Fantastic experience: Went in with no appointment because of a dental emergency in the middle of a house move. Greeted by Cornelia who was very kind and helpful. Seen immediately by Dr Amir who (ably assisted by nurse Paulina) was able to reassure a rather panicked and anxious patient, before painlessly and quickly resolving the problem. Fantastic experience: Have been attending this place for a hygienist treatment for a year and Elena the hygienist has been fantastic and gave me advice in my first session that greatly improved my gum and tooth health. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: The clue is in the advertising and the name. The focus is more on creating what is termed beauty rather than treating dental health. I should have looked that up before I returned to what was Prime Dental where I’d previously had good treatment. I was very unhappy with the service and dental expertise, the focus being more on selling a product rather than treating dental health. The dentist tried to recement a crown with the post stuck in it without cleaning and drying the canal, leaving me with cement holding debris stuck up the canal. I left with my front crown out and no real solution to make and fit a new temporary crown. I was charged £65 for the privilege. I have since found a dentist who cleaned out the canal, placed a new post and made a temporary crown in the same first appointment. I can now smile confidently without a gap in the front of my mouth happy to leave my full mouth reconstruction there instead of at the Hampstead Beauty Dental Clinic.

I initially went for the ABC treatment but I’ve got the most terrible phobia of the dentist, and Simon knows what I can tolerate and advised me I didn’t need the bonding and did a great job of making my teeth look fabulous Simon has a very calming demeanour and put me immediately at ease. He is very gentle and patient, he knows what I can tolerate, he has (dare I say!) almost cured me of my dentist phobia! Highly recommend him and his team at Dental Beauty.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Simon Blank highly enough. I had been elsewhere to have composite bonding done on my 6 front teeth and just wasn’t happy. I decided to go to Simon at Dental Beauty because I’d seen examples of his work on social media and been recommended. The practice itself is easy to find, parking was easy and free. The receptionists were all so personable, helpful and efficient. Dr Blank took a lot of time to help and advise me on what he thought would be best for me, based on his experience and the fact that I wanted them to look as natural as possible. I am so thrilled with the results and realise that if you want composite bonding done, you have to go to an expert like Dr Blank, it’s not something that any dentist can do (as I found out) Thank you from a very happy customer.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Simon Blank who has taken care of me over the last year on my journey or invisalign and cosmetic dental treatment. I had a rather unique and complex case and Simon spent a lot of time upfront to ensure that we covered all options and that he planned for the right treatment that would give me exceptional results. My smile is now amazing, and never did I think such a perfect result was possible. Simon's attention to detail is second to none, never cutting any corners but instead takes his time to ensure that his work is perfected. Simon's positive, upbeat and warm nature meant that I always felt comfortable and fully knowledgeable about the steps he is taking. Negative experience: AVOID!! This happened 2 years ago, but I received an email from Prime Dental recently which reminded me to warn everyone about this awful place. I came as an NHS patient for a tooth which I suspected had a cavity. A scan was done for all of my teeth to check for cavities, and I was told that I had 5 cavities. I was pretty baffled because I'm quite mindful of sugar, brushing, and I didn't feel any pain other than that one tooth. They put an awful silver filling on this tooth, which still bothers me to this day because it was poorly done, and obviously I was quoted 4 fillings for +250£ as some cavities were in front teeth needing a white filling. Thankfully I could get my teeth checked again back in my home country and the dentist didn't even need to scan my teeth to tell me that I had NO cavities!! Prime Dental are horrible scammers that will try to get every dime out of you even as a NHS patient, avoid at all costs if you can, or at least make sure that you always get a second opinion

Fantastic experience: I found everyone so friendly and reassuring. Amir was honest, informative and helpful. He was upfront about costs and didn’t try and pressure me into unnecessary work. I was impressed at how efficient and kind they all were. I’m dentist phobic and hadn’t been for a visit in 15 years. Fortunately they gave me a clean bill of health… but I’m surprised I’m looking forward to going back!

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Amir for a checkup, and it was by far the most informative and professional appointment I’ve had. During the appointment, Amir took x rays and pictures of my teeth and pointed out issues which had started (which had been missed by previous dentists) and put together an action plan to help fix and prevent and further damage. Throughout the appointment, Amir talked me through what he was doing and spoke in a way that put me at ease. I would highly recommend Amir to anyone if they were thinking of getting treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Blank is a fantastic dentist. I have always felt comfortable with him. He is patient and empathetic. Definitely the best aesthetic dentist I have ever known. The nurse Paulina is also incredible! She is very friendly and she has always made me feel at ease. I would strongly recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: I originally went to see Doctor Simon Blank 3 years ago for a consultation for composite edge bonding to make my teeth less round and more aligned. At the time I decided not to go with it mainly for financial reasons, but over the years my teeth were bothering me more and more and I knew if i was going to use anyone it would have been Simon, as I knew a few people he had done work for and all of there teeth looked amazing. I went back to see him and after listening to me carefully when I said I wanted my teeth to still feel very natural and just a nicer version of my original teeth, he advised composite edge bonding on the front 4 teeth. He was very honest and did not try to over sell me anything more than what he and I felt I needed. I definitely felt we were on exactly the same page. Simon is so friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease during my consultation and the procedure itself. The procedure was completely painless . Simon is an absolute perfectionist and my teeth are EXACTLY how I envisaged them, I actually had no idea my teeth could look this good. Deciding to do edge bonding has improved my confidence and worth every penny. So far they have not stained or chipped and even if they did, it’s a very easy thing for simon to fix. I would highly recommend Doctor Simon for anyone that wants to improve there smile, his experience, professionalism and his work is 10/10 and you won’t regret it!

Positive experience: My dental treatment was satisfactory but my experience was marred by the annoying radio stations which were constantly played, both in the reception area and in the treatment room. Pop music, inane chat and traffic news..... why did I have to be subjected to that? It was the very opposite of relaxing!

Negative experience: Some years ago, I went for a check up and one their dentist told me that I had cavities that needed fixing and I needed a mouth guard. I followed all her instructions but it turns using the mouth guard that quickly after repairing the cavities was not good and I ended up having problems with my nerves. Essentially I cannot chew properly on the right side of my mouth after 3 years. Time passed by and I just wanted a quick check up and cleaning before going on a trip. When I thought all the fees were disclosed and accepted, one of their dentists added x-ray changes (£16 each). Without my consent (no one explained this to me in advance), they proceeded to charge theses fees and even when they explained that this was standard procedure, it would’ve been nice to understand how much everything was going to cost before: I have to say that this is all my responsibility. I should’ve avoided them after the first issue. One less customer for this practice. Thank you!

Negative experience: Saw a dentist here for pain in my tooth. The dentist, after a cursory glance, said everything was ok. A few days later had an emergency appointment with an NHS dentist and I have a bad nerve infection. I complained to the practice (haven’t heard back yet) Very very incompetent dentist at Prime dental. I used to go more often to see Dr Farah who was exceptional but the new ones are terrible. Please avoid, there are plenty of good dentists in the area

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Simon for Invisalign and composite bonding on 7 teeth. Honestly can’t explain how happy I am with the results and wish I’d done it sooner. Simon was great in making sure the process is explained throughout and that we were both on the same page about the kind of results I was looking to achieve. He absolutely nailed it and would recommend to anyone, just check his Instagram if not convinced. Paulina’s singing is an added bonus!
