Fantastic experience: Where do I start! My decision to have composite bonding treatment, has given me a new lease of life & a brand new me! All thanks to my amazing dentist (Karamvir Takhar) whom I was made to feel comfortable enough to call (Rocky). The result of the work he has magically created, has transformed my whole smile & a more confident me. Truly Outstanding! My teeth look beautiful, better than I could ever have imagined. The whole experience from start to finish has been superb. The entire team: (who I will leave a separate review for, as it wouldn’t be fair to forget anyone) Have ALL been absolutely brilliant! Overall it’s been a 1st class experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up today 04/09/25 with Maria, who is very thorough and explains everything well. One of the receptionists walked an elderly gentleman to his carers car in the rain, which i thought was lovely. Rachel on reception was very helpful when I needed to change my next appointment.

The female member of staff in the room was also really kind and caring too. They looked after me and provided me with an information sheet about procedures after the dental surgery I had. It was really informative and helpful. Thank you to the Mansfield Dental staff that carried out my procedure.

Positive experience: Usually love this dentist, but had mixed feelings today. They noted again that I grind my teeth and have severe tooth erosion. I explained I struggled sleeping with a mouthguard, yet she struggled to comprehend why this was an issue. (iv spoke to many people that have been given mouth guards and they all say the same, can't sleep) It's a foreign object in your mouth, it's bound to upset sleep. The dentist twice asked me if it fits properly. This dentist made it me, so it fits fine, doesn't mean I can't feel it in there. I explained I have depression and severe anxiety and she did try a few suggestions, which is commendable, however, iv tried everything on the planet. I'm 46. Iv lived with anxiety for decades and for very specific reasons, which I won't mention on a public Google review. And without knowing those reasons, it's all to easy to simply say, well limit screen time and caffeine. That won't address my "inner demons" Im not criticising the dentist per se'. I'm sure she was trying her best to be helpful, but I found it bizarre she couldn't comprehend these devices can be a barrier to a restful night's sleep! Iv come away from there with more anxiety now

The dentist Nikolaos Athanasiou is very patient and gentle and his dental nurse was lovely and put me at ease. I also had a lovely chat with the very friendly receptionist. Positive experience: First time visiting the dentist, the receptionist was lovely, had time to answer questions and gave as much advice as possible, the dentist was very calm and allowed you to ask questions and receive answers again without any rush, the lady helping the dentist was very reassuring and again allowed you to ask questions and gave reassuring answers! All staff were very polite and didn’t rush the process! Very reassuring visits, definitely enabled a calm visit. Perfect!
