Positive experience: Didn't wait long before being taken to see dentist. Sat on chair and had a quick chat before lying down to start treatment, injection a little painful, started drilling to remove broken tooth, within minutes - done. Given information on caring for tooth. I am afraid I never give a 5, 4 is good and that is my choice.

Fantastic experience: My dentist (Michelle) listens and accommodates me and my needs, specifically with my existing health that compounds and often complicates my dentistry health. Compassion and care are at the fore along side professionalism on every visit for the last few years since I moved to RDP as I was not receiving the same quality of care from my former (private) practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a very uncomfortable situation with a molar where a previous filling had come out. Mr Sanghera repaired it during an emergency appointment so well and put me at ease with his professional and calm manner. It looks as good as new.

Fantastic experience: Michele is so lovely, has a calming aura and always makes me feel at ease. She also has such a good relationship her dental nurses which creates a lovely atmosphere! They have a sense of humour too which helps! She also sees my young children and is great with them also. I recently called for an emergency appointment due to pain, I had Xray’s, and discussion about what could be causing the pain as the xray didn’t show anything and a plan to move forward.

Recently I telephoned for an emergency appointment and was treated 30 minutes later by Mr Sanghera!

Fantastic experience: 17/10/24 rountine check-up today with Michele. I am a smoker and gum disease comes with being a smoker! I have regular hygiene cleans but there is still room for good hygiene practice from myself. Michele offered me a deep root clean (with anesthetic ) if I heard correctly? I have not heard of this procedure so was very happy to except the procedure on recommendation from Michele. Looking forward to having my deep root clean in 4 weeks time

Fantastic experience: I had phoned to make an appointment for a tooth that was uncomfortable and said not urgent and happily accepted an appointment the following week. Unfortunately the discomfort increased after a couple of days and I rang again and was given an emergency appt that day.I saw Laura who took an X-ray and advised that I could have it root filled and then a crown or an extraction. She explained the filling could be a problem and I opted for extraction which I am having done in a couple of days as the pain had eased. Thank you for seeing me so quickly , it is very much appreciated as I am not the bravest ! I had my extraction yesterday and I was treated with the utmost care. I was nervous but Laura and the dental assistant were very reassuring. I’ve had hardly any discomfort so thank you all very much

Positive experience: Following the loss of fillings and part of a tooth I only had to wait a few days for an appointment to be seen by the new dentist Laura Keates She examined my mouth and assessed the nature of the further treatment required. It is unfortunate that this surgery never has any facility to rinse your mouth or have a tissue available. Also, you can only pay by debit card or cash.

Fantastic experience: Nice and friendly staff. I had a crown fitted last time. I am happy with it. The only one negative thing that they are so busy every time and need to wait quite long between each appointments.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Miss Laura Keates who made sure throughout the whole appointment that I was okay and talked me through the appointment before it took place. My appointment was running on time and I was in and out very quickly!

Fantastic experience: Dr Laura was great. She took enough time to examine my teeth and found out all problems need correction. She clarified everything to me in a comprehensive way. The assessing nurse was also smiling and helpful. I would also mention that the receptionist girl (sorry don't know her name) was patient and kept smiling when I was searching for a suitable day to continue my teeth cure.
