Fantastic experience: Went for an emergency appointments 8 years ago and still now is my favourite dental practice in London. The team is just wonderful and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely recommend to everyone.

They always put you at ease and explain all procedures really well. Went from fearing the dentist to almost looking forward to it :). Prerna is super gentle and thorough with the Hygiene appointments and same with Dr Shetty- very knowledgeable and approachable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Victoria Dental Centre for many years now and am always impressed with the care and professionalism of this dental practice. The entire team strikes the perfect balance between expert treatment and genuine friendliness. I've come in for a range of treatments - from managing bruxism and receding gums to updating some very old filings. The results have improved the health of my teeth and gums. My dentist is also brilliant at numbing injections, which no-one is fan of right! My hygenist delivers a standout service, the airflow cleaning - it has been amazing for both my gum health and removing stubborn coffee stains. I always feel well looked after here. The staff are consistently welcoming and professional and I feel that they truly care about long-term dental health. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality, thoughtful dental care.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Victoria Dental Center in London! Dr. Sunita who runs the practice, was absolutely brilliant. She was super friendly, made me feel really comfortable, and explained everything really clearly when going through my x-rays. You can tell she really knows her stuff — she gave me some great advice and genuinely seemed to care about my dental health. I felt completely at ease and in great hands. And Ruth, the hygienist, was just as amazing. She was really thorough with the cleaning and also taught me a few easy, practical ways to improve my brushing and break a couple of bad habits I didn’t even realize I had. I left feeling like I had not just had my teeth cleaned, but actually learned how to take better care of them going forward. Also, a quick shoutout to the rest of the team — the lovely lady who was assisting Ruth during my appointment was kind and professional, and the reception staff were super welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everyone I interacted with made the whole experience feel smooth and positive. Honestly, from start to finish, it was such a smooth and positive experience. Fantastic experience: Sunita is an amazing dentist! She has been my dentist for almost 20 years and I followed her from her previous practice because she is so skilled and lovely. She really makes you feel at ease and she is very knowledgeable. Does not overtreat and only does work if it needs to be done. Her team of receptionists and dental nurses are lovely and welcoming. Ruth the hygienist is amazing and gentle and very thorough. Cannot recommend enough!

Negative experience: My experience has not been pleasant at all. The dentist was so harsh with my teeth and seemed to want to purposely ruin them so I'd get a filling. They lap up all the treatments you need even though you don't need them. Horrible.

Fantastic experience: The ladies at reception are always helpful and up for a bit of friendly banter. Ruth takes care of my oral hygiene and she is so sweet. She tells me off in the most gentle way possible for my lack of flossing . Dr. Shetty has the loveliest bedside manner. She is very kind and always lets me know what she’s doing during my checkup. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs - they’re very professional and they care for their patients.

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Victoria Dental Centre have been great with me since I first contacted them! I had to book an emergency appointment last year due to cracking my tooth and have been taken care of superbly - from the staff on the phone and at the front desk being friendly, welcoming and informative, to Sunita (my dentist) explaining every process of my crown procedure and why we’re doing it with the outcome being perfect and comfortable. In particular, Sunita has been super engaging, welcoming and professional whenever I’ve visited. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a procedure or even just as a regular dentist - a really classy dentist where I’ve always had an enjoyable experience (despite my crown procedure being daunting at first!)

Fantastic experience: A fantastic dental surgery. Crown fell of while travelling in the front of my teeth. From the moment I contacted them it was super. The receptionist Caz was super friendly and super helpful. They got me a same day appointment. The dentist surgery is great nothing stuffy about this place at all. The dentist assistant was VJ was so kind and welcoming. The dentist Dr Spiro’s was so chatty and helpful. And the recementing of my crown was fast and very well done. I left super happy with my lovely smile back in place. I was so nervous finding a dentist but I can highly recommend Victoria Dental to anyone. A pleasure to find such a great place. The price was also very reasonable 125.00 for a crown refit. Amazing service. Well done to the entire team. Oh and right next to Victoria station!

From the very first call it is clear that it is a very well run business with wonderfully friendly and professional staff. Booked the next day and after meeting Aubrey he immediately got to work and I was out in 15 minutes. It was a genuine pleasure to meet all the staff especially Aubrey. Cannot recommend highly enough. The best dentistry service I have ever received.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this practice more highly. Caz and the other reception staff are efficient and friendly, and every dentist I've had over 25 years has been conscientious and skilled. I've recently had an excellent and innovative restoration job done by AJ Ray-Chaudhuri on a two-tooth gap with a single crown. The complexity of the treatment made it expensive, but my overall extensive history with the practice, and that of my son over his 20 years with them, is overwhelmingly that AJ and Sunita Shetty are dedicated to giving the best possible dental advice to the individual. Ruth and Sophia are also excellent hygienists and lovely to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental appointment due to an infected wisdom tooth and the team found a slot for me the same day. The reception team were very compassionate and understood that this pain was causing me great stress and rushed to help me. Both Dr Aubrey Gottlieb and Dr Sunita Shetty explained the issue and solutions to me to put my mind at ease and expertly treated my infection and prescribed the required antibiotics. I am now pain free less than a week later. I am very happy with the service and will be going back here for all future dental work.

Dr. Sunita Shetty has completely turned that around for me. I am made to feel fully at ease and comfortable, then every single thing going on is fully explained from start to finish, weather that's just a check up or undergoing root canal treatment! I was told by 2 other dentists I would need my healthy tooth removing, however coming here I was reassured with so much patience and considered explanation of what I needed. Fantastic experience: Totally wowed by this dental practice. I called in a panic thinking I was losing a tooth and they honestly couldn't have been nicer or more reassuring. They fit me in with 15 minutes' notice, and I saw an extremely cheerful dentist who made me laugh and diffused the situation. Within half an hour I was all fixed and on my way. I honestly couldn't have been happier with the warm and kind service I received here.

Fantastic experience: Although I was initially a little nervous to go through the process of Invisalign, Dr. Shetty and everyone else at Victoria Dental Centre were so friendly and professional that this feeling quickly went away. The service was excellent. I had regular check-ups, and the team kept me informed all the way through the process, always addressing any questions I had very quickly (for example, if I forgot to swap to a new aligner at the right time and needed to know what to do!) On one occasion, when I realised I had an issue with one of my attachments, I emailed to let them know and they got back to me minutes later to arrange an appointment for me, so that I could come in and have the issue fixed. I would very happily recommend the Victoria Dental Centre to anyone. All of the team are professional and polite, and make going there a really positive experience.

Fantastic experience: The BEST dental clinic ever !!! Everyone is super sweet and kind and explained about everything really well! my dentist was doctor spyridon and he is super fun and sweet !!

Negative experience: I paid £125 for a scale and polish with a dental hygienist who did a shoddy job and caused further damage to my teeth and gums. When I arrived, the hygienist told me she was short staffed which meant she had to carry out the treatment herself. I was not pleased about this but thought due to her experience she would do an amazing job. I was wrong. She was nowhere as thorough as I would have liked or expected. Plaque and tarter remained on some of my teeth which she missed when poorly performing the scale and polish. Treatment only lasted approximately 30 minutes instead of the 45 minutes it should have. Although I gave the impression, I was happy with the results I was completely underwhelmed. I paid £125 for a very basic clean. I would have got a better clean on the NHS. Maybe if she had someone else working with her during my appointment the results would have been different. In fairness to her she was attentive when removing the plaque and tarter from my bottom front teeth although some remained. She also kept reassuring me due to my fear of choking whilst lying back and having all sorts going on in my mouth. The practice refunded me my money in full without any stress, hassle or bother which I am grateful for. The lady who performed the refund made it very clear to me in the most diplomatic manner and repeated several times that I am more than welcome to go elsewhere for dental treatment. I cannot believe she thought I was going to continue to use this practice. I would only recommend this place if I wanted to spite someone.

Dr Stavropoulos is a wonderful dentist who has a true passion for his profession. He was explaining each step of the way what is being done and why, and that helped me relax and feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this dental centre highly enough. I've been going for almost 7 years for everything from routine check up to Invisalign and root canals. Every interaction I have had with the team has been high quality. Reception staff are always pleasant and professional and their communication with you in and around appointments is fantastic. Dr Shetty is the best. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Even during early Covid times the service I received when I had an emergency was unreal. I was looked after and provided with the best care you could get remotely. My smile is something I wear every day and thanks to Dr Shetty and the team I'm always happy to show it off!

It's no longer close, but I gladly travel back to receive such professional, friendly and expert service. Fantastic experience: I have been using this dental centre as an NHS patient for over 10 years, and I have always had an excellent experience. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly, and the professionalism of the dentists has been second to none. I have never felt at a disadvantage being an NHS patient in a partly private practice, I’ve always received an excellent service. My current dentist, Dr Spiros, has been wonderful- a few months ago I needed an urgent appointment for lost fillings. I was 25 minutes late due to transport issues, but he still made the time to see me and sorted both fillings there and then. He also was able to do them so carefully that I didn’t require any anaesthetic injections, which was amazing. Definitely recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with Dr. Shetty. I have a fairly complex dental history (2 implants) and really feel like I'm in good hands. Everything is explained, is quite comfortable, and the recommendations have been manageable.

Dr Sunita Shetty was excellent and made me feel very relaxed. I went in with a toothache which turned out to be an infection in the gum. Dr Shetty flushed out the area after taking pictures and x-ray's to determine what the issue was. It was an emergency appointment and this was made only 2 hours before the visit. It cost £85 which I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend using this practice.

Fantastic experience: I first came to the practice years ago for an emergency appointment and haven't been to another practice since. Every staff member is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful and I can't fault their service. My teeth have never been in such good condition.

Fantastic experience: I met Ruth today for my hygienist appointment and she was amazing - she looked after me during the whole treatment and made sure I understood everything in terms of how to look after my Teeth. The girls in the reception were amazing as well :) super kind and helpful !

Fantastic experience: Simply sublime!!! I was recommended to Dr Spiros by a mutual friend after experiencing a near-traumatising treatment at my local dentistry. Though the journey here took a few extra minutes, the service, professionalism, and evident experience makes it more than worth the while. Cannot recommend this clinic enough. You won't regret getting your dental problems taken care of here!

Fantastic experience: They were so kind and welcoming when I first went there and sorted out problems my previous dentist couldn’t. Aubrey is outstanding in his work and does it efficiently and to perfection. This week Sophia cleaned my teeth impeccably and used the bi-carb blower which is great. It is worth the expense and I’ve been going here for many years. The receptionists always find the perfect appointments and are so kind and helpful. Overall rated the AAA team!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best Dentists I’ve been to. After not seeing one for a couple of years I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and other work and I can’t thank the staff on reception enough for their kindness, Ruth for being so thorough and my dentist for his excellent work (and singing to keep me calm!). Fantastic experience: I have a massive phobia of the Dentist and i am not from London but i needed an Urgent appointment. The receptionist on the phone was very reassuring and explained the process of the practice. I had my appointment with Dr Aubrey Gottlieb and he was amazing, he could see i was so nervous (i was reduced to tears) and he and the nurse sat with me listening to my worries and why i needed to appointment, they showed great patience and understanding and i was calm within minutes and had my treatment pain free and Dr Gottlieb even allowed me to see some of what he was talking about in regards my teeth. Nothing was done without my consent and everything was explained to me. I can't thank them enough for all their support and i sure wouldn't be afraid to go back! If you are nervous of the dentist then these guys really do treat you well and with reassurance and even tips and advice on anything you need. This is what all Dentist's should be like. The price was totally worth it as even though i didn't require a lot of treatment the support they gave me made it all worth while.
