Fantastic experience: After spending years not visiting a dentist due to a fear of needles Jai and the team really made me feel at ease, together we worked through a lot of issues with my teeth. From fillings & tooth removal it was all at my own pace. After a year of visits we finally got to the end goal of repairing my missing front teeth due to an accident. Left there last week with two Composite bonding and two Maryland bridges! Could not be happier! Lovely straight front teeth even had compliments on my teeth now! Fantastic experience: CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS MOST EXCELLENT! I was a patient for almost 20 years, originally, I went to the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic to have my smile transformed by Dr Duncan Ralston with 5 stunning veneers ….my journey started in 2002. At the time, my treatment for me, was ‘life changing’,. In 2021 I retired, and moved to another part of the country. Reluctantly I decided to change dentists to near my new home. 22 years on from my original treatment . one of my veneers came off! I rang the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic where I was no longer still a patient. They treated me as if I had never left. Although not in any pain , the effect of loosing a front tooth really knocked my confidence, which the team at the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic totally understood. Dr Duncan Ralston made me a temporary tooth at my first appointment. He used a laser probe to measure my mouth … no nasty ‘impressions’. The reception staff then, within a few weeks got me back into have the permanent veneer fitted. It was a perfect colour match , and fit. SMILE RESTORED.. Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with the results of my Invisalign’s. It’s been a long journey as I was a complex case, requiring 2 separate sets of Invisalign’s, but I’m finally at the end of my transformation and my teeth look amazing. I also needed a chip repaired on my front tooth to finish the job off and the colour match is unbelievable. Anoop has completely transformed my smile and given me so much more confidence.

Both were extremely professional and friendly and have been throughout the process. I would like to mention Suzanne in particular as she has been nothing but supportive, helpful, and encouraging. Fantastic experience: We joined the practice early 2025 with some trepidation, having had a poor history with the NHS. Our experience has been entirely positive. The key takeaways are Professionalism, Respect and Customer care. Treatment options are explained with pros and cons (and costs!) Jai lends confidence and is clearly highly knowledgeable and capable. I had three fillings and an extraction in one sitting (my choice), followed by my first experience with the hygienist. Consideration was given to our needs at all times. We felt cared for by professionals at all points of contact. Be aware there is a payment plan and finance options available. We are happy to have joined and feel a confidence for our future oral health.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the dental and cosmetic clinic. I was recommended myself and within 4 days i had had my first visit which was a consultation with anoop which included xrays and treatment that i needed or was recommended. I was very conscious about my front teeth and have been for at least the last 20 years. I decided to go ahead with composite bonding on 4 teeth. My next visit was a day later to see the dental hygienist who did a real good job cleaning and polishing my teeth and then the following day was the time to have 1 little filling and the composite bonding. 2 hours in the chair and and i couldn't be more grateful to anoop and his lovely assistant. I had 3 injection's which numbed the whole area and i didn't feel a thing!! I can now smile with confidence and it is all thanks to the dental and cosmetic clinic. Everybody was so welcoming and i am actually looking forward to going back in 3 months time.

I was really impressed by Jai's dentistry skills and his caring and supportive manner which eased any anxiety I had. Before the treatment, Jai fully explained all my options so that I was able to make an informed decision about whether I wanted to proceed with the implant treatment. Fantastic experience: This practice is amazing and i cannot fault the staff they go over and beyond for you. Jai is my dentist and he’s done great work with all the treatments I’ve had to have done so far. Makes you feel safe and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Aftercare is 5* I had to call jai over the weekend and he got back to me with in a few hours of calling him. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had a hairline fractured tooth for which my previous dentist advised me to use a mouth wash and toothpaste to ease my symptoms. Saw him twice with not much joy. Things got worse over the weekend and I had excruciating pain and I could bear it no longer. At 2 o’clock on Sunday morning I was able to book on line an emergency appointment with this dental practice. The website is very easy to navigate and logically laid out. I am most impressed by the quick treatment I got in Monday morning and with the pain gone I feel human again!!

Fantastic experience: I previously had a fear of the dentist but I can honestly say even after extensive treatment with Jay and Kim I have complete trust in them and no longer fear dental appointments. My gums and teeth needed a lot of specialist work when they were initially recommended to me by another dentist a couple of years ago. They have made a real difference and although I have since moved to Cambridge I am still travelling to Wigston for my dental treatment and will continue to. Fantastic experience: The most caring, gentle dentist I have ever been to! I visited the practice to have a wisdom tooth extraction by Jai, (I had previously been to an NHS dentist a week before who absolutely traumatised me and failed the extraction and left the roots in. I was in the most horrific pain, and very scared to let anyone near it!) The Dental and Cosmetic Clinic, were recommended and I had a consultation including a CT scan before booking the treatment. The practice is so professionally run, it’s spotless and all the staff are friendly and super caring. Jai completely put my mind at rest, and today removed all of the tooth and roots. He was so caring and gentle, as was dental nurse Jo. No trauma and out in one swoop! I can’t recommend this practice enough, Thank you to everyone, especially Jai and Practice manager Cheryl.

The whole process was pain free and I felt totally at ease throughout A huge thank you to Duncan and Kath for their continued reassurance and support throughout the whole procedure - they were amazing! Even after the freeze wore off I had no swelling, bruising or pain - no painkillers were required! Also many thanks to the rest of the team for their continued support, especially Cheryl for her unwavering patience in answering my many questions! Fantastic experience: Having had several treatments recently, including filling replacements, composite bonding and cleaning, I can't recommend the D&C Clinic highly enough. All staff, particularly Jai(principal dentist), are friendly yet professional and have a great eye for detail. Fantastic experience: My treatment started in March 2022. It had looked like I would need dentures as my teeth weren't in prime condition. Now, August 2023 I have 3 implants and 4 new teeth. What a relief not to need dentures. I needed a sinus lift prior to one of the implants which was performed very well and painlessly. The only word I can use to describe the clinic is marvellous. Jai performed supremely well and I particularly liked his use of reassuring words while working on my teeth. The dental nurses also made me feel comfortable and at ease, they continuously checked that I was alright during each appointment. I would certainly recommend this Dental Practice and I am very happy with the work they have carried out. Thank you Jai.

Fantastic experience: So, as a result of an infected root, my old bridge needed replacing, all four front teeth...saw Anoop i can only say his professionalism and care have been first class throughout ! Options given to me to consider, choice made by me ( for screw in teeth on a bridge ) Anoop set to work....fabulous end result today ! Fantastic experience: Excellent work by Jai and the team! As a dental professional myself I have seen lots of work by many dentists. I have been wanting some composite bonding done on my front teeth for a while now, I wanted to find someone I could trust to give me a natural yet perfect finish. I finished my treatment today and I cannot recommend Dental and cosmetic clinic enough! The clinic is very relaxing and all the staff are very friendly. Fantastic experience: From the outset I was hugely impressed with the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic. The short version of this review is that they are frankly exceptional and deliver amazing results in terms of cosmetic dentistry resulting in 100% patient satisfaction. The longer story..... I was a new patient and was very nervous . I had been living with a misshaped crown for many years, which had resulted in a grey, receding gum on my front tooth. From the first telephone call I felt reassured by the professional, caring team at the practice. My treatment had an added complication of a deadline due to pending relocation to Denmark. I explained my predicament to Dr Jai Mistry who took all the various factors on-board. After careful discussion we decided that a gum graft to repair my damaged receding gum, a crown and a veneer would deliver the best outcome. Following the first consultation, Jai worked with this team to pre-arrange a schedule of appointments to meet my timeline and needs. Never before have I seen a dental practice take as much interest and care around a patients circumstances. This was in itself remarkable customer care. The gum surgery was necessary but invasive. Jai was careful and skilful. I had some pain and swelling after the op, at which point Jai's colleague Anoop made time to see me within 2 hours of a phone call. He check my recovery was on-plan and provide extra medication. Again, excellent customer care and fantastic team work. The end result of the gum surgery was exceptional. It almost feels like a miracle to me that Jai was able to rebuild my front left gum by several millimetres to perfectly align with my natural gum line. The final part of my treatment was the new crown and veneer across my two front teeth. Jai ensured the shape and angle were perfect through 3D scans and numerous photos which were handed over to the lab. The crown and veneer were returned and whilst they looked really good, Jai felt they could be even better. This meant returning them to the lab and I agreed we need them to look perfect! With Christmas fast approaching and a family relocation in January, we had less than a week to complete the treatment. Jai expedited the work with the lab. With an ongoing postal strike Jai and the lab went to great lengths to ensure my treatment could go ahead on-schedule. To the extent that the lab sent the crown and veneer back to the surgery via a cab with Jai waiting at the surgery the evening before my appointment to take receipt. Absolutely amazing! To sum up, I have experienced excellent patient care, exceptional cosmetic dentistry, fantastic communication, brilliant attention to detail and a desire to ensure perfect results and 100% patient satisfaction. Fantastic experience: Fantastic place and the team are nothing short of amazing, particularly Dr Jai Mistry. I received dental implants and whitening from him. This was quite a daunting experience given how much surgery and time was involved. However, Dr Mistry put me at ease right from the first point of contact. Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Duncan and his team. During a routine check up for myself, Duncan spotted that my 8 year old daughter's two front teeth were clashing and causing chips on her lower teeth. He recommended a brace to alter the bite and straighten the two top teeth. The results were amazing after about 10 weeks. Highly recommend. I also had a fixed brace with Duncan many years ago and I get lots of compliments about my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Having dental treatment over the past few weeks at The Dental & Cosmetic Clinic was a very pleasant and smooth experience. I had fillings in my back teeth, a course of whitening and finally smile-transforming composite veneers on my front teeth - all with Dr. Jai Mistry. Jai was not only very meticulous and professional, and did a great job with my front teeth, but he was also caring and friendly, and did everything he could to minimise pain (having composite veneers is painless and reasonably priced, by the way). My treatment was coordinated by the lovely Megan, who was delightful and helped me get it all done within the timeframe I wanted. All the other staff I dealt with were warm, friendly and professional, and there was plenty of flexibility and availability with regards to appointments. I would highly recommend the clinic and I don't think I will be wasting my time and money again with NHS dentists - I deserve better. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I’d wanted my teeth straightening / fixed for some time, as well as a front crown replacement. I did my research and chose the dental and cosmetic clinic. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I did! Jai became my dentist, he cares about doing what is best for your teeth. I thought I wanted veneers, a quick but expensive fix. Jai spent time explaining that although it would be a longer process, Invisalign would correct my natural teeth and be a less invasive treatment. He knew best! I have lovely straight natural teeth, a new crown that matches my teeth perfectly and can finally smile with confidence. Jai takes his time with his patients, has looked after me exceptionally well and I now wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else. If you are in the Leicester area and looking for a new dentist, one that cares and will look after you, look no further, Jai is your man!

Fantastic experience: The Dental & cosmetic team came highly recommended to me by a work colleague and I can’t thank her enough.i walked into the practice lacking in confidence and self esteem due to my terrible teeth which I was so embarrassed about that I hardly smiled they were very overcrowded in my lower jaw and I had a big gap between my two front teeth in my upper jaw however Jai made me feel completely at ease throughout my Invisalign treatment. Fantastic experience: An amazing clinic that has completely transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier! I naturally have a front tooth missing and though there is no gap I didn’t think it would be possible to have a symmetrical looking smile, this however was achieved and the result far surpassed my expectations.
