Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Dr Singh for over two years now, relating to TMJ problems and periodontal issues. I have found the treatment and care to be excellent overall, with a custom nightguard being made for the TMJ which has greatly helped the problem. Also his care when it comes to frequent cleanings is superb - the courtesy towards pain and efficiency is high. Always a friendly greeting upon arrival too! For people with sensory issues, I also find the practice quite decent for keeping a calm atmosphere, leading to a more relaxing experience.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming to see Dr Singh for over 2 years for TMJ problems. I found the level of treatment has been excellent and has met my daughter's needs. The TMJ problem has been treated with a specially made night guard which has helped the problem.

Fantastic experience: First class professional treatment. I have been a patient with Dr Singh since he opened here through 15 years until the present day. This is a friendly welcoming practice. Dr Singh has had to put right work carried out by other dentists that I attended and has done first class work. He advises you in a timely manner if there are issues and the decision to have work done is always your own. I have just had root canal treatment and a ceramic zirconia crown. It feels great and looks nice. I am also feeling much better. I used to have persistent cough and kept up at night and now it is gone. Another dentist that I attended previously carried out the fastest, cheapest work possible. Removed a tooth that could have been saved and used cheaper substandard filling material that is breaking down faster than fillings I had when I was a child. Dr Singh has had to deal with the aftermath and has done so in a very professional manner. I would not consider going anywhere else. My daughter has had her teeth aligned and clear braces fitted. Her teeth are now perfectly straight. excellent work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

Negative experience: Update to my review because I was forced to post a 5 star review before Dr. Singh would remove my braces. After 6 years, my front tooth still moves if i do not wear my retainer overnight. Dr. Singh could not remove the brace so decided to pull sideways with great force rather than straight down which was extremely painful and it moved my tooth! He also kept adding on extra charges throughout my treatment that were not necessary but he refused to continue unless I agreed. I wished I had the courage to say something at the time!! Please be careful here!

Fantastic experience: I had ulcers in my mouthful 6 months. Dr Singh helped with laser apthous ulcer treatment to get rid of it. I had laser gum treatment which helped my gums recover fast. They solved an issue that my local dentist couldn't solve. Fantastic service!

Fantastic experience: Five stars to Mr Singh. I just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else going through the same. For the past couple of years, I’ve suffered with recurring aphthous ulcers on the side of my tongue, always in the exact same spot. It’s been a miserable cycle — the ulcers were extremely painful, slow to heal, and would often last for months. About two years ago, I had a biopsy (which thankfully came back benign), but healing was so difficult that I had to have the area operated on twice just to get it to close up properly. Since then, I’ve tried pretty much everything: • Over-the-counter ulcer gels • Steroid mouthwashes • Steroid pastes • Strong painkillers like codeine and oramorph • Two steroid injections directly into the site Nothing gave long-term relief. Eating, talking, even sleeping became exhausting. On top of the physical pain, the whole thing seriously affected my mental health. I was constantly fatigued, feeling low, and honestly struggling to cope. I recently tried Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) after reading about its use in oral medicine — and it’s been a game changer. Within a few sessions: ✅ The ulcer started shrinking noticeably ✅ Pain reduced dramatically — sometimes even immediately ✅ Healing was quicker than anything I’ve experienced before If you’re dealing with chronic mouth or tongue ulcers and nothing has worked, I strongly recommend looking into LLLT. It’s painless, fast, and has made a huge difference for me.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Had a cosmetic dental Zirconia metal free bridge placed and feels nice and natural. Had cosmetic fillings and they look brilliant. Also had laser gum disease treatment. Painless care. Dr Singh explains everything snd clearly. Polite good humoured. Very gentle and patient. Would recommend very professional. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I had white fillings , TMJ and some laser gum periodontal treatment here for a coupleof years. The night guard that I have been wearing is very comfortable for my jaws and relaxes my face. Dr Singh is friendly and gives expert service taking care of my gums. I see him every 3 months and the care has been fantastic. Conveniently located in Solihull Town Centre.

Fantastic experience: I have known Dr Singh for many years now, he treated both my children but I wasn't a patient, due to me being petrified of dentists! So you can imagine the condition my teeth were in! I decided to take the plunge and get some treatment done and obviously chose to visit Dr Singh and his team. They put me at ease straight away, all very polite, friendly staff. Dr Singh explained my treatment in detail at every appointment I had so that I knew exactly what was happening, when it was happening and how he was going to achieve the best result. If I was nervous about any procedure he was doing he would stop and talk me through it. For me, the end result is amazing! I am over the moon. I cant thank Dr Singh and his team enough. Fantastic experience: My dental care has been amazing! Originally visited to have a filling for a cavity. Bpa and fluoride free filling. Received a painless injection and all went well. Mild gum disease was identified that I was completely unaware of! Laser gum treatment was provided to help healing and along with education on how to floss properly and this has brought about a greater sense of awareness around oral hygiene. Many thanks, Dr Singh.

Fantastic experience: I joined tge practice 3 years ago. I had many crowns fitted and they have felt comfortable. Dr Singh took great care and is an excellent dentist. Very professional service. Would highly recommended. Having carried on with regular visits I can say the whole team are very friendly and polite.

Negative experience: Went in for a mercury filling removal for my girlfriend and he conned us into getting 3 more fillings that she didn't really need. I told him three times I just want what we originally came in for. At the fourth time of being asked I succumbed just to shut him up. When I asked him what the filling material was made from he couldn’t even tell me which I found very odd. Eventually he said it was made from plastic. If he had given me the option of porcelain I would have taken it. I believe the profit margins for them must be better with plastic. We are now going to have to get all 4 fillings removed and replaced with porcelain. He’s a disgrace to the profession of dentistry and a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He also tried to con me by saying he wouldn’t charge me for one of the fillings but the invoice showed different. When I pointed this out to him he just sort of brushed over it and I didn’t really want to cause a scene in front of my girlfriend.

Fantastic experience: I found Eternal Smiles after looking for somewhere that could treat gum disease. During COVID I suffered very badly with bleeding gums and then couldn't get into an NHS dentist. They could see me quickly and developed a treatment plan straight away. The treatment has been brilliant and for the first time I have seen significant change for the better. If only the NHS could have shown me sooner how to properly care for your teeth. The treatment is expensive but hopefully the investment will be worth it long term

I found Dr Singh to be friendly, professional and listened very well . He was understood my wishes throughout the process. He also performed periodal laser treatment. Fantastic experience: Been going to this practice for over 10 years. I had my teeth straightened with Dr Singh, and am so happy with the way that they look still. I am so happy that I found a dentist I could trust with over 20+ years of dental experience, and is well trained in cosmetic and private dentistry. I had my teeth whitened, and am so content with my new smile. I now commute from over 50+ miles to get my dental treatment, and have built a good rapport with Dr Singh and his staff.

Negative experience: First time visiting this Dentist after searching online for a good holistic dental practice. It’s quite possibly the worst dentist I’ve ever visited ! I went in for a check up and a scan on my tooth, after the scan had taken place I asked for a bit of information and I was told that I would have to pay £75 for a consultation to discuss this further. I agreed thinking I was going to get an in depth, informative discussion regarding my options and treatment. It was very overwhelming to say the least, I felt rushed and pressured into starting a treatment plan that he came up with that cost the best part of a thousand pound. When I asked him for a breakdown of the costs he rudely asked if I was good at maths ! As if I was stupid for asking for a breakdown of his extortionate prices. He seemed to just click on extra costs to make the balance sky high. I’ve never met someone in the medical field so blatantly greedy. I was then rushed into making a decision, telling me he was going on holiday in one week so treatment would need to be done before that, and that he only had limited appointments left. I had to tell him look I need to go home and process this before I commit, he told me once treatment had started I couldn’t back out. On my way out he asked me to sign the proposed treatment plan, I said no thank you I will sign it if and when I agree to having this done thank you. He knew I wasn’t happy with the service he provided. After paying £44 for the check up £18 for a scan and another £75 for what he described as a consultation (not) then to be pushed into signing for a treatment plan of nearly 1k it’s safe to say I will not be returning to this dentist again.

Fantastic experience: I began a course of treatment at Eternal Smiles at the beginning of the year. I had approached this with a number of long term health issues including lower bowel Crohns disease (IBD) and optical migraines. Following removal of all historic mercury fillings and a Mercury filled root canal tooth I experienced a dramatic improvement in my IBD (a first in 15 years) and the optical migraines have as far as I can tell ceased. I have yet to find any other dentist that appreciates the damaging health effects of mercury amalgum fillings and root canals but Dr Singh was very receptive and aware of the wider health issues this can cause. Would recommend to anybody but especially people with similar health issues to my own.

Fantastic experience: I had a course of treatment at Eternal Smiles which involved fillings, hygiene and whitening. I found Dr Singh to be friendly, professional and a good listener. He was accommodating to my wishes throughout the process. He also performed a very thorough scale and polish during the hygiene session, and he gave detailed advice for better flossing and brushing which improved my technique. My mouth feels cleaner after I put his advice in action. It was great to have a principal dentist perform the cleaning. The quality of the work in the fillings is very good and there was very little sensitivity afterwards. I am also impressed that top quality composite Venus Diamond was used and with my requested shade. I highly recommend Dr Singh and his team.

How can the dental council allow such incompetence. Please avoid otherwise you will leave upset as he likes to throw his weight around. Very unprofessional practice that needs to be struck off.

Negative experience: Not convinced, 75 pound consultancy took about 15 minutes Max. Including conversation. They failed to keep any records for the reason for my appointment?, Having to resubmit forms asking why I needed to see dentist? On the day. The team appeared to be the dentist and the receptionist? The phone wasn't always answered , and the tape message was very unprofessional. During the conversation I ask how much for a teeth clean, I was told 250 pounds? When ask why is it so expensive, I was told that we know what we are doing. I had to smile , yes they know how to charge extortionist prices to do very simple jobs.
