Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. Not rushed. Jodie is absolutely wonderful, so patient. Excellent treatment. I would like to add although I was with an NHS Dentist, I decided after witnessing Jodie with the due care & attention given to my Mum ( who is petrified of them & requires Diazepam to make her ease) leave her appointment so content. I just had to believe it for myself. And I totally can. Well done.

Positive experience: Very easy access, no stairs or steps which is a huge plus for me with mobility issues Removed my tooth painlessly and quickly surveyed the rest of my teeth and recommended that I get partial dentures, can't complain about the cost of the extraction but will need to think seriously about the dentures

Fantastic experience: My wife and I registered with Biggleswade High Street Dental Clinic as new patients in April 2025. We had previously attended St Andrew’s Dental Practise in Biggleswade for a number of years but were uncomfortable about a change in their terms. As we are both in our 70’s we were also concerned about how we might cope going forward with 2 flights of stairs to reach their reception. We were attracted by the look and modernity of BHSDC and subsequently had our new patient exam on 29/04/25 when we saw George Duffy. We got along extremely well with George both at this appointment and subsequently on 14/05. In light of our experience we would wholeheartedly recommend the practice. We are sorry that George Duffy has moved on to another location within the group and we are hoping that we will continue our confidence in the clinic when we will be seen by a new practitioner at our next appointment on 13/10/25.

Fantastic experience: Receptionists are all friendly, polite, efficient and so caring of patients. The clinic is fresh clean and a welcoming environment. Dentist Shahib was so friendly, welcoming, kind and reassuring to Emma who was very nervous about attending and the procedure she was about to undergo. It actually took much longer than planned, but he was reassuring her all the time and advised fully on the plan for her and what she needed to do going forward and has achieved a breakthrough in that Emma will happily go back to see him for her next appointment/treatment. Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice I have ever used. I was so nervous walking up to the door, but as soon as I entered, I was greeted so warmly that I forgot I was nervous in the first place. The dentist I saw was so, so wonderful. She made me feel at ease and even gave words of encouragement throughout! The place was clean and pleasant to be in. It had a nice chilled out vibe and I left feeling very happy. 10/10

Fantastic experience: My first trip to the dentist in many, many years. Charlotte on reception was an absolute angel, I was in tears as soon as I arrived due to dentists being my biggest fear but she did all she could to put me at ease. I was scared of the smell of a dental clinic triggering me upon arrival but this one doesn’t have that medical smell or atmosphere. My appt with Nicola was exactly what I needed it to be to make me feel comfortable to come back for the work that’s needed. She was kind, not judgmental and explained everything very throughly, answered all my questions and put me at ease. I’ll be forever grateful for that. Got quite a journey ahead but first step done and I’m so pleased I chose this place for it after todays experience.

Fantastic experience: The best dentists I have ever been too!! I have a massive fear of going to the dentist and put off going for a few years. From my first appointment Kish put me right at ease. I have had to have multiple appointments with Kish now and every single time she has taken time to make sure I’m comfortable and stops throughout treatment to check on me. Ps the dental nurses are also incredible, shout out to my dental nurse today for holding my hand through the treatment! I will not go anywhere else now, I am so grateful for the wonderful treatment I have received.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting, easy to book an appointment and can all be done online through their portal. Amazing they open til 8pm during the week. Very welcoming and friendly receptionist (Charlotte) who explained everything and answered all questions I had! I was seen by Cathrine, brilliant dentist and talked me through the process and next steps to get my issues resolved! Very open and transparent in her advice to give me the best dental care but also weighting up my options financially to suit me! Overall, very satisfied and will be using regularly from now on for all my dental needs. Not forgetting, this was cheaper than my previously NHS dentist but the service and treatment at High Street Dental Clinic was so much better!

Fantastic experience: So I am someone who has had previous trauma with Dentists as a child in which has me now as an adult not going for check ups with high anxiety and crying when I need to go. I broken a tooth last month and wanted to try somewhere outside of my NHS location as my experiences was not great, and my partner recommended Biggleswade. I can not thank the team at Biggleswade enough, this was the 1st time having fillings which did not result in me crying or tensing my whole body through the procedure. Michael is the 1st male dentist I have seen since I was a child, and he made me feel so at ease and relax (and I know this will not be recurring, but I didn’t even feel the needle). Even the lovely ladies in reception on both check up and appointment dates, made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the team at Biggleswade, specially if you have a fear or anxiety. Fantastic experience: Having now been for a check-up, hygienist appointment and had a troublesome wisdom tooth removed, I can truthfully say that I have been very impressed with the care and attention I have received. I was worried that a private dentist would have hidden costs or that I would feel pressurised into extra expenditure. This is not the case. They are genuine with their claim of affordable dentistry. All of the dentists, nurses and admin staff are kind, welcoming and helpful. It is great to finally have a dentist again after so long. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment and ended up picking this practice. Everything was so easy and very well explained to put me at ease, as dentists hold me in fear. 1st appointment to assess the tooth then back for extraction which only gave me a mild bit of anxiety. Going back to have dentures done. Thank you all for your patience and empathy.

Fantastic experience: I visited this great dental surgery for the first time today, as a semi emergency. Everyone was so welcoming, professional and friendly. I saw Michael who quickly reassured me he could help and has done a great job repairing my broken tooth! Even though my appointment took longer, at no point did I feel I was rushed. Michael took great care to do a good job! I’m really pleased. Michael’s nurse was absolutely lovely too and very professional and the receptionists are so helpful and welcoming. Fantastic experience: My dentist who I had been with for years retired. I was so nervous about trying somewhere new, but from the first phone call to arrival in reception, Charlotte the receptionist put me at ease & offered a lot of reassurance. I saw Jodie & again, she was nice & put me at ease along with the dental nurse that assisted her. Nobody pushed me for further appointments or to buy any products. I have rebooked for myself & my husband. Lovely welcoming practice.

Positive experience: I am a very nervous patient due to awful experiences with dentists as a child. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted cheerily at reception. The dentist was kind to me and explained what they were going to do that day and a clear treatment plan. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have a real phobia of dentists due to more than one bad experience with previous dentists. I have swelling over my gums which a previous dentist wanted to slice open, so I never went back but knew I needed to get the issue sorted, so when I came across this new practice and saw they had not only incredible reviews but also very reasonable pricing I decided to book an appointment. Charlotte on reception is so lovely, kind and friendly and really put me at ease. I saw Salaman Iqbal who was also very nice, helpful, put me at ease and explained things really clearly in a way I could understand. I still have anxiety due to local anesthetic wearing off mid treatment on more than one occasion, but that will always be there until such a time it doesn't happen. I havent yet had to have anesthetic at this surgery, and am praying when I do that it doesn't wear off too quickly. If I could give this surgery 10 stars I would!
