Positive experience: While my actual dentist is absolutely amazing—especially as someone who struggles with dental anxiety due to past experiences, unfortunately, the receptionist at this dental practice has been consistently rude and condescending during my calls. She speaks in a dismissive tone and talks to me as if I don’t understand basic information, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and addresses the front desk experience.

I am a very anxious and nervous person when it comes to the dentist but I was automatically put at ease. Louis was so accommodating with my dental emergency and got me in so fast for my appointment. Fantastic experience: Was in broomfield a few days ago for ulan urgent appointment, I refused treatment because of my anxiety, had to call back today because the pain got alot worse but they had no appointments I was told to call back at 9am the next day so I left it at that. They called me back 10 mins later and they had spoken to there kingspark branch where they was able to see me, I forgot the guys name but he did amazing and explained everything to me to help with my anxiety. Im pleased to say I'm out of pain and would like to thank all the staff at broomfield and kings park dental clinic

Fantastic experience: I met with the hygienist. She gave my teeth a thorough clean. I am going to get them cleaned by the same hygienist in 6 monthe time with also an 'air clean'.

Fantastic experience: Availability of appointment times which are flexible to suit me . Excellent service which is very person centred and tailored to my needs/schedule. I have been attending the clinic for over 3 years now and always had an extremely positive experience due to the friendly natire of staff. Also in regards to dealing with questions/queries the staff are highly informed and supportive (throughout the clinic). So the 'treatment pathway' and 'information pathway' are very much aligned -again contributing to a positive experience. Brilliant range of magazines to read in waiting area (New Scientist is my fave!)

Negative experience: Called today to inquire about what the estimated cost of a simple procedure would be. They then told me that I'd need to book an appointment (at my expense). I than asked if they could give me a rough estimate. I was told to wait, then they cut me off. Not recommended. The next dentist I called provided me with the information I required rather try to basically charge me for a pricing request.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist, Saleem Ali, is excellent! I have been a patient of Saleem for a number of years. Today he was restoring a back tooth (there was very little of the tooth) which had decay. Saleem explained what he was doing, showed me photos (on the wall screen, of my teeth and he took time to make sure that everything was well plus he will check my teeth in 6 months time. I would highly recommend, Saleem Ali. Marie McGuire, Glasgow.

Negative experience: Was very unimpressed with this dental practice. They phoned to reschedule many appointments which was very inconsiderate as I had rescheduled work. Also, after phoning them to say I was running five minutes late as I was stuck in traffic and asking if they wanted me to reschedule they said no and it should be fine. After arriving six minutes late they told me the appointment was cancelled so I wasted my time. I felt that this was retaliation for complaining about how often they reschedule appointments. I found the whole practice very unprofessional and lacking in customer service. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: What a professional team.. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Was treated with first class customer service made to feel very welcome. My son was taken in at short notice for an emergency appointment even though this wasn't his initially registered practice. Clean, professional treatment and could not recommend highly enough. The staff from reception to the dentist and assistants made what was a nightmare of a day so much better. Thanks so much guys

Fantastic experience: I visited yesterday after 7 years of avoiding the dentist. I'd been having issues with tooth pain that came from decay. I was extremely nervous about going but absolutely everyone I had any contact with were brilliant. I saw Dr Gill who had the unfortunate task of answering my many complicated questions, of which I had many due to my current circumstances. She was amazing and some of what I asked wasn't her area of expertise and I had to ask a pharmacist but she did her best to answer everything and was very upfront if she did not know and pointed me in the right direction (gp/pharmacy) . I've had experience in the past with another dental surgery who were not honest about not knowing the answer and guessed rather than tell me who I should ask and this very nearly had severe consequences for my health. I definitely feel more comfortable going back to the practice and feel I'm in safe hands with a practice whose staff act with honesty and integrity. They all made me feel safe respected and listened to and that is an enormous help when you have a fear of going to the dentist. Thanks to all the staff at Kings park dental :)
