Fantastic experience: wonderful service such kind staff and excellent care highly recommend

Negative experience: For whatever reason booked with Dr Ibrahim who is not our regular dentist. Appointment confirmed and accepted by email. On arrival at practice told that Dr Ibrahim could not treat us. Eventually,as my wife is mentally disabled.and it takes a lot of effort to make these appointments , we were seen and treated. All credit to Dr Ibrahim for agreeing to see and treat us but the system software needs attention ,!!

Fantastic experience: Happy with everything as usual. Receptionist helpful, on time seeing Mr Lal who is very thorough, kind and caring.

Positive experience: Great Service today, Ibrahim has a great bedside manner. He’s really calm natured and friendly, I had 2 filling which was a little uncomfortable but he talked me though what he was going to do in a professional manner

Fantastic experience: Brilliant care as usual from Rav and his team. Procedures fully explained and treatment options given. Grateful to have such a quality dentist looking after my family, as these tough times currently mean so many people are struggling to even find a dentist, let alone one who’s taking on new patients.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant and helpful staff. The dentist, Zara, was exceptional at putting both my daughter and I at ease. She talked us through what would happen today. This was our first visit to Grange Park Dental Practice, we were seen ahead of time, which was a first as at previous practice we would always be seen much later than scheduled appointment. Following examination and X-rays, Zara made recommendations for future dental care. The whole experience was great, thank you to all the staff, especially Zara our new dentist.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was helpful specially when I apologized for been late I asked if Mr lall would still be able to see me she said I'll call him n explain my situation had problems with powerchair+ I'd forgotten my bridge so my partner he had to go n get dental bridge,phew partner soon back at dental practice...thankfully Mr Lall still wanted to see me he greeted me n my partner then asked what I needed to have done! Mr Lall was kind considerate explaining what he was doing n reassuring me what my needs are in five months..also prescribed a fluriod toothpaste . His dental nurse was helpful as well . Mr Lall always puts me at ease .If I could give 10stars I would No fault with Grange Park dental practice absolutely brilliant with everything. Edited July 2025 Had my crown fitted June 2025 brill Rav took temporary crown out no pain explained what was happening next cleaned around where temp crown n debris was all next fitted with my new shiny crown didn't about taking a pic I was just Sooo excited with new crown. I kept thanking Rav for new crown gosh how many times I did that he said that's ok I asked if need to see him he replied no when leaving I did Namaste to him n dental nurse then proceeded out the corridor soooo happy nearly went into wall near door on my power chair my partner had to manover it for me he held for me when we got out to waiting room area . We went to reception desk asked to make appointment even when Rav said no need. I still made one for 6months time. Just in case I ended up chipping my tooth ect. Ect.

Fantastic experience: We have always enjoyed our visits to Grange Park Dentist. Ibrahim is lovely, kind and gentle. As was Rohan Gaffa before him. If all dentists were like them, no one would be afraid to go

Fantastic experience: Typical 40+ yr old male with a phobia of dentists, however Zahra and her team were fantastic. This was an appointment that came with genuine anxiety on my part, for which there was evidentially no need. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous service today (8th July 2025). I was looking for an NHS dentist and was told by a dentist in town that Grange Park were currently taking patients on. Not only did I get registered within 30 minutes but I was offered an appointment same day as well. Fabulous!

I was very grateful as received such kind and excellent care from Dentist ( Ibrahim) & dental Nurse who were able to treat me during the appointment- I had expected to have another appointment- brilliant care and tooth is great now. I am very fortunate to have such an excellent dentist and nurse and dental practice - a million thanks !

Negative experience: I have never been spoken to so rudely by a so called professional. Zahra basically called me a liar after the receptionist put something on notes that I hadn’t said and refused to see me. Walked away feeling so humiliated. Would not recommend anyone seeing her.

Fantastic experience: One of my teeth became wobbly, so I went to The Grange Park dental surgery to make an appointment. The receptionist said Zara could see me the next day. On arriving for my appointment Zhara went out of her way to look after me. We decided to extract the tooth. To have such wonderful attention at such short notice was really impressive and within half an hour it was all done. I would recommend this dentist surgery. Negative experience: Reception staff needs more training on how to provide service with a smile. They were terse, unhelpful and looked like we were disturbing them when asked a question. Website needs their dental fees updating. What we paid was more than what the website was showing. With the price this practice is charging they surely can afford that!

Since I first registered with him many years ago at Victoria promenade he reminded me of my childhood dentist who is good at what he does and with such a great attitude towards his patients, my kids(now adults 18 & 20) actually enjoy visiting Dr Lal.
