Rosie at the desk (who i speak to on email as well) is so friendly and makes organising appointments super easy (and i'm not particularly good at that sort of admin!). Have been going here for the last 7 years, had a range of different services and it's all been wonderful, with very funny and friendly staff who always make the appointments relaxing.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Cindy at White & Co. for many years, and she is also my children’s dentist. She is always professional, patient, and kind, and she is fantastic with the kids too, which makes visits so much easier. The hygienists, especially Zabeb and Michaela, are also excellent, and the reception team are always helpful, welcoming, and smiley. Fantastic experience: The best dentist practice in London. Had a problem with my old dentist, where my fillings wasn't done well, and that dentist wanted to kill 2 of my teeth with root canal treatment. Came here for second opinion, and Dr. Dylan was amazing! Did xrays and all kinds of tapping and checking, He figured out that there was moisture under those fillings. Gave me temporary fillings to soak up the moisture, then permanent fillings. And saved my teeth. And nurse Angela is the best. Finally, I'm not drowning in saliva

Dr Nikki's care and attention, and the treatment she gives is exceptional, I consider myself truly lucky to have found such a wonderful dentist!! and the results are amazing! The same goes for Zaynab, she is brilliant and makes every hygienist appointment (which I tend not to like so much) as comfortable as possible. Fantastic experience: I have recently finished 16 months of Invisalign treatment with Dr Dylan at White & Co, and could not be happier with my experience! I felt so supported by the entire team at the practice, who were incredibly communicative, responding to my many anxious questions at the beginning and ensuring the whole process was as smooth and straightforward as possible. Despite my many worries going in, the treatment was far less disruptive than I'd expected and I'm delighted with the results. The treatment felt very much like a collaborative process, with Dr Dylan working with me and taking my thoughts and concerns into consideration when developing a plan. Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to Dr. Dylan, Michaela and everyone at White & Co. for their amazing support and care over the last two years as I went through treatment for a blood disorder, including a bone marrow transplant. I had a lot of issues with bleeding gums and infection risks which made it difficult to maintain proper dental hygiene, but thanks to Dr. Dylan’s expertise and conscientiousness (my transplant nurse at King’s College Hospital said she’d never been contacted by a patient’s dentist before!), and Michaela's exceptional skill as a hygienist, I’ve maintained my dental health:)

I would recommend White & Co to anybody, particularly if they are a nervous patient as I was. Fantastic experience: I saw the wonderful Mihaela for my hygiene appointment today I couldn’t recommend her enough, she has such attention to detail. She took care with my composite bonding showing me in the mirror parts that could be renewed/ replaced and even smoothed parts that were chipped. I felt in really safe hands with her she’s extremely professional and caring. All reception staff were very helpful too. I highly recommend if you are anxious about hygiene appointments she has a very gentle approach ☺️

Negative experience: I went to this dentist practice with the hope of solving some dental imperfections through a bonding treatment. Unfortunately this has never happened. At a certain point I had to give up because I was just wasting time and spending money without reaching a conclusion. I was also quite dissatisfied with the teeth cleaning which lasted only 15 minutes, I found it very superficial. After this experience I had to ask to remove myself from their customer list as I no longer have any intention of dealing with them.

Fantastic experience: After a really traumatic wisdom tooth extraction at another practice, I was really scared and worried about having to have two more taken out. Dr Dylan was incredibly reassuring and listened and responded to all my questions and fears. He also phoned me to go over my back and forth around it and the timing. He explained it all kindly and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Even still I was terrified and then, they were both out in about 15 minutes. I had an excellent and easy recovery and I am so grateful. The Practice itself is always very efficient and has great communication around appointments and everyone is always very helpful. It’s always an enjoyable experience even if the reason for being there was isn’t. My young son also sees Dr Dylan and it’s always a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Let’s talk about the elephant in the room, it’s probably on the expensive side of dental practices, but those are just London prices, and frankly this practice is well worth it! I started going to this practice about 3-4 months ago after having neglected my teeth for the past couple of years and experiencing pain in a particular tooth. Dr Laurence was very reassuring and made a detailed plan for me with different options making sure to highlight what was urgent and what was secondary, and allowing me to call the shots based on different pricing plans. He’s been very detailed in explaining every step of the process, taking before/after photos and generally making sure I’m comfortable with all the work being done on my teeth which can feel overwhelming. As someone who used to be so anxious about dentist visits (not helped at all by two woeful dentist experiences in London in the past) I can honestly say this clinic and its practitioners have changed my life. I’ve now gone in for check ups, extensive hygiene (shoutout to Mihaela!), routine hygiene, fillings and even a full root canal procedure and the process has been so pleasant (in relative terms of course!) and virtually pain free. My confidence in my smile and the health of my teeth has gone up a lot which in turn has really helped me keep the momentum and staying consistent with my daily hygiene routine. All in all, if you’ve had trouble finding a trustworthy dentist in London I highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: The best dentist practice in London I have been to many places in London, all private and with similar pricing but none comparable to this one. Professionalism is second to none. All the dentists and hygienist know what they are talking about. They won’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. I asked for invisiline and they recommended that I do not do it due to my special bite and the shortage of gum for movement. Other dentists have tried to sell it to me many years. They recommend things that are actually good for you, tailored to your needs. For example, I need to see the hygienist once every three months as I’m prone to gum disease. My two kids go here too. Price is on the higher end if you use NHS dentist before. Honestly it’s so worth it! They really know their stuff here!

I cannot stress how brilliant she is at causing minimal to zero pain, giving you fantastic post extraction advice and being there if you need following treatment. Would give a 6 star if I could!

After the first treatment in Battersea Power Station branch which was traumatic, I went to Battersea Rise and the root canal treatments went smoothly; Dr. Biraj was gentle and considerate every step of the way. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and I experienced very little discomfort afterwards—definitely not what I was expecting from a root canal! The office staff is also amazing, always welcoming, and the environment is warm and professional. Dr. Biraj truly takes the time to listen to any concerns and answers all questions with great care. Positive experience: It was the time that I went to White and co dental practice . This experience was agreeably surprising from beginning to end . First , I was warmly greeted and welcomed by the receptionist . Then I found myself sitting in a gently , reassuring and comfortable and stylishly decorated settings all of which set the right impression from the start . Then , Dr. Marco ushered me in his practice and immediately informed me about the treatment once I told him about my tooth infection . His treatment was swift and very professional . I was relieved and felt much better since . Finally he gave me my prescription which I purchased at the nearby chemist . Battersea on the day and Dr Dylan took time to see him late afternoon, perform checks and repair his teeth. Fantastic experience: My son started orthodontic treatment about 4 years ago. We moved over to White & Co 2 years into his treatment after having had a pretty terrible experience elsewhere. The contrast was incredible! It all went smoothly from then on. Dr Dylan is my current dentist and he is exceptionally great and knowledgeable. The front desk team are also helpful, friendly, and proactive. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Marco, and for someone who was nervous about having it done, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Quite a few dentists and hygienists have come and gone since I joined, but the service has always been outstanding, and I always feel well looked after when I visit. Fantastic experience: I would recommend this dental practice. Everyone makes you feel at ease and you have confidence in letting them take care of your teeth. If you're self conscious about your teeth/mouth/smile, there's no need to be when you're in their care. I always see Dr Cindy for my dental checkups and Jane the hygienist. The receptionists are very nice. They can do everything from filings to Invisalign. I fortunately haven't needed Invisalign, but my husband had a consultation as he was considering it. They were able to give a good idea of possible and realistic results, as well as timing.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Dr Cindy at White&Co enough! I had Invisalign treatment with Dr Cindy from Jan-Sept 2022. From initial consultation right through to fitting my wires, I received excellent care. Dr Cindy was professional and reliable, yet warm and very understanding at my nervousness (I had to have an extraction). She listened to exactly what I wanted and was happy to keep going with treatment until I was satisfied. Also, on the occasional time Dr Cindy was unavailable for an appt, the front desk were so accommodating and were able to fit me in according to my schedule. Communication was incredibly smooth and easy. I felt truly looked after the entire time. Now treatment is over, I get SO many compliments on my teeth! In fact, I really wish I'd done it sooner. I did a lot of research before I came to White&Co, and I'm so glad I did because they really are the best!

I have had a very positive journey for 10 months with Dr. Rob and all the team during my Invisalign transformation. All the support and advice was very professional, and if I ever had any questions or issues between appointments the team were very helpful and responsive. A 5***** service from beginning to end. My inital encounter was with Rosie who is part of the amazing admin team who helped with arranging all of my appointments at the times I wanted. The hygienist was thorough with the clean. My filling and whitening treatment were done by Dr Rob. He was very professional, listended well, gave great advice and to mention had decent taste in music! The results were great and I am happy with my new smile :)
