He was always courteous and gentle and took time to explain the work he was doing so I could fully understand. His assistant Michaela was very efficient and welcoming, and Gabi, who booked my treatments, was always reassuring and friendly, spending extra time with me to explain any details. She helped me to deal with any initial nervousness and always welcomed me with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal treatment at this clinic with Dr. Apostolos Bozis, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Given my situation and pain, he kindly accommodated my request to reschedule my appointment, moving it up by two weeks to see me the next day. During the appointment, Dr. Bozis took the time to clearly explain my dental condition, the procedure, and possible outcomes in an interactive manner. The treatment itself was completely painless, and despite his recommendation to take painkillers afterward, I experienced no discomfort and recovered immediately without any medication. Highly recommended for his professionalism, expertise, and patient care.

Fantastic experience: Great consultation. Senior specialist dentist spent time showing me crush of the issue I have going back a few years and currently . Developed a treatment plan specific to my needs. Thoroughly explained all optıon.s in the plan and He makes you feel he is Giving you his full attention . Answers all your questions in a calm and empathetic manner. Would hıghly recommend and say there is none finer. Dr Nik is the best I have ever come across and an expert in Implants as well.

Negative experience: Avoid! This place is an absolute rip off. Quoted over £2,000 for simple procedure, got 2 second opinions from reputable dentists and both under £1,000. They panicked when I said I would go to the dentist council Previous appointments and deadlines were often missed, always chasing them for updates

He and his superb staff have been top notch in dealing with a complicated set of implants for me. 100% recommend. Raquel Beckford also a first class hygienist. If you want it done properly this is the place.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with endodontist Mariana Alves at Ten Dental Clapham. Working with Mariana was fantastic in every way. Her execution was superb, her expertise is beyond any doubt (and she's happy to answer any question, at any level of detail), and she treated me with respect and kindness. I almost want a second root canal just to continue working with her. ;) Not really, of course, and I'm knocking on wood I don't need a second root canal. But if I ever have an endodontic concern, I'll book Mariana without hesitation.

This was on the back of my leaving a local implant practice due to a number of 'issues' with the work that had taken place. Yesterday saw my second visit to Ten Dental and Dr. Martin. I'm unable to adequately put into words just how excellent this practice is. From day one, I've found everyone in my case to have been friendly, engaging and consummately professional. Dr. Martin himself is nothing short of the best dentist I've ever met and given my age, I've met quite a few. I learned from recent experience, and to my cost, that not all dental practices deliver what they promise. However, my experience with Ten Dental has been exemplary. Fantastic experience: I had a root canal treatment at this clinic, and it was truly the best choice I could have made. I’m very happy I chose them. The specialist was extremely patient and polite, and he took the time to explain everything step by step—even during the procedure—which made me feel safe and calm throughout. Despite my tooth being infected and the situation quite complicated, I experienced almost no pain at all. What impressed me most was the professionalism and skill of the specialist. Following a thorough consultation and an indepth hygienist appointment I arranged to have bonding treatment to upper teeth due to thinning of the enamel. Teeth were whitened in preparation and the bonding , although a long process was not too uncomfortable. The result is fantastic, a natural colour and an aesthetically improved smile.

My new tooth looks unbelievably good, you can't tell it's an implant at all. Not just that, it doesn't even feel strange or uncomfortable or anything like that, despite it being in place for less than ten minutes. Fantastic experience: I had specialist root canal treatment carried out by Dr Apostolos and I cannot believe how relaxed I was throughout. Not only because of the pain medication but because he was gentle and efficient, explaining what he was doing at each stage. I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: Very unfortunate experience with Ten Dental practice. I came here to have a root canal treatment with more success rate than my dentist but ended up fracture in my tooth and now I should lose it. The Doctor indeed is very professional and caring but I am not satisfied with the outcome. I paid for root canal and unfortunately not only my issue didn’t fix, I am losing my tooth too. and the next thing is implant which is time taking procedure and the expenses which I don’t think I can afford. It also mentally affected me and I feel really bad.

More recently I have been for further work done and although very apprehensive at first I was again delighted by Dr Jenni Raws and the team taking care of my treatment. Fantastic experience: We have both received excellent care at Ten Dental in Balham and Clapham. The staff are friendly and helpful, the Dentists are careful, and very experienced. Everything is explained thoroughly and the patient can discuss any concerns. Follow up attention is good with emergency treatment available when needed. Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience at Ten Dental, and more specifically with Dr. Jenni Rawes. I initially came in for a consultation to address the discolouring of my composite veneers, but after looking at my teeth more closely Dr. Jenni and I came to the agreement that replacing the bonding, as well as adding bonding to additional teeth would improve the overall look/feel, and maintain the natural smile I was hoping for. Every appointment I had was informative, flexible, and really worked around my timings/budget. Dr. Jenni explained every step and why it would benefit the overall outcome. I was also given the option to "opt-out" at every point, and she reiterated that she was there to merely give suggestions and that it was my choice whether to progress with certain elements (e.g. whitening and a digital smile design etc.). Her advice and knowledge was brilliant and has meant that I am thrilled with the result. I couldn't recommend Ten Dental enough and will be referring many of my friends in future.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a number of composite fillings done with Dr. Debbie Zotou and I am delighted with the results. Though this was a long process (3 hours) the care taken by Debbie for this meticulous work was well worth it. The result is great! Debbie and her assistant both had a great chair-side manor and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. I would recommend Dr. Zotou without hesitation.

Negative experience: I have been referred to ten dental by my dentist for a procedure. Despite multiple, calls, messages and emails, I have not yet been able to book an actual appointment. I was told that referrals manager is not available and they aren’t sure when the person can call me. They don’t know if it’s this week, next week or next month. Not sure how this practice manages to function without someone being able to book an actual appointment.

Dr Ahmed is everything you would hope for in a dental surgeon - highly skilled, as well as gentle, patient, and kind. All the receptionists are helpful and friendly, and there is a general good feeling about the practice. Entirely satisfied!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth implant with a bone graft. This is my second time with Tendental. The first tooth implant was about 10 or 15 years ago and it’s still excellent No problems. I found that Dr Nick has always been very caring, considerate and relaxing me even when I was Nervous I have every confidence in him, and and would have no hesitation in recommending him and tendental in Clapham

Negative experience: Hygienist appointment booked and paid in full 3rd Feb. They don't pre authorize treatment. Asked for the bill on Monday, told it would be done, called yesterday, and it still on Wed hasn't been sent. I'm told it would be done today. It's 14:30 and no bill. They won't provide a bill and yet take full payment for a service not provided. The service level seems to have dropped from the front of house team. The dentists and hygienists are brilliant. Amazing all those 5 star reviews when they have not rated anything else but the dentist...
