I've been.today and was a total bag of nerves. All of the staff were so kind and patient and really made me feel at ease. No rushing just compassion. Definitely recommend.

Positive experience: My experience today for my check up was great. Only 10 mins late into my appointment and was in and out really quickly. Really wish you had asked for feedback regarding my 19 year old daughter who now has to pay for private dental treatment because of our previous dentist at your practice and no reminders for check ups. When I rang the receptionist was rude and didn’t get anyone to call me back even though I requested it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Northgate Dental Practice since around 1997. I have never had any trouble or problems whatsoever whilst using Northgate, I had the same dentist for many years until he left and now I have a new one Zeemal, she’s so lovely and explains everything really clearly, I feel like I’m in such safe hands with her, like most people I’m terrified of dentist visits but she really helps to put me at ease. The manager Carl is very helpful and friendly as are the reception staff. Overall brilliant.

Negative experience: I came home in tears. My appointment a year ago they could not be bothered to scale and polish my teeth which is included in my check up and very important i get it done due to the wonkyness and my overcrowded overlapping teeth. This time another very young new staff again, the tools inside my mouth got plonked around it, no individual tooth gum check. X ray due told because not had teeth cleaned plague has caused bateria to grow into my jaw and it has deteriated it. Not given antibiotics or anything devestated my last appointment no cleaning done as i have a too small mouth and all my teeth are overlapped and wonky, so i have to have help.with my tarter and now my jaw is permanentley affected. Reading up on it made me really anxious and very upset. The level of care is no longer what it used to be

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience today! I had lost part of my tooth and a complete filling and got in quite quickly. I saw Dr Khan who was just lovely! A very friendly dentist. I have to say that it was an absolute painless and stress free experience! I had to have a local anaesthetic, and when he put that needle into my gum, I barely felt it as He was sogentle. What an absolute credit to the surgery he is! I had a lovely chat with the receptionist too, She was so friendly! A very chilled experience from start to finish!

Negative experience: Very poor service , big sign in window that doesn’t specify only taking on private patients. Book online and be given appointment only to have it cancelled days later as they aren’t taking on NHS patients. Wasted my time and the reasons given a load of rubbish, PLEASE BE AWARE and don’t waste your time with this practice
