Fantastic experience: New patients at the practice and both of us can safely say it's the best dentist experience we've ever had. Really thorough checkup from Ahmad and he chatted through everything. All the staff were very friendly too!

Fantastic experience: You will not find a better dental practice than this one. Dr Hash is the by far the most advanced dentist going. He doesn’t miss anything, super pleasant, pure class. I always visit the hygienist, Lauren, she doesn’t half give my teeth a super clean. The practice has recently been renovated to a very high standard and there now is a ramp installed, so anybody with mobility issues will have no problem accessing the practice. Must mention the staff on reception who are also very pleasant either in person or over the phone. Glad I found this practice in 2021.

Fantastic experience: always well looked after and treated with great care and expertise

Negative experience: I relocated to Altrincham and was seen as a new patient here, the dentist downstairs was not welcoming and made me feel embarrassed with her choice of words when discussing typical inflammation to the wisdom teeth. I decided to have my first filling after my check up and I was scolded for running late by 5 minutes, I explained and apologised due to work and traffic but as soon as I sat down for my filling, the dentist and nurse were rude and very unprofessional by loudly chattering about their personal lives throughout the whole filling session. The worst part is that I’ve relocated back to another city to have a dentist tell me the filing that altrincham dental practice did was poor and HAS FALLEN OUT! It was expensive to get a composite filing and it’s clear they do not give all patients the same level of care and attention since they were rude and discriminating towards me. The dentist also said if I was even 1 minute late to see the hygienist upstairs for my next session then she wouldn’t even see me. I did indeed go extra early and despite the hygienist running late herself (which is normal), the hygienist was super lovely and calming throughout the cleaning session. After my dental session I told my partner to not join this practice due to the experience and I was going to forget about this until I found out yesterday that the filing the practice had done had been extremely poorly and has fallen out. The only reason this review has stars is because the hygienist upstairs was really nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: My family have used this dentist for many years and are all happy and satisfied with the service, so I have decided to join, I have met Hash the new dentist and his team on many occasions and they are always very helpful and professional. He has made many changes to the surgery since taking over, when you are sat in the chair the ceiling view is amazing, he has expanded the business where now you can also have teeth whitening and Botox treatments, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to change. Fantastic experience: I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until I moved to Altrincham Dental. Both Dr Natasha and the hygienist, Lauren, are both brilliant! They’re clearly experts in their respective fields but they’re super personable and caring. They listen and always communicate exactly what they’re doing and what’s going to happen to ensure I’m comfortable. The results I’ve been able to achieve with my smile through Invisalign with Dr Natasha has been incredible! I’ve always been conscious of my teeth and I now have a smile to be proud of, thanks to the team at Altrincham Dental. I should also add how friendly and warm the receptionists are (something I haven’t experienced in other practices). It’s like no question is too much trouble for them! I love going to the dentist now and have a great smile to boot! Can’t recommend enough!!

Positive experience: Altrincham Dental Practice is located in a lovely house on Manchester Road. Everywhere in the practice is kept clean and tidy, and there's a TV screen in the waiting room. I like the new iPad check-in option as it helps when there's a queue to check-in with the receptionist. The dentist I saw was really friendly, made me feel comfortable and explained everything well. I do miss the days of scale and polish being included in the service but I guess that's only if it's needed? It just felt like it used to add value. I had to wait about ten minutes past my appointment time. I'd give an extra star if there was easy to access guest WIFi in the waiting room, as it's a bit boring waiting and not being able to go online on my phone. Signal is poor in that area. All in all though it's a great practice and I'm glad I'm a patient here.

I left the above review about a year ago but yesterday I had occasion to visit the practice and I have to once more applaud all the staff for their great service and professionalism. As I waited in reception, I heard client after client commend the practice and, as far I was concerned, I was seen at very short notice, attended to by a charming dentist, and treated with great care and respect by the lovely receptionist. This is a wonderful dental practice where you are made to feel welcome and you are in totally safe hands. Excellent really excellent. And I wasn't paid or even asked to provide this review.

Fantastic experience: This is a superb dental practice. Everyone is friendly and reassuring and treatment is collaborative so that you always feel that you're in control. I no longer have a phobia of dentists because of Hash's kindness and patience at my first and subsequent visits. When Hash went private there was an invitation, but absolutely no obligation, to follow him - and Ellie has continued with the same kindness and efficiency in the NHS work. Highly recommended! September 2024: This practice continues to be superb. Renovations are in progress but they aren't affecting the friendliness and efficiency of the team. I never thought I'd say "it's a pleasure" to go to the dentist, but for Altrincham Dental Practice I can say it is!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years, staying a patient even though I've moved 40 minutes away. This tells you how happy I am to still be a patient. All the staff are great and very caring and help you to feel relaxed if you get nervous. The one negative is negotiating the front entrance steps, however this does not mean they do not deserve the 5* review I have given.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment all round, met at the door and by the receptionist Ruth, used the hand sanitiser and went upstairs to waiting area and was promptly called in to see the hygienist Rebecca who proceeded with my treatment. I was made to feel perfectly safe at all times despite the current Covid crisis. Made appointments for 6 month check ups.

Fantastic experience: So fortunate to have found this wonderful practice, Eleanor is so friendly and goes above and beyond, explaining and advising in a way that’s both kind and professional. The reception team will try their best to keep you happy no matter how busy they are (for example squeezing me in last minute before I go away on holiday) and just the whole atmosphere and environment is clean, calm and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the practice for a long time for general check ups and I've shown a interest in Invisalign for a such a long time, I was so apprehensive at times. Hash has always been patient with me and always offering his support for when I wanted to go ahead with it. I started the treatment last year and I have today completed my Invisalign journey, I am so happy with the outcome and how amazing my teeth now look all in just one year. Negative experience: Receptionist rude as hell, I called to explain I was running a little late as the taxi is running late with it being Xmas weekend and she was so damn rude it was disgusting made me feel less than worthy of being alive. I'm medically ill had to cancel 1 appointment at short notice with Dr's advise as I have copd and 1 within due coursewith the help of the dentist then they changed last weeks one and today told me because I'm running late due to taxi I can no longer attend surgery! Anxiety and depression is a horrible thing to live with never mind the lack of empathy from ignorant staff, and they wounder why people kill them themselves with no actual help from ignorant money chasers.

Fantastic experience: Ive been looking at getting Invisalign for quite some time and decided i would try Altrincham Dental as they had a good deal and it was very local to me. I dont actually think it is possible for them to be any better. From my first appointment everything was talked through and explained in detail ive now been in twice with a couple more visits to go through, all the staff have been excellent super organised and keep to the booking times. Eleanor helped not only with a check up but with relieving pain from my extraction site, taking full X-rays and referring me to a dental hospital.
