Fantastic experience: Fitted me in the same day for emergency dental pain. The receptionist was very good in taking all the details of what was wrong. On my visit the dentist was very good and I felt reassured about the treatment plan going forward.

Negative experience: Fantastic initially. Then they cancelled an appointment and failed to contact to rebook - it was only a routine check up so I didn't chase it either. They have then taken me off the NHS list after a period so I now have to go with them privately through the excuse that I have to use telepathy to realise I have to contact them to find that out. How convenient to get you to stump up private cash ££££ Tried to contact them for a fortnight to book an appointment but gave up each time after over half hour wait each time. Service is shocking, not sure if its Colosseum Choices who now run it but awful awful service. Just a way of ending NHS dental care through sly and devious policies, which is the way it's going anyway everywhere - not just at this practice

Fantastic experience: Ana was just amazing as she always has been with ultra professionalism and all the pre-prep she does for a super airflow clean! I have not found anyone better! Can’t wait to see her again, having very sensitive teeth, this airflow is the best. Painless and leaves my teeth ultra clean! I can tell the difference immediately compared to your normal standard dentist cleans I have had in the past.

Fantastic experience: Overall experience was brilliant. Receptionist was so helpful and friendly and my hygienist was amazing. She worked wonders with my teeth, and gave me some fantastic advice too. Just a great all-round experience.
