Fantastic experience: Dr Nishi is genuinely the most wonderful dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ive got complex dental problems and have suffered extensively with gum disease for almost 25 years. I’ve been seen by numerous dentists throughout my life but Dr Nishi has been the only one to have finally found an achievable treatment plan that is suited to me. I’m thrilled to say the treatments I’ve had so far from this practice (surgical clean, tooth extraction, denture made etc) have been absolutely first rate and I will not use anyone else going forward. He remembers things about me, and my partner ( who went through cancer treatment) checks in on how I’m feeling, and gives me all the time I need, because he understands how anxious I get. Fantastic experience: I came for a new patient check up today with Nishi. She was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She paid attention to detail and was very thorough throughout, explaining if there is any question at all to contact her straight away. Nishi explained everything she was doing making me feel more clued about the state of my teeth and how to continue to care for them. The whole experience was great. I will definitely be going back!

I walk into the practice and I'm greeted by friendly, polite and professional Reception staff whose qualities I have already experienced through my emails and phone calls. Every staff that walks past acknowledges patients in the waiting area even if we're not there to see them. My own dentist Dr Meena is kind, gentle and patient. She always makes me feel reassured as she gives me a clear understanding of my current and ongoing treatment plans while giving me the opportunity to share concerns I may have. The nurses have varied on my visits but they too have been friendly and work hard and efficiently to support Dr Meena. Thank you to the entire team!

Fantastic experience: Cannot praise Dr Shaan enough - I had Invisalign starting early this year and just finished. The results are better than I could have hoped! The process was made clear to me from the outset and Dr Shaan was very patient with my hundreds of questions, going as far as responding to my emails out of hours to ensure I understood everything. Fantastic experience: Became a patient of Dr Shaan Amin for Invisalign in October 2023 and completed the transformation within a year. The whole process went perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the result. Reena was absolutely amazing, understanding, compassionate and VERY Professional. She reassured me throughout my treatment, after noticing I was very anxious regarding an extraction. Negative experience: Date of appointment 04/07/24. This is my third visit to different dentist all of which have given different information re a tooth. My appointment was for 10.00am but they were running late I got no apology. I found the demeanour of the dentist rather supercilious. On the positive it was clean. The pleasant receptionist quickly changed her attitude and looked rather annoyed ,as when I went to pay they didn’t except my credit card. I told her I didn’t have another one - she then asked do I have another card. I asked the receptionist why wasn’t it on their website as to what types of payment are taken ? She didn’t respond. I offered to do a bank transfer but that also wasn’t acceptable. I was informed I would get an email at the end of the day with a link to make payment. They will have to wait as I need to order another payment card. I certainly won’t be apologising.

The booking system is easy and efficient and when I had to call to change it they were really accommodating. When I arrived they had a great check in service and an inviting waiting space. Fantastic experience: Today was my second appointment with Dr Shaan Amin, for a temporary crown and fitting of the permanent crown. After initially discussing what i needed and how this would be done, he was keen to reassure me and make sure i was happy with any pain management. He was very understanding of my needs and has a calm ,confident and cheerful disposition. The procedure was long but the end result was wonderful. I now have a perfect crown! It is perfectly shaped, colour matched and cannot be differentiated from my other teeth!!! I am so pleased with it!!! I would like to add that the hygiene and cleanliness is great too. I would whole heartedly recommend him and the practice.

Fantastic experience: Although my appointment got initially cancelled because the dentist wasn't well, they did call me to let me know. Furthermore, the principal dentist who spoke to me on the phone was very attentive and seemed concerned for the reason of why I booked in an appointment. Later on the morning they gave me a call and they told me I could come at 9 to get a quick check. I would highly recommend this dentist practice, staff are lovely and very attentive with the patient's needs.

Negative experience: I can only say the treatment I received was exemplary.Sadly, I felt judged by comments such as 'Have you been naughty with sugar?' Shame. A good dentist made me never want to return. They must be taught about patient management surely?

Fantastic experience: I have been using Malden Dental Care for around a year since moving to the area, Dr Amin has been fabulous, as have all of the staff. I have just finished my invisilign treatment with Dr Amin and I now have the teeth I always wanted. Dr Amin is always there with any queries and I found the whole process and treatment plan completely stress free. Dr Amin made me feel at ease at every stage and I couldn't recommend him and Malden Dental Centre enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Niz is the best dentist me and my family have ever been to. With his gentle and reassuring approach, he taught us that there is no need to be afraid of a dental appointment. While my children used to be nervous, they now see Dr. Niz regularly without hesitation. He is patient, takes his time, listens and explains. I especially appreciate his professional work and expertise – he just recently mastered my son’s tooth extraction, which was a delicate procedure due to very angled roots, and saved us a trip to the hospital. In nurse Puspa, he has a competent, kind and caring assistant and we appreciate her calm and friendly character. At Malden Dental Care, we feel very well taken care of and can’t recommend the team enough.

Fantastic experience: My NHS dentist referred me for treatment with Dr. Jasani. In the end, the expected specialist root canal treatment was avoided and instead Dr. Jasani managed to expertly build up the broken tooth. Fantastic experience: Dr Niz, It was a few weeks to the run up to my wedding. I start experiencing some throbbing pain. You can imagine the thoughts going through my head when I felt I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beautiful cake and desserts I had planned during my events. Dr Niz saw me pretty imminently along side with his dental nurse, Puspa. The dynamic duo remedied the pain, filled the gaps and got me up and running along with a future plan for my teeth too! I can’t thank the team enough at New Malden dental care. Highly recommend Niz and Puspa for treatments, they got a finesse that I’ve never experienced at a dentist before. Fun, funky and focused. But my contentment is so great that I couldn't help but write a review using translator about them. I had treatment with dr. Nirmalan and one of the nurses, Talita, translated my concerns for me. Fantastic experience: I have been very happy with the work done by Vishal for myself and my parents. They have a great team working at the surgery and are always willing to go the extra mile to help with any problems you may have . Vishal is very conscientious and meticulous in his work as well as being very personable in putting you at ease if nervous of dentists . He always explains in simple terms any procedures which are necessary as well as listening to any concerns. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been patients at this dental surgery for many years and have always been happy with the service provided to us as NHS patients. More recently the practice has an addition to their dental team Dr Niz and we can honestly say he is one of the best dentists we've had. Dr Niz explains everything about your gum and teeth/oral health, he doesn't look to make work and will only undertake work that is necessary and/or in response to customer concerns if there are aspects of their dental health concerning them. Top marks for Dr Niz and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I have attended the practice for some years now, and always feel that I am in capable, professional hands. All of the staff are wonderful, friendly, and reassuring. The practice is spotless , and has all the latest tech. Particular praise for my regular dentist, Dr.Nishi Shah, in whom I have total faith and confidence , and most recently for Dr. Jonathan Avanessia, who very skilfully, and painlessly, extracted a molar that couldn’t be saved. A great team of professionals, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for many years for dental and hygienist work and always found the whole team to be very welcoming, friendly and polite. I used to have dentophobia but both Vish and Niz have helped me overcome this with their calm, caring and reassuring manner - at the same time, the standard of work has been excellent. Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental work from DR Vishal Jasani if you need advice on cosmetic/ general oral health this is the person you want to see. I had a 3 hour appointment for a very complex root canal, no after pain at all, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The service I receive here is always so excellent. I have gotten a few fillings, dental exams, and cleaning and I am always so impressed with their work. I highly recommend this dental surgery. All of the dentists and staff there are excellent at what they do. Super friendly, down to earth, explain everything in detail and positive. I have tried many other dental surgeries and never had a good enough service to stay, so happy I’ve finally found a dental surgery that I can stick with, they know me and I know them and most importantly I am comfortable with them and confident in their capabilities. Fantastic experience: The best dental surgery in this area. Dr. Niz is passionate about his job and is really thorough, it shows just how much he cares about the patient. The hygienist Keeley is great and does a great job! Receptionists and assistants are friendly and helpful. All round fab team, a credit to the practice! My family and boyfriend all come here and we’ve all noticed what a difference having a lovely team makes.

As an older person who neglected his teeth for 25 years (bad past experiences) and nerv'ous of past experience, I have found in (Malden Dental Care) the most caring and relaxing environment you could wish for. I have had tooth reconstruction, fillings, crowns, and root canal treatment, All without any pain. Every step of treatment is fully explained in as much or little detail as you my need. Fantastic experience: I have been very erratic with my tooth care over the years but after a recent health scare with my teeth experienced whilst eating, I decided that I needed to look after this part of my health more. I met Dr Jasani after a referral through a family friend. He found out exactly what was wrong, why it happened and explained the X-rays taken in a way I understood. He gave me options for care going forwards and went over parts of oral hygiene that I’d either neglected or didn’t know enough about. I also saw the hygienist afterwards for a good deep clean. It’s a very calm, clean and welcoming environment which is easy to get to and easy to make appointments for. I feel I’m in good hands with Dr Jasani and his team.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with this Dentist it is a lovely welcoming practice which puts you at ease straight away. My Dentist is very patient and understanding with me knowing that I am a very nervous customer! He takes his time explaining what he is going to do and allows me to ask questions if I have any. He was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend him too!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Malden Dental Care for around 4 or 5 years now and have always received amazing service and dental care. Nishi and Vish are both so good at what they do, whilst also being so kind and personable. I also had a dental implant put in by Jonathan and received incredible service from start to finish. The implant has been brilliant and has made a big difference to my life, and smile! I always feel like I’m treated fairly and charged a reasonable price. Nishi always does whatever she can to avoid unnecessary work too!

Fantastic experience: I am very apprehensive about dentists but I found the experience with Vishal very calming. I had two fillings done at the same time and had no ache or pain after the treatment. He gave me the confidence to go back to him.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent patient care and treatment from Vish after being referred here by my local dentist to see if I needed a root canal. Vish took the time to listen and understand my concerns and needs. I firstly had an orthodontic band fitted to stop the pain and stabilise my tooth while I had unrelated surgery. We then explored whether I could have a crown but in the end needed a root canal. The treatment all the way through was reassuring and of an exceptional standard. Vish took everything into consideration to ensure I got the best price for the work. The aftercare throughout the procedures has been excellent, with Vish calling to to check how everything is, and then offering options in a clear, friendly way. Well done the team at Malden Dental Care! Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Niz spent time talking to me about my teeth before taking a look, this gave me a chance to voice any concerns I had, which I felt valuable. The checkup really was a positive experience. He gave me a forecast of what to expect regarding my teeth in the future and gave me advice on what to do short term. Niz spent time explaining to me X-rays that he’d taken and explained to me what I should concentrate on regarding brushing and general mouth hygiene. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: What a faultless and pleasant experience dealing with Malden Dental Care after a front tooth crown of mine split in half and broke off a few weeks back. Nishi was so welcoming, reassuring and helpful... and the final replacement crown is such a perfect shape and colour match. A really friendly and professional practice. Highly recommend.
