Fantastic experience: As a family we have been with Dartford Road Dental Centre for several years now, and our Dentist Zainab Naseer is always very helpful and thorough with caring for our teeth, and is able to meet the needs and requirements for all the family. My daughter is very anxious but Zainab and the dental nurses, have gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and offer solutions to help her. All the staff are friendly, and offer a calm and professional environment. We also visit the Hygenist ,Veronika, who is also great at looking after our gums and teeth. All treatment is carried out with understanding and a smile. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dental Practice! I booked my first appointment with Dr Baber Khan after many years of dental neglect and I was feeling very nervous/embarrassed about my dental state. The booking process was very quick and simple and upon arrival I was met by a welcoming female receptionist (apologies I didn't get her name). I filled in some basic forms and was quickly having my first dental consultation. Dr Khan and Cassie Morton were very professional, taking the time to get to know me and my dental aspirations. They both made me very comfortable and advised me on the best dental plan to achieve the dental health I wanted and need. I was referred to a hygienist which was booked in 3 days after my initial consultation. 3 days later, I was welcomed by a new receptionist Cameron Morris-Scrace who again was very polite and professional. I was quickly in the chair again, this time with Dental Hygienist Seema Kumar. Seema also took the time to get to know me and my dental aspirations. She then carried out a hygienist treatment and offered plenty of useful advise and tips to maintain and improve my dental health. I cannot thank the team enough at Dartford Road Dental Center, I finally feel like I'm going to be gain the smile I've always wanted. Thank you everyone! Drew.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dartford Dental Centre and I have to say It was a absolute pleasure. I am a extremely nervous patient, but was put totally at ease by Dr Tosin. Nurse Cassie was so caring and so nice. I was informed every step of the way before I had my tooth extraction. Plenty of injections to which I really didn't feel at all. Pain-free my tooth was gone. Fantastic experience: I've been to many dentists over the last 40 years or more and it's always a gamble as to discover the good from the bad but I have to say my treatment by Naeem the past few years has been the best. I'm pleased I found him. All the work he has ever carried out has been first class but not only that , I feel he offers a genuine opinion and options whereby a cheaper but equally effective solution is possible. The hygienists and staff are always friendly and professional. Despite moving away to the south coast I still return which speaks for itself !

I can't speak for all their practitioners but my go-to dentist Tosin Ogidan has always been amazing. She is so warm and bubbly and as a dentist her ability to make sure you feel comfortable when getting anything done is amazing. She also shows amazing attention to detail when both discussing your oral hygiene and any questions you have.

Negative experience: Total reap off, went there with toothache, no pain relieve, no antibiotics got charged £75, I was asked to come back in 4 days for another check up £230. I said No way would I come back here.

Fantastic experience: I've been using this Dental practice for many years and although I have always been satisfied with the treatment that I've received it's definitely much better since the new owners arrived, Dr Naeem Khaleel is certainly the finest dentist that I've ever experienced, also Veronika the hygienist is great, in fact the moment I walk in the door I find the whole team superb.

We see Dr Khaleel and will do so as long as he's there! My kids had a couple of bad experiences with dentists previously so were nervous about the change. After the first appointment, they were no longer scared. They're friendly and approachable, they explain things really well and above all they really seem to care about improving your oral health, with not even a hint of judgement about issues you have. To cap (crown?) it all off, Dr Khaleel has great taste in music too!

Fantastic experience: Naeem is a wonderful dentist - caring, kind and patient. I have always been terrified of the dentist because of previous experiences with NHS. Although the treatment is a considerable expense compared to NHS dental costs, the peace of mind and comfort I have experienced makes it more than worth it. Naeem talks me through all of my options, never leaves me in the dark and has always respected my wishes (something I never experienced with my previous dentist). Every treatment has always been pain-free and simple. He is also really thorough and makes sure I am happy and comfortable with any decisions made. I couldn’t recommend Naeem and Dartford Road Dental centre more.

Dr Tosin is so lovely and always so informative about every stage of the process. Negative experience: Had an emergency appointment with them, which was great as I got one very quickly. The appointment lasted approximetly 3 minutes. The dentist did not seem much experienced and I felt like I was being rushed out and she was not much considerate of my issues. I was given antibiotics which didnt work so I had to go back for different type of antibiotics. The issue is somewhat still not resolved but I am reluctant to go back now. Will be looking for a more experienced dentist for a second opinion now. Update: thank you for your reply. You have replied saying Dr Zainab has seen me twice, this is not true she has only seen me once and I was prescribed the second set of antibiotics without being seen. I picked it up from reception. I will reconsider attending.

Fantastic experience: I had wanted Invisalign for some time and with the encouragement from Dr Zainab Naseer, I was so pleased that I finally went for it! During my treatment Zainab was kind, caring and ever so gentle. Even as a nurse I was still a little nervous! I wore my retainers over a period of 16 weeks and was amazed at the final result. 16 weeks of wearing aligners 22 hours a day was a long process but it gave me the beautiful straight teeth I had always dreamed of and now I can’t stop cheesy smiling!
