Positive experience: The dentist practioners are great, always efficient,polite,welcoming and friendly. However the reception team are not as welcoming. I am unhappy with the fact that I felt rudely told I would have to pay private if I was to change my appointment! Not cancel but change my appointment, makes NHS patients feel undervalued and not as important as the private patients. When a reason was asked it's because last year only one appointment was missed! An appointment I was not aware about so unfortunately due to the rude reception team I don't feel a 5 star is reached. Great dentist practioners, setting and dentist overall, just need a polite reception team ☺️

Fantastic experience: Cedric has been my hygienist for years, and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else, as he is brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I have not had a dentist since 2019 due to mine closing down ,so I was quite worried , but the staff were absolutely amazing from the ladies at the reception to the dentist and his assistant i was made to feel very comfortable and safe everything was explained to me about what needed to be done and the options I could take i was do worried about going to the dentist but I needn't have worried they were amazing

Fantastic experience: Remarkable smiles? Remarkable staff also!! Cedric and Alisha are incredible dental nurses and hygiene cleanist. Had a deep filling done today Alisha was so comforting made me feel so relaxed and easy! Honestly got over my fear of dentists and needles today!! She is incredible! Very amazing dentist!! And Cedric also reassured me and comforted me whilst having my clean they are both polite and amazing! Thankyou both so much! Will continue to rave about this place! Should have 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I was quick and fast the girls on reception are great make you feel welcome after you sign your name then in to the dentist room were you lie and hope it’s no work on your theeth I think I was seen by Alisha she was great I am a man of 61 and still nervous when getting in the chair as I can’t breathe through my nose it’s as to be through the mouth or HELD my breath it not like the old days were you have that big rubber mask on and you hear the gas coming then you wake up and it’s over

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, always made to feel welcome and put at ease. Only gripe is that theirs not enough chairs in the waiting room and you could have a long wait beyond your appointment time. Also as a wheelchair user the front door has a small lip and isn't 100% accessible. Had trouble getting my Mum over it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Waqas Ali is the best dentist I've been to, I'm an anxious patient due to previous dentistry and I hate needles. He's definitely the best with needles, I hardly felt them, I had 6 teeth out in 10 minutes, no problems with anything... So grateful Thank you Waqas.

Negative experience: Does not even deserve a 1 star Had composite bonding done here was made to believe they would last for a lot more years than the few they did when I voiced my disappointment I was treated very rude attitude my niece had a similar experience with a bodged up root filling which they failed to accept responsibility for and also had a stinking attitude towards her had to go elsewhere to have treatment rectified and as both were paying private had to pay out for treatment at a more professional dental practice

Negative experience: This practice is a waste of time. They only will register you if you will fully pay, forget about it if you are an exempt patient. They deregister me without telling me in advance, when asking if I could come back they said they could only accept exempt patients , when I said I was, they changed the story to say the registration was closed. Months after again they were receiving patients and my partner asked and he was told they were receiving patients only if they were with them before and that I should call them directly. Then I called and once again changed the story that only for brand new patients. They claim they asked me to call to tell me directly they couldn't register me. I guess they have plenty of time to be having useless conversations over the phone. Once they know you are an exempt patient they will do anything to not register you! Only looking for money and zero care for patients. Even if they reply to this review they will just change the story for their convenience over and over.

Negative experience: Me and my daughter had a booking here for a checkup but we both got floored with a nasty virus which put us both in bed we felt really poorly we both tested for covid which wasn’t an issue I get that, the issue was we felt too ill to attend and we slept all day into the evening my mum and husband both rung up early in the morning to cancel the appointments so they could at least use them as the called early in the morning and the receptionist just said they have procedures in place for covid so we would still have to attend and wouldn’t accept my mum or my husband calling up for us, saying we still needed to give 24 hours notice!! How the hell do you know your going to be ill 24 hours in advance, we were never given an option to pay a cancellation charge which I would of been more than happy to do due to the circumstances they just strook us off the nhs patience list via an email the following day. Avoid!!

Fantastic experience: Sam on reception is brilliant, tells you straight and keeps you calm if your nervous. The other lady on reception (sorry didn't catch your name) very pleasant and efficient. Now then it comes down to Alicia, and her colleague, (sorry didn't catch your name yet) Alicia makes you feel so safe, I hate needles but last time a went never felt a thing. I would definitely recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I'm 1 of the lucky 1's to have a dentist and extra lucky to have such a nice dentist who is brilliant at his job. He tells me in detail of the work he has done and will do in future appointments. The surgery Is nice clean and welcoming. Receptionist is pleasant. Car parking is a .nightmare unless it's later in the day.

Fantastic experience: First time using this service. Priya made me feel so comfortable having my teeth checked & gave me a detailed check list & price list of everything I needed. Is a little expensive but there are options to pay the amounts monthly or you can go on a membership plan too!

Fantastic experience: I moved to this dentist only a few months ago as my husband who was registered here said it was the best dentist he had ever been to. I rang and spoke to reception and explained how nervous I felt about going to the dentist. Reception assured me they were the best for taking care of patients especially nervous ones. They were not wrong, the receptionists are extremely friendly, informative and caring, I had my check up and needed to go back for extra treatment. I was fully informed about everything they needed to do, how it was going to be done, why it was being done and the consequence of not having it done. The dentist I had was amazing, she was kind, patient, very experienced and made me feel at ease, I was extremely nervous but she talked me through everything, I was not rushed at all. Today I had the treatment done, I can not thank the dentist team enough, for the first time in my life I do not feel nervous about having to go to the dentist again, an absolute wonderful team.

Negative experience: Been to see the indian young dr. regarding simple filling, and general checkups, however Dr,Ghani, young female, has bad interaction with people, and asks me as a patient why do i think i have these symptoms, which obviously rather odd comment to bring up, there were fillings to be done, then NOT bothered to take any Xray, and all i hear is well we have talked about this before (unprofessional),, then asked if i could not be seen by her again, and just shortly after earlier email to make an appointment, received an email saying well unable to book me again due to breakdown in communications, which don't see this as mature reply, will send these coments to NHS complaints authority, WOULD NEVER RECEOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN

Positive experience: Attended today. Feedback. 1. I'm not overly keen on completing paperwork on line but that seems to be the way of things nowadays so what the heck. 2. There was a minor mix up about time of appointment- resolved quickly and efficiently by the pleasant desk staff. 3. I walked into the surgery 15 minutes later than the appointment time. No obvious reason for the delay and no apology. 4. Dentist took time to helpfully answer my questions.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! All of the staff I have met so far are just fantastic! Amit and Laura have such a comedic rapport too, and you can just tell that they love their work. Stef and Sam are so lovely, and it's nice to go somewhere and be remembered (hopefully for the right reasons, haha!) I felt treated like a person, not just the "next client". My final fitting of 9 new top teeth was today, and I'm blown away by how great they look, such a much needed confidence boost! Thanks a million, billion, trillion times over! Overwhelmed! xxx
