Fantastic experience: I normally have anxiety aroundv doctors and dentists but this first visit to dental beauty was indeed beauty itself, its the warm welcome, the step by step explanation of the any future treament plans, the compassionate istening to the patient and paying heed to their problems. at the end of the appointment i had to wait at the receiption for taxi to arrive, oh and the receiptionist was as good as gold we struck a conversation which felt like we were buddies forever, in the end i left with a big face grin and wait for the next visit. Thank you all the memeber of dental beauty family and im glad that i registered with you.

Negative experience: The dentist did not care about what treatment I needed, he was more intrested in talking about Invisalign and basically trying to make as much money as possible from me

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a dentist in 15 years, so I was feeling quite nervous and anxious beforehand. I have to give full credit to the whole team at Dental Beauty Feltham for making the experience so much better than I could have imagined. My dentist, Dr Suleimanov, was open, honest, straightforward and very easy to get along with, which immediately helped put me at ease. For my hygiene appointment, Nicola was absolutely outstanding. She took her time to explain everything clearly, even showing pictures to demonstrate what was happening. For me, the hardest part of being a patient is the not knowing - not knowing what’s happening, what it means, or what the outcome will be. Nicola filled in those gaps beautifully, which left me feeling informed and empowered rather than anxious. I also want to mention Saru, the dental nurse, who had such a gentle and caring manner. Her presence really added to the sense of comfort throughout the appointment. Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism, patience, and care from everyone I met. For someone who had avoided the dentist for so long, I came away feeling genuinely positive about the whole experience.

Positive experience: I have recently had a denture made for my top set. I have to say how satisfied I was with my dentist Saisha. She was professional throughout the process and treated me with care. The first time I went to try the denture, due to a mistake at the lab it did not fit. Saisha was extremely apologetic, although it was not her fault, she took time to video the ill-fitting and explain to the lab what was wrong. I have to say that as the denture was expensive, I was expecting an even better outcome.

At 73 years old, I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Saiesha’s kindness, professionalism, and gentle approach put me at ease right away. The procedures were smooth, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and care. Additionally, I want to thank her assistant, who was incredibly helpful in translating everything to me in Urdu. Fantastic experience: The dentist knew what he was doing. However one point to raise, is that I find the stairs leading to the surgies on the top floor very concerning. I find them very narrow and very difficult especially with children. I definitely think it's a hazard.

Fantastic experience: Nicolas the hygienist has a unique hands and a soft touch as per cleaning teeth we referring. Do you ever asked yourself this question? Can cleaning your teeth at a dentist be painless or at least minimum pain? No saying that I didn't feel pain but a different type of sensation of being at the dentist is horrible and painful. She has giving info related what I need to know what next or could and also polite. And I love the nurse Sara, I think is the only place that I never feel like chocking, cause she really knows where when to point to withdraw the saliva. Both really polite people. Highly recommend!

I wasn't register there, but when they saw me , they decide to register me seim day and allow me to see dentist. From that day I am regularly going there especially because the staff are so good, they are ready to help, also you will always be leaving from there with a smile on your mouth. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice for years now and i haven’t ever had an issue regarding procedures or customer care, The ladies on the reception desk are always willing to help where you may need it and the Drs in the practice are caring and professional when it comes to any dental care required. I would highly recommend for any future patients.

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist called “Cara” made me feel very uncomfortable. Unprofessional and implied I’m a liar after I called to update appointment. Manager is also very nasty woman and talks without manners and calls on private harassing me saying I’m no longer allowed at the practice I’ll never recommend this dentist. Embarrassing.

As someone who experiences anxiety and isn't particularly comfortable with dental visits, I was amazed at how at ease she made me feel. It's clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and her passion for her work shines through in how she treats her patients. Fantastic experience: On the 6 of February 2024, my daughter had an appointment to Dental Beauty Feltham. She had to get 4 teeth removed due to over crowding. We was both quite scared but the moment we stepped into the room, we knew we were in a safe place. The dentist did a very good job and so did the assistant. I knew my daughter was in safe hands. They have gone out of their way to make her feel safe and comfortable whilst having 4 teeth extracted. I am so impressed by the treatment they have given her. A huge thank you to all of them ❤️

Positive experience: Mixed feelings. First time the dentist was lovely and very professional but.. I felt I was listening to a Sales pitch. The NHS waiting list is over a year, so no worth even trying but then so are other clinics around anyway and I'll stay with mine. Positive, they have out of hours appointments and that's why I chose them for certain check up and so for private treatments, very convenient, but they are more expensive than other local clinics. Full porcelain crown is £200.00 more than my dentist, so I may as well take time off work and save the money. It does feel a bit central london private dentist located in Feltham, I don't know, I didn't feel it. The hygienist did a good job but she was kind of rude. Very unfriendly and rough. On all walls you can see the QR code that takes you here to leave a review and if you can't see it.. don't worry, the receptionist will remind you on your way out ;-)

Fantastic experience: The new blonde hygienist is SO lovely. There used to be a white lady with brown frizzy hair which was so mean and truthfully it put me off going there but the new blonde lady is so calm, lovely and understanding. She explained all the noises and sensations and promised to be gentle. She also said we can stop at any time, which of course, puts you at ease and you never need to stop! After speaking with her I am no longer scared to go in fear of judgement and my teeth&gums look and feel fab!
