Fantastic experience: Rachel is brilliant - I have a major dentist phobia which has meant I have avoided the dentist for the last 10-15 years. Sadly that’s resulted in a lot of dental working needing to be done! Rachel always makes me laugh, she always keeps things light-hearted. Always checks that you’re doing ok, and talks through each step. The rest of the team are also brilliant, unfortunately I don’t know any of their names, but they are really caring and attentive. I’m now on a dental plan, so hopefully going forward dental care won’t be as traumatic!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years. Great Dentist and staff. Empasis is on tooth and oral health. Preservation, as opposed to filling and pulling! The practice is always immaculate, welcoming, relaxing and they continually invest to maintain the best all round patient experience.

Fantastic experience: The whole team are friendly and professional and the dentist at today's appointment ensured that I was reassured as to the current state of my teeth which due to the ongoing care given, needed no additional treatment. The dental practitioners are outstanding in their dedicated professionalism and caring. I have been a patient of Mr Devik Patel for more than 10 years and recognise his rare skill and commitment to placing his patients at ease when they are stresses or anxious , and giving perfectionist care. My husband and I travel back to the Practice despite having removed to Yorkshire. These skills are indeed reflected in the behaviour and attitudes of all members of the staff at Soar Valley Dental Practice. The receptionists and dental nurses are discreet , caring and helpful.They too have excellent communication skills. The environment is spotlessly , hygienically clean. Thank you all . Fantastic experience: The practice is very friendly, and the location is fantastic for us, which helps reduce stress when getting to appointments, especially for the kids. It's a shame they don't offer NHS services, which is probably more of a reflection of wider issues rather than a problem with the practice itself. So far, I've found the costs manageable, particularly as most of the work has been for regular maintenance. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Soar Valley Dental Practise since I was a baby. I have always been very well looked after by the friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile. I’ve never had a bad experience. All members of staff have been fantastic towards my 2yr and are patient and encouraging when we visit the dentist. Always have the time for you and everything is explained to the highest standards.

Fantastic experience: Once again the high standards of this practice has shone through. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hygienist I saw today was excellent and explained everything that she was doing and going to do. I also had a routine check up with Ash. I knew a small filling from a front tooth had "escaped" and Ash was able to replace this within the time of my routine check up, thus saving my and his time at a letter date. Excellent.
