Fantastic experience: Fabulous dental practice. I've been going here for years now. It's a calm and lovely environment with fantastic staff. I used to be terrified of dentists but since going here I feel very much looked after and no longer dread going. I have also had to be seen a couple of times as an emergency and both times I was seen pretty much straight away. All of the staff are very caring, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been avoiding my route canal treatment for years now because i was scared and previous dentist had tried but it hurt. Nick explained the whole treatment plan in detail and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable along with, Amy my hygienist. As usual I was dreading the worse but it had to be done. After my route canal treatment I was pleasently suprised that I got through it. I felt calm and checked only regularly. Not pain at all, followed by antibiotics for aftercare. I am so happy I am part of this practice and will now try and get the rest of my family in there. Tha k you Beaufort.

Fantastic experience: After my appointments for a tooth to be removed being repeatedly cancelled I asked on FB for recommendations for a private dentist. Overwhelming replies all nominating Beaufort Dental practise on Rosliston Road, Burton on Trent. I was desperate to be seen due to my wisdom tooth causing me non stop agonising pain. I called on the off chance to see if I could book an appointment. Vicky, who was on reception greeted me with a beautiful smile and immediately put me at ease. Told her my reason, she immediately phoned to ask Jo (dentist) if she could possibly see me some time that day. I wasn’t a registered patient there at this time but after having my troublesome wisdom tooth removed that afternoon I immediately signed up. I have always had a lifelong fear of dentists, thankfully no more. Walking in the door you are met with a smile and greeting from reception, Jo, Dentist is a consummate professional who has cured my lifelong fear of dentists. Maybe strange to say, but I actually look forward to going there now? ☺️

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Beaufort for years now but since having my son they have been even more perfect! Visited for a Polish and scrape today when my son was particularly grumpy, staff sat with him and cuddled him while I was getting the treatment and also gave me a few extra minutes to sooth him in between. It was a small gesture but meant a great deal!

Fantastic experience: Joined Beaufort Dental Health Centre 6 months ago and it was easy to book an appointment. I had my first appointment with Gail who was friendly and knowledgeable. Gail didn't find any issues but suggested I may need a splint, as I grind my teeth at night. The splint is not cheap at £300 - £400, but it defineitly stops my teeth grinding at night and is comfortable to wear. My teeth now feel a lot stronger through out the day than before and don't experience jaw pain in the morning. Should have got one years ago.

I’m impressed by the professionalism, care and approach to the patient. Fantastic experience: Pleasant friendly greeting on arrival; polite and affable staff. Surgery is clean and comforting which for some can be reassuring as a trip to the dentist can be a real frightener for some! Feel at ease in the chair when being advised as to the health of my teeth and gums ... all the staff are a credit to the surgery!!

Fantastic experience: Gail put me at ease, the consultation wasn't rushed and I was provided with a detailed treatment plan. At my first treatment appointment Gail once again put me at ease and talked me through the rest of the procedures in detail. I didn't feel at all rushed and now have the confidence to proceed with treatment.
Fantastic experience: Lovely attentive staff, put my 4 year old at ease with his first trip to the dentist. Explained everything clearly including the treatment plans and costs. Kids are covered by NHS so just private fees for adults.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about coming for treatment but didn’t need to be. I can honestly say it’s was an absolute pleasure. Gail and Hollie were superb; putting me at ease straight away. Gail told me everything she was going to do step-by-step; gave me breathing time and informed me when bungs were going to change. I felt absolutely no pain at all. She is so caring and professional . I felt completely safe and in good hands. The results of the treatment are fantastic I’m delighted with the results and am hoping to come back for a repeat in the other side of my mouth. Thank you so much.
