Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental practice for the past three years and find it to be consistently professional and friendly from all the staff. The ladies on reception are very helpful, in person and over the phone, always willing to take the time to address your needs without rushing you. Fantastic experience: I have recently started to go to this dentist and have filled , tooth out, and denture done. I have a big fear of dentist, and they were fantastic with me and helped me feel at ease. Sadly, im an NHS patient. i am a paying patient but NHS prices. And the dentist is going 100% private and no way I can afford them prices, so I will have to move dentist which is sad.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but 5 stars for the staff here, just had my hygienist appointment with Gina who was so gentle and explained everything she was doing, her and her assistant was very easy to chat too and made me feel instantly at ease! We also visit Melissa the dentist as a family and she’s perfect, again making us all feel comfortable and being especially good with our little girl! The receptionists are always so welcoming and it’s so easy to ring and book an appointment! Thank you so much!

Negative experience: I went there with my daughter and she told me while checking her teeth the dentist put his finger down her throat she asked why and he didn’t give a reason I asked him why he did that and he just denied it but I can tell from my daughters face and reaction she wasn’t lying

Negative experience: Having been a client for over 13 years, I missed one appointment this week due to the practice cancelling my previous appointment and an error in my diary, only to be immediately de-registered from the practice! Very disappointing, having spent a small fortune here on both private and NHS work, some private work I feel was not required (£300 on a mouth guard which the costing was not explained properly and would not have agreed if it had been) One extremely disappointed and unhappy client, who will certainly be telling family and friends how this practice operates and treats it's long term customers. Unfortunately this practice seems to think it's acceptable to treat it's clients like dirt.

Fantastic experience: Having lived in kenilworth for 58 years I never really settled with a regular dentist until now . First met Dr Fuz back in May were we discussed composite bonding as a solution for my worn down teeth due too grinding. From my first trip to the Hygienist in May to my final treatment in August with Dr Fuz the whole process ran like clockwork. Im absolutely over the moon with the results of my new smile all thanks to the expertise of Dr Fuz his assistant (sorry I’m awful with names ) the hygienist and of course the girls on reception. Negative experience: Hello, I wouldn’t normally give reviews. However, I didn’t have a particularly good experience with my hygienist appointment last week. When I arrived at the dentist I didn’t have a chip in my front tooth and after my hygienist appointment when sitting up in the chair. I felt a chip in my front tooth. I am convinced that this happened during the scrape that I had. The hygienist became aware that I had a chip but proactively became very defensive that they hadn’t caused it. She said that they hadn’t gone anywhere near that area. When I said that it wasn’t there before. She said perhaps it was some tarter build up that had come away. I am not sure how the tarter could have could away there as they had just said that they didn’t scrape there. At one point the hygienist slipped and the metal instrument hit my lip and the hygienist said oops is your lip ok? My frustration is that no one acknowledged they had caused the chip, or apologised and now I had had to make an appointment to see the dentist to try to have it buffed as the chip is catching on my to tongue making my tongue sore.
Fantastic experience: Karen is such an encouraging hygienist. I had a warm greeting on entering the treatment room. She makes it clear what she is going to be doing in my mouth which helps to make sure there's no uncomfortable surprises! I get advice at the end, if I need any and the reception team are helpful and pleasant when I book my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient and new to the area, I did ask around as to where to go and more importantly, which dentists and hygienists cope with people like me. Pennington was highly recommended and I have to say that they are very friendly, kind and gentle. They employ several techniques to cope with gagging or fear and do a good job. I have needed any fillings here so far but the care so far is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Highly efficient, the whole team on are top of their game, right from calling for advice and getting an appointment, through to the follow up calls and prescriptions afterwards. It always felt like I was talking to part of a dental team, rather than an add-on receptionist with no empathy for my pain and discomfort. Of course the dentistry bit was, well, ouch, but Dr Fuz has a wonderful way of managing that and I was able to change up the play list which was a nice touch!

Fantastic experience: Fuz is the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been his patient now for few years and I even through I’ve moved away I still visit him (through DenPlan). Hygienist appointments are great, my daughter is also a patient and had her first appointment here :) The reception girls are very professional and friendly. Nothing is a too much of a request! Getting reminders about the appointments is extremely useful. You will not find better practise than this one!

Positive experience: Have been a Denplan member with Pennington Dental surgery in Kenilworth for a number of years. I have found them to be very caring and prompt with appointments never having to wait long. Their focus on preventative dentistry is good. And hygiene care excellent.

Positive experience: It was my first time visiting premises today. First impression was not great as the dropping off and collecting of a person using a wheelchair is very challenging. There is no parking and the front of the premises is directly onto the street with double yellows both sides of road. The service we got however was super from Dr Fuz Jamal, the chair was ideal for people with mobility issues. He was very thorough and took time to explain things to me as mum’s carer. The reception/service desk is not ideal, many staff members either talking or on the phone making it very hard to hear the staff member that was dealing with me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pennington Dentist for around 8 years now. I am a very nervous patient but Fuz is a excellent dentist he has always helped with my nerves and puts me at ease I might not like the treatment I need as just the thought of having a needle to numb my mouth I can feel sick but Fuz has NEVER hurt my mouth or have I had any problems after my treatment. He explains what he is doing and how long I have got left before he has finished.

Fantastic experience: I was seen this morning by Dr. Jamall who undertook some work on my teeth which included having an injection to number my upper jaw. In 69 years of having dental work I have never had such a PAINLESS injection. There wasn't even a sharp prick as the needle went in. Absolutely perfect technique. Fantastic experience: I was not a patient of this Dental Practice, but had an emergency and a good reference from a friend. I contacted them in the morning and explained my situation. I had an emergency appointment before lunch and a further appointment, for an extraction by the end of the day. Please note, there were no appointments for that day or the next few weeks. I saw Anna and her assistant, who had agreed to work outside of normal hours to help me. There was no pain even the injections were barely felt. This is now my new Dentist and I am extremely grateful. I would highly recommend Pennington Dental Practice at Kenilworth and thank all the staff for their help.
