Fantastic experience: Pricey of course but well worth it to have my tooth infection and ultimately extraction dealt with so quickly and efficiently. I was seen the day after I rang for an emergency appointment and the tooth was out by 11.00am the next day. Dentist and nurse (Nabar and Charley) were both friendly, understanding and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient I was very impressed. I phoned for an emergency appointment at approximately 09:45, got an appointment for 11:20. I saw Dr Nabeel Ahmad who proceeded to take an x-ray and showed me what the problem was. He prescribed antibiotics which were given to me within 5mins. (I didn’t even have to go to a chemist) What great customer care.

Fantastic experience: Nabeel and the lovely dental nurses totally put me at my ease for all of my appointments. Every step of the procedure was explained and I was given plenty of opportunity to pause if I was feeling overwhelmed. At the end of each appointment he summed up what he'd done and what the next steps were. The aftercare "talk" was thorough. At all times I felt very safe and well looked-after. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist could not see me for an emergency, but I found Dovehouse Dental online in the evening and they saw me the next day. Great care by everyone and made me feel very reassured. I will be switching dentists and transferring to Dovehouse as a patient on a permanent basis.

My daughter who is autistic has not had a great experience previously at other dental practices so can be very anxious, they both made the experience calm and talked her through everything they were doing with a lot of patience. They were making her smile and feel relaxed during her procedure. We have only recently joined and had to have two appts in which all staff were very friendly and calming. Thank you to all.

There were no surprise prices and all work was carried out professionally. Any options were clearly explained, with useful recommendations (and not the most expensive ones).

Fantastic experience: Firstly I hate dentist visits!! and finding a good dental practise has been very difficult for us... but thanks to Aakash Patel it's been amazing, with constant updates and his patience, I knew exactly what was happening. Also, compared to other practises, their price is great and worth every penny (it wasn't a sales pitch; which is i become accustomed to...). Fantastic experience: My first visit to Dovehouse Dental surgery was a superb experience. Very welcoming staff, a lovely clean practice and the dentist was magnificent at explaining in detail of what treatment I require. This is by far the best dental surgery I have ever been to. Highly recommended especially if you hate going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this dental practice - I was unfortunately left in need of emergency treatment for a dental abscess over the Easter bank holiday period and booked an appointment via an emergency dental agency and I am so glad I did! Dr Aakash Patel assessed me and prescribed antibiotics and booked to remove the offending tooth one week later - when I arrived he immediately put me at ease, he was kind and patient throughout the procedure and I can honestly say (after dreading going) it was the best dental experience I have ever had (and I am of an age to unfortunately have had many!) - Dr Patel’s skill and expertise ensured a pain free experience and I really cannot recommend him highly enough - thank you!

The dentist him self is just so patient, takes his time with them lets them decide when there ready, talks to them all the way through and asks them if there ok, just can’t fault him. Things like this go along way, when your child or children are already worried and knowing he is trying to make them at ease just makes it all worth it. Fantastic experience: I had a lower rear right tooth out today by Dr Patel and it was PAINLESS. Dr Patel is very caring he does not rush anything and explains everything he is going to do. I could not fault him at all. Dr Patel and his assistant Yvonne are my heroes and have restored my faith in dentists after experiencing some unfortunate treatment years ago. I would highly recommend Dr Patel, his assistant Yvonne and everyone else at Dovehouse dental practice as there is so much caring from everyone that no one could ask for anything more. I am so glad that it was my great fortune that Dovehouse agreed to accept me as a new patient.

Fantastic experience: Never thought I would be posting a review about a pleasant dental experience but here goes! This practice is exceptional - every member of staff is courteous, respectful and professional. Bal is an excellent and thorough dentist and explains things perfectly. Anwar is a fantastic dental hygienist who takes care and makes the process actually very pleasing especially when you see the result. The dental nurses are very skilled and have a great rapport with their colleagues and are spot on in removing excess fluid to make the examination or treatments comfortable. The receptionists are always very friendly and accommodating. I even met Bal's wife yesterday who matches him in charm and kindness. All in all a delightful experience - not cheap but you get quality and confidence.

Fantastic experience: Visited Dovehouse on the 14/02/2025 for an emergency visit. I was in pain with a rear tooth and my current dentist wasn't able to see me. All staff are happy with big smiles for you upon entering the practice. Henna was fantastic, explained everything to me in detail and ended up removing the tooth, the whole experience was wonderful. The tooth removal went very well without feeling any pain and my recovery is going very well indeed, I am delighted. Fantastic experience: Having been with the practice for many years I was nervous of the new dentist when Mr Luckhurst retired but they are lovely. Very professional and kind. Had a check up and little filling recently and it was painless until paying the bill. The prices seem to have gone up quite a bit but I will still go because they are so good. I travel a 70 mile round trip to attend this practice but it's worth it. Balvir has a real pride in his work and takes great care to achieve the best outcome. The hygienist is the first one that hasn't put me through sensitive pain, using their special cleaning process for sensitive teeth. The staff are all so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a very anxious person when it comes to dentists and treatments, however, after suffering with a lot of pain from an old failed root canal for a few days Dove House was the only Surgery/Dentist who would fit me in to sort it. Today I had my tooth extraction, Mohinderpal Sandha thank you so much for putting me at ease, I did not feel any pain and was made to feel super comfortable, you let me take my time getting ready for the procedure. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with this practice for a very long time. I have seen many changes to.the structure of the building and to the personnel. However, I have always been impressed by the quality of the service and the professionalism of the staff. You are made to feel welcome and important from the start to the end of your appointment. Today I had to make an appointment as I have an abcess on my gum. My regular dentist was unavailable but the dentist I did see was excellent. Once the problem was quickly identified treatment was organised plus the dentist took the time to explain my choices for future treatment. As I left the practice I felt happy with my experience and confident about the treatment to come. I recommend this practice very highly.

Fantastic experience: I ate some seeded bread which, when I bit into it, caused a sharp pain in my teeth which lasted several days. Mr. Mahmoud did a number of checks on these two teeth, including an ex-ray and because my teeth had gone from being really painful to aching then to no ache at all by the time of my appointment, Mr Mahmoud concluded that the problem was naturally healing up and required no work from him. I find Mr Mahmoud to be always fair, extremely thorough, professional and always takes care of his patient's needs.
