Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, Jack is great and goes that extra mile for his patient's and so do all the staff. Jack takes his time to explaining everything to you in great detail and doesn't rush you into any decisions if extra treatments are required.

Fantastic experience: Referred for a dental implant by my Dentist. The service I have received from the initial consultation with Dentist Rob & his Team through to the final implant fitting has been excellent. All questions answered & full explanations given at every visit, was made to feel at ease & would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for a dental implant specialist. Fantastic experience: I'm very pleased with the care I receive at West park dental practice all the staff are polite friendly and it's wonderful to see a smiley face as you walk through the door the dental care i recceive is done with care everything is explained as to what I'm having done and through out the treatment they are very communicative I've never felt more relaxed for years I've been anervouse wreck thinking about going to a dentist or making an appointment and cancelling once I started at West park I'm more relaxed never make excuses not to go that's why I would highly recommend them

The dental care that I've received has been brilliant, they're always very communicative about what is being done and the work is carried out very gently. I've said before that if all oral health professionals were as gentle and caring as they are here then people would have no reason to fear going to the dentist! Fantastic experience: I had an issue with a gap between my teeth where food would keep getting stuck and causing me toothache, if I couldn’t push it out. Bronwen, carried out the work needed and cleaned my teeth at the same time, so I am good as new. Bronwen, is a dentist who just puts you at ease from walking in her room, she is telling you what she is doing all the way through, and stops if you need a breather. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: After my teeth had fallen into a state of disrepair I decided on visiting West Park Dental Practice. Over the last six months or so I have had many appointments with the view to sorting them out. The dentist Jeevan, was absolutely first class. He talked me through each stage of my rebuild and broke it down into affordable payments. I have a terrible time with dental procedures, but this was by far and away the best dentist I have ever been to. I don’t really recall any pain on with the injections either. I can’t recommend West Park, and I have huge anxiety about dental procedures. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Absolute first call place. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was given an appointment through 111, so I was nervous about going to an unfamiliar dentist. I am 37 weeks pregnant and needed a tooth extraction. Haleema made me feel at ease and took her time, making the extraction feel painless. I was nervous for the hours following the extraction but I’ve had no pain and instantly felt so much better. I believe this is down to Haleema’s gentle care, so I want to say a massive thank you.

Fantastic experience: Just completed 2 implants. Everything very professional and expertly done. Implants are a perfect fit and very comfortable. I am not overly aware of them, and they are now a seamless part of my life.

Fantastic experience: I attended West Park Dental Practice in order to have a dental implant. I hadn't had an implant before. At the start of treatment, Nik Stoy explained that the whole process would take six months. Each step went very smoothly and painlessly. Nik, his dental nurse and the team were very personable and demonstrated good customer care e.g. making a follow-up phone call the day after the titanium peg had been inserted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice for implant surgery.

Rang West Park Dental Practice at 8am Mon morning and the understanding receptionist asked me to come to the practice for 11am that morning for an emergency appointment to see my dentist Rob. As always Rob put me straight at ease and was able to correct my issue immediately giving me relief to my upcoming holiday. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank West Park Dental enough. I had severe toothache for a couple of days. I thought it would pass but didn't. Called at 8:30am, had an appointment booked for 10am and was seen bang on time. The receptionists were really friendly and assured me the dentist I was seeing was very good. Paul was excellent in explaining what treatment was available and what he could do. He obviously has a lot of experience and knowledge of what he does - he definitely knows what he's talking about. Ended up having an extraction. It was done without any pain at all and was spoken to all the way through the procedure explaining what was happening. I'm not the best patient and was calmed down as much as possible during the process by Paul and the dental nurse (I'm sorry, I didn't ask her name - she was also brilliant.) All done within an hour and now pain free in the same day. Thank you to everyone at West Park, I am so grateful for you helping me today, I couldn't recommend you enough.
