even stated on them givinh me this date and time . To be told they have now taken all the 50% payment and wont be treating my children unless i pay the amount again . Staff said they would call be back and resolve after speaking to the manager who said sorry for the confusion only to be waiting months for a call back and im still waiting .

Fantastic experience: Have just joined Roka Practice and I'm so pleased I have. I've had 3 appointments so far and have been very well looked after each time. Everyone takes the time to listen to you and carefully explains what they are doing and why.

Both were amazing at reassuring me and explaining the procedure and my teeth outcomes. I’m a nervous patient and was initially worried but really felt comfortable. The pictures of my teeth throughout made it easy for me to see the before and after too. Would certainly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Since childhood I have had a fear of Dentists. ROKA dentist was recommended to me by a friend who had recently had treatment there. From the moment I had contact with the surgery I have been treated with such kindness and understanding. I was cared for throughout my dental implant treatment by Pav, Holly and Sammy. Each time I attended I was always welcomed and instantly put at ease. All the treatment I was receiving at the appointment was always explained clearly and time was taken to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I highly recommend this surgery especially if you are a very nervous patient. I will never loose sleep before a dental appointment again and I just love my new smile!

Fantastic experience: I visited Roka for the first time in May this year. Lets be honest from the start, I dont like dentists. Maybe im wrong but my experiances in the past with dentists has been a bit like visiting a vet or a mechanic... "oooh you need xyz for four million pounds..." (well you see what I mean)!! Well let me assure you my experiance at Roka was nothing like that! Amilia was really lovley and despite my apprehension (that she could pick up on from the start) she was kind polite and very informative. She even totally understood me, she seemed to know I was an undiagnosed ADHD bloke without me telling her. She and her assistant Charlotte were really nice, friendly and totally put me at ease. I feel much calmer now about going back to Roka (yep I have book my next appointment already) finally I can look after my teeth as they should be, without worry or fear. Highly recomended.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough. For someone who isn’t a fan of anything medical related at all, Harry made me feel as comfortable as possible for all treatments and appointments. Not once did something feel different to what he said it would, which is about as reassuring as you can get!

Fantastic experience: Great place! Started with Alastair in Northampton where we began my Invisalign & composite bonding journey and followed to Roka in Woburn Sands. Picture top to bottom beginning middle and near the end (ignore the blood) just clashed with the dog . Bottom was a month before whitening and bonding to get rid of the small chips. Very happy!

Today at my second hygienist appointment, Debbie and Holly were thorough, calm and explained everything. The procedure was completely painless and gentle. Fantastic experience: I visited ROKA Dental last week to have my wisdom teeth removed. It was my first time having any kind of dental procedure, having only had an x-ray/general check ups previously. I had some nerves about what to expect, but Harry and Tika made me completely at ease and explained the whole process to me. They were really kind and supportive throughout and definitely made the experience more comfortable. The aftercare advice was useful and informative as well. I have been to ROKA Dental twice now and both have been really positive experiences, they are always very helpful on the phone as well. I would recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I came into Roka dental, I felt a big difference. Everyone was happy, comfortable and relaxed. I have seen two Dentists', Pav for my implant work and Tom for crowns.Both are just so wonderful. The calm, fresh setting is just perfect for my nerves. Fantastic experience: I went to ROKA after cracking my front tooth, I was extremely nervous and anxious as I have a terrible fear of the dentist and as a result I neglected my teeth for a number of years, I heard about ROKA being very good especially for patients with anxiety. I got a same day appointment, I was made to feel at ease all the way through from reception to meeting and having my appointment with Alastair, I had to have a tooth extraction and a denture fitted, this was done within 24 hours. I was still extremely nervous returning the next day but I again was reassured the whole way through and I had a great dental nurse Charlotte who held my hand throughout my procedure. I honestly cannot recommend ROKA enough and I am extremely grateful for the care and service that I received.

Fantastic experience: My whole experience at Roka dental has been absolutely amazing from start to finish, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Especially if like me you are nervous of going to the dentist. My first appointment was with Alistair, I am a very nervous patient and I haven’t visited the dentist for many years. Alistair listened to my fears and worries and really put me at ease, he then referred me to Pav who is the implant specialist, and he advised me of the treatment plan I would require. Pav is incredibly professional and was very patient, with me, answering my many questions! I left feeling comfortable and confident and my follow up appointments all followed in the same manor, the staff are just amazing! I had my implants fitted yesterday and I am blown away with the results! I was very nervous but all of the team made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Pav, Holly and Meghan were so kind and didn’t leave my side throughout. I just wanted to say such a big thank you to the incredible team for giving me my smile back! It’s everything I hoped for and more!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this practice highly enough. A combination of awful childhood experiences with dentists, plus AuDHD and sensory processing difficulties, resulted in a huge fear of the dentist and a refusal to set foot anywhere near a dental surgery for over 15yrs. Having had a few issues with my teeth I took the plunge and rang Roka as they advertised they were good with nervous patients and offered sedation - perfect! From the first phonecall, where I cried down the phone at the poor receptionist, to being able to have treatment today, they have been absolutely amazing. So understanding, so professional and really understanding. I booked an appointment with Alistair for a look round and a chat about how Roka could help me. At that appointment I stood shaking and crying in the doorway unable to even get inside. Today I had a filling replaced with no sedation. I don't know if Alistair has had extra training for clients with Autism, sensory processing issues, phobias etc but he has restored my faith in dentists and although I am nervous, I trust him to look after me. Every member of staff is wonderful. I have never been made to feel stupid for being so scared and everything is done at your pace. Beautiful, spotlessly clean clinic and reception. Amazing team. Fantastic experience: after avoiding the dentist for too many years to mention, I got to the age where I wish I had looked after my teeth more and had a smile to be proud of. I bit the bullet and went for an initial assessment with Alistair. He knew I was anxious but took his time and explained everything thoroughly. A few weeks on and I have had two hygienist appointments and yesterday two fillings with Alistair. I’m now on track to shortly start Invisalign and get the smile I have so longed for. I honestly cannot recommend this dentist surgery enough. Everyone is so lovely and they make you feel so at ease.

Everyone is so friendly, patient and understanding. Harry carried out an extremely thorough review and wrote a full dental plan. Amelia and her hygienist assistants are lovely and very professional, I now have clean, virtually stain free teeth. They listened to my concerns, explained at each stage what they were doing and made careful notes of any sensitive areas so there was no pain. I am almost looking forward to my next appointment this week!

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth hygiene at Roka with Amelia and Abbie. The appointment was comfortable and lovely! They checked my gums, tested how clean my teeth are with pink pigment, had a good and gentle clean. I have sensitive teeth, but I Amelia was careful. We finished with some X-Rays. I’m exploring the services of Roka further and will update the review. My wish is they had a cycle rack.

Fantastic experience: I avoided the dentist for years and years. I have never ever had a proper deep clean and my teeth were obviously suffering! Previous bad dental experiences was the main problem I have got to the point now where I need a dentist badly. I found ROKA on Facebook and made contact. From the moment I contacted them my experience with them has been so positive. The moment you walk into reception you are greeted by a lovely spacious and clean room with free water (nice touch) and very welcoming receptionists. I instantly felt at ease. My treatment plan has been set in motion now and I'm so excited to get my smile back. Thank you Alistair. I had my very first ever clean of my teeth today by the wonderful Amelia and Abbie. Being a nervous nelly and on my own, I entered their room and instantly got upset and emotional! They immediately settled me in and everything was explained to me really clearly. I was utterly terrified but they helped me relax, they stopped whenever I needed them to, and they were so kind and professional about the whole thing. I can't thank them enough for what I put them through!!! I lived to tell the tale and my teeth feel great for the first time in years. Fantastic experience: Really impressed with Harry Rupal and the team for the way they dealt with my Son who has had some anxiety issues and a fear of needles. Fantastic experience: First I want to say if I could rate this 10 stars I would. What I have experienced here has honestly changed my life. I have had the biggest dentist phobia for the last 13 years of my life. The fear had completely consumed my life and after so many bad experiences with other dental work my fear was at a all time high. I have been in a lot of pain due to poor dental work from the past and if left me so fearful to try and get it fixed. I then heard about ROKA dental on Facebook, I read the reviews and so many people talked about there good experiences and how well there dental anxiety was dealt with. I still had worries that my fear would be to much to handle and I was beyond help. But the reviews gave me the courage to book a meet and greet with Dr Alastair. Within moments of meeting him I felt at ease, safe and comfortable. I have not sat in a dental chair in over 11 years and I was so scared but he and the other nurses were so kind and patient. I had a x-ray and found out I needed to have 4 fillings. This would be daunting news for anyone let alone someone who has dental anxiety as bad as mine but I was reassured that I would be in control and we could do it all in my time. My first filling, I was nervous as to be expected I walked in floods of tears and the lovely nurse Hannah held my hand, she didn't let go for the whole appointment. They didn't rush me, they gave me the space to calm down and the reassurance that it was going to be okay. It was the best dental experience I have had and I knew in that moment so much of my fear had been lifted and I now believed I could do these other appointments. My mum came with me to all of these appointments even she was left speechless with the level of care and kindness shown. With every treatment after my anxiety became less and less. With the support of Hannah and Abby who held my hands during every appointment and Dr Alastair I could not have done it. There was not one appointment I wasn't laughing in either which was something I did not expect. On my last treatment I sat down in the chair and it was like I was a completely different person, so much of my fear had just gone. This was all down to the kindness and patience shown towards me throughout. This place and the amazing people who work here have changed my life and for the first time in my 20s I'm not in pain and I am not scared. If you are reading this and you are a anxious person who is crippled by the thought of the dentist and you worry your fear may be to big this is the place that will change it all.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at ROKA dental this morning and I was impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The reception area is very clean, modern and calming, with free water on offer which was a lovely touch. I was greeted by 3 smiling receptionists and seen immediately. I filled out some forms on a tablet and was called in exactly on my appointment time. The hygienist introduced herself as Amelia and explained everything through thoroughly as she was doing it. She took pictures, showed me how to brush hard to reach places and gave me a little pack to take away and use, which is really handy. The clean was brilliant. I'm not a huge fan of dentists but it didn't hurt at all and she still did a fantastic job. My teeth feel lovely and smooth and I won't dread my next hygiene appointment anymore! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants fantastic service and treatment from professionals who clearly love their job and care about their patients. It makes all the difference!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for two extractions recently and was quite nervous. Dr Harry Rupal and dental nurse Abbi were very reassuring and had a calming effect which helped me to remain relaxed during a difficult procedure. They always asked me if I was ok and that I was doing well. It was a relief when it was over. I thoroughly recommend ROKA as they are very professional and helpful practice.

Fantastic experience: Had such an incredibly positive experience with Amelia and Sammy today, thank you. My previous experiences with hygienists (elsewhere) have been fairly horrific and put me off going for many years but Amelia couldn’t have been more different. So kind, explained everything very clearly, and when it came to the clean, Amelia and Sammy did absolutely everything to make sure I was totally comfortable at all times. My teeth feel absolutely amazing now (no soreness or jaggy edges that I have had post hygienist previously) and I am not dreading going back in the least! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at ROKA yesterday and I booked in for a checkup with Thomas, this was my first check up in over a year so I was worried if I’d need any treatments etc.. From walking in to reception, you’re greeted by a friendly team at reception, and then up to the surgery room which was extremely clean and had a nice calm ambience, Thomas was extremely gentle going through the examination and explained each step clearly which helped me and my inquisitive mind. This was probably my first time at a dental clinic where I was extremely happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: today I met Amelia and Holly for my hygienist appointment. Both were amazing couldn’t recommend them enough. Amelia spoke to me step my step of what she was doing and what everything meant. She went through steps of the best way to clean your teeth. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at ROKA for a year and am thrilled with the service, care and treatment I have received. From the warm welcome on arrival by the friendly reception staff, to the professional treatment of Thomas and Amelia, to the care and attention from the nurses, they all make you feel very important and valued. When I started my treatment I wanted to improve the health of my teeth and gums and to have a nicer smile. The staff at Roka have exceeded my expectations and I feel healthier and more confident as a result. Amelia told me it was a joint effort, and it definitely was. Fantastic experience: Moving to a new area and finding a dentist is daunting, especially when you suffer from severe anxiety due to past experiences—mine dating back 30 years. Walking into ROKA Dental for the first time, my anxiety was at an all-time high, not knowing what to expect. But from the moment I stepped through the door, every member of staff I’ve met has gone out of their way to put me at ease. I won’t pretend that visiting the dentist is ever going to be a pleasant experience for me—my anxiety just doesn’t allow that—but I leave ROKA feeling much calmer than when I arrived (even if my husband’s hand is numb from the process!). The level of care and attention is unlike anywhere else I’ve been. The thoroughness of the examinations alone makes the anxiety feel almost worthwhile. If you’re an anxious patient, this is the dentist to choose. And if anyone from the practice is reading this—it’s me who moves the children’s book onto the three white dental books. If I didn’t, I’d have to walk straight back out the door. Any chance they could be “moved” permanently?

Fantastic experience: I have recently had to have some fillings done for the first time in my life. I am a fainter and was very nervous but Harry and Tia were brilliant and put me at ease. They had the numbing cream and a cup of squash ready for me when I arrived and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Everyone there is so friendly and I can’t recommend ROKA Dental enough!

Fantastic experience: I have visited Roka Dental on two occasions now and both visits have been excellent. My first appointment was an emergency appointment for my bottom fixed retainer. I was really pleased to be able to secure an appointment for the next day with Dr. Harry Rupal. Harry was extremely knowledgeable and kind and immediately put me at ease. He was patient and explained exactly what the issue was and answered any and all questions without hesitation. Harry was also able to find a small hole in my back tooth which had been sensitive and recommended a filling and hygienist appointment. My second appointment was the hygienist appointment followed by my filling appointment. My hygienist Amelia was lovely and did a thorough job of explaining each step of the process. What otherwise can be an uncomfortable experience was made much more tolerable through her patience and kindness. My filling appointment was again with Dr. Harry Rupal and again Harry did a great job at settling any nerves regarding the procedure. He was efficient and kind, multiple times stopping to ask if I was okay before proceeding. I have had no issues with my teeth and left feeling much better. I would highly recommend Roka Dental (Harry and Amelia in particular) to anyone in dental need.

Fantastic experience: Six months ago I took myself down to ROKA Dental for an introductory appointment with a dentist called Harry and his assistant. Harry was professional, courteous, understanding and informative par excellence and I came away with a decent general grasp of the state of my teeth and gums, which was just as well as there were some significant and serious things that needed attending to, the solution to which involved making a swift appointment with the hygienist as soon as possible in order to get to work on them right away. So it wasn't long before I was back at ROKA Dental for an appointment with Amelia and her assistant, Tia. It was quite the experience having these two amazing women expertly working wonders in my mouth for an hour. Again, as with Harry at the initial appointment, all was made clear in advance what was to be done and the plan for solving my dental issues was outlined thoroughly, including advice as to what my own responsibilities were to be in the time between this appointment and the next one. Three months later, I was back once more in the hands of the delightful Amelia, who was being ably assisted by a different assistant this time, Abbie. It turned out that the interdental toothpicks I had been using as advised had done the trick and that things were looking a whole lot healthier in the gum department. A further three months later it was time for a third (and recent) appointment with the diamond Amelia, who was this time artfully assisted by a different assistant, Charlotte. Another fabulous examination and polishing procedure got underway and I discovered that my gum situation was even better than it had been at the last appointment and that the gaps between gums and teeth had even closed up a good deal, to the point where I wouldn't need another appointment for another six months, with the eventual plan to extend this to yearly appointments. Amazing. In summary, I have found ROKA Dental to be punctual, professional, courteous, effective, knowledgeable, fairly priced, reasonable, on-the-ball, well organised, transparent and all-round excellent. My gum health is clearly much improved now and things have worked out even better than I thought possible. ROKA Dental is staffed by legends who provide a brilliant service to an unusually high standard.

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely anxious About the Dentist, I had an appointment today with Amelia and Charlotte. It took me 20 minutes sat outside in the car park to build the courage to go inside. They was amazing from the start, Before even starting any of the hygiene appointment, Amelia explained everything to me step-by-step of what they would be doing. She then broke it down and did things step-by-step and threw out kept asking me If I was okay, I could stop at any point and how well I was doing. I felt so safe and reassured, I was even told if we need to stop and take a break, we can and take as long as needed To get through the appointment. I’ve never had such nice Care at Dentist before and been made to feel comfortable in the chair. Charlotte, as well throughout was talking to me checking in and making sure I was ok and constant told me I was doing well. Thank you for taking those anxieties away It may just be small words to some people, but it got me through my appointment and dentist phobia and anxiety effects so many people. If you’re worried please don’t be excellent team.

They have sensory issues and Amelia was absolutely amazing, taking time to walk my child through what was happening, making sensory adjustments, and keeping them feeling in control and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Having been a patient at ROKA for a while now I finally made an appointment with for a clean with one of the Dental Therapists. I am not a fan of the dentist and really struggle with anxiety which is one of the reasons that I had delayed going in. Earlier this week I had an appointment for a clean with Debbie who was assisted by Charlotte. Upon being called through Debbie explained everything fully to me about what was going to happen and I explained about my anxieties. They both really put me at ease and the treatment was great and they were reassuring throughout and I knew exactly what to expect. The whole appointment was relaxed and I didnt feel rushed at all. I am so happy with the results and they were instantly noticeable. They also gave my guidance to keep my teeth looking good in between appointments. All the staff at ROKA are really lovely and approachable and the reception team are always happy to help you and greet with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Roka Dental for a hygiene appointment with Amelia and Holly. They were both so friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout my appointment, letting me know what was happening at each stage and keeping that communication up throughout. Amelia did an amazing job and managed to even remove glue on my teeth from my braces nearly 12 years ago! I can't believe how clean they were at the end of the appointment and would highly recommend this to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I haven't visited to the dentist for over 20 years. I have walked passed ROKA every weekend since it opened and was surprised by what they offer. It's not free but then free is not everything. I've have an appointment with a dentist and today with Amelia and Abbie. I'm not going to say it was painless as it wasn't but with the numbing spray it was ok. All the staff have been amazing, not judgemental and very welcoming. I just need to convince my husband to go. I'll keep working on that one for now. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Debbie was highly recommended by all my family, I finally managed to book an appointment with Debbie for a hygienist appointment. Wow, what an experience, Debbie and Holly were so welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away on my first visit, Debbie kept me informed throughout the whole process. At no point was I in any discomfort. This hygiene appointment was in a totally different league to any other hygiene appointment that I’ve ever had. Hannah on reception was also so helpful with rebooking my next visits and welcoming you with a huge smile. For anyone who’s nervous when visiting the dentist, I would advise you to try ROKA.

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient who has had a broken tooth for 1 year +. After unfortunately getting a tooth infection, I saw Dr Hisham and he took his time to understand what worried me about a tooth removal and reassured me. I booked in with Dr Hisham and Holly the following day (7th Jan) and with them both understanding how nervous I was, talked me through absolutely everything every step of the way, and gave me opportunities for breaks if needed. Both Dr Hisham and Holly are lovely people, and great at what they do. At the age of 33 I had my first appointment with the hygienist, I was a little worried and didn’t know what to expect but Amelia and Holly put me at ease straight away. My appointment was with Harry, who after a few questions, took scans and then went through the treatment I needed. I cannot recommend Harry enough. He is such a nice person and very easy to talk to. Fantastic experience: Having broken two teeth I contacted my usual dentist who couldn’t/wouldn't see me for two weeks I rang ROkA dental to ask if they could help me. A lovely sympathetic lady took my call and arranged for me to see Harry . When I got to the surgery I was impressed by the welcoming calm professional atmosphere. Harry was absolutely brilliant explaining that the teeth should come out something I had already assumed so he took the teeth out painlessly . I have arranged another appointment for a full examination in a couple of weeks and look forward to getting my teeth sorted.. Fantastic experience: This was my 2nd appointment since my initial and I saw the hygenist Amelia and then had fillings done with Harry and both awesome at their job. Fantastic experience: Amazing, friendly and caring staff from receptionist Lisa, to dentist Thomas and hygienist Amelia and nurse Charlotte. This is the first private dental practice I’ve ever attended and the first time I’ve felt my mouth has not been ‘violated’ by a mouth practitioner. I need various treatments due to neglect from previous dental practices, I now feel I’m in capable dental hands. UPDATE - I’m now over halfway with my dental work and can honestly say I almost fall asleep during the procedures! The blue dental “hammock” is an amazing bit of kit, never had this applied in the years I’ve been visiting the big organisation dental practices. Thanks Thomas and Tia
