She always puts us at ease, explains everything in detail and I always feel like she genuinely cares. Fantastic experience: My son attended today for 1st time as emergency with severe toothache after having meltdown at registered dentist and couldn't have treatment as he autistic regular dentist then wouldn't re see him until spoke to manager in 4 days. Not knowing what to do as the pain was so bad I contacted here and from moment I called through to treatment they was absolutely amazing and understanding to my son. He went through with treatment and now put of pain these guys here absolutely brilliant so thankful for the way they was with my son

Dr Sofia, whilst maintaining good professional standards, was warm & friendly in her approach. She gave good professional & honest advise re my many, past, deep fillings which may need replacing in the future, alongside acknowledging my good oral hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Called late Thursday, received an urgent appointment the following morning. I walked in and introduced myself and was greeted warmly. I'm a chatterbox so talking to new people is not a problem but with severe toothache it's often hard to focus on conversations. After a few minutes I was talking to the receptionists (there were two) to meet and greet you. She was not fazed by my medical history and nor was the Doctor or Doctors assistant. I was shown to my Dentist who was ready for me and we shook hands. I was a little early for my appointment and must have only waited 10-15 minutes to be seen. Again warm and friendly. After initial exam and listening to why I wanted to see a dentist urgently he immediately identified the tooth causing the problem. He then explained what they intended to do and the complications that come with extracting the tooth and what may or may not happen (it was a complicated extraction which must have kept the next patient waiting a bit longer). Sorry next patient I was told the prices of x-rays, cleaning, extraction, fillings. I agreed and said that the tooth pain was ruining my life and I was increasingly isolating myself due to the pain. The Doctor was honest and didn't perform unnecessary tasks to ring up the bill. (Previous experience from going private you are often offered more expensive fillings or whitening but not this practice). During the extraction process I was beginning to become anxious and the Doctor noticed this and asked if I was okay and paused for a moment. At the end of the procedure I was given some instructions by paper as well as verbal advice on the healing process. Went to reception and had a little giggle with the receptionist about my predicament. Without asking I was provided an itemised receipt for my insurance and a few well known BSL hand movements later I was out pain and tooth free. I am stunned I could get an appointment so quickly for a new private patient (under 24 hours) . I was told that the week before they had opened up the books for NHS patients and just missed it but that's okay if you have the money. Dentist are not cheap and we have to respect that. Dentists are Doctors and specialize in teeth hence why dental care costs a lot; you are paying for 8 years of education, overheads to the business, time the lot. Thanks for my great experience in your practice, I'll be coming back for a checkup, and next time, we shall focus on prevention.
